Enpass Update Version 6.12.0 (2238) Won't Open. It Just Keeps Crashing

Featured Replies

Enpass just updated on my Windows 10 desktop computer, but it won't open. It just keeps crashing.
Two crash reports have been sent.

I think the new Enpass version that is failing to run on my Windows 10 computer is 6.12.0 (2238).

Please help with this new version as soon as possible.
If not, I'll have to revert to the previous version. Please assist me to do this, if necessary.

6.12.0 is a beta version. So maybe the crashes are caused by this. Official DL version from the webpage is still 6.11.20

My version was updated through the official Microsoft Store on all my computers.
If that's beta software, then something has gone wrong with Enpass software deliveries.

I just checked my MS Store version - no update for me. Have you ever used your email to enroll in the beta program?

I'm in the same situation.

Enpass crashing on launch but only on my Windows 10 PC. Same version running fine on my Windows 11 systems.

The Enpass version I have is Version 6.12.0 (2238) which is the same version as displayed in the Microsoft Store:
