We looked for the issue and it came out that because of Enpass Keyboard, Samsung doesn't allow Enpass to run in DeX mode. They have stated this here in there forums.

I just got my new Samsung Galaxy S7+, and I can not use Enpass to this day. Is there a fix on the way? It seems kinda ridiculous that it has take them this long to bring support.

We can understand your concern. At present we are committing our resources to improve user experience and provide better support for existing offerings. A new platform addition is decided based on various factors including its popularity and future promise. We are still watching Samsung DeX space but are not confident enough to commit yet.

Thanks for your reply.  I hope your team will find a way to squeeze this feature into a future release.  I am personally using DeX more and more now that I've found a keyboard case that works perfectly w/my tablet and using Enpass in this DeX environment would be a -VERY- welcome addition.

Any News? Otherwise I'll have to switch to another software.

It's pretty disappointing that this is still even a problem. Do you know how frustrating it is to be all set up in Dex in the middle of a ton of work and I go to get into Enpass to get a password and I can't? It's 2023, Dex has been around for years, and you guys still haven't fixed this.

Does Enpass for Android in 2025 already supports DeX?

If it does, can Enpass use biometric fingerprint unlock with an external Bluetooth Keyboard that has a builtin fingerprint scanner?

Can Enpass use face unlock with an external monitor that has a builtin webcam? 

Hope someone can help with these questions.
