I using in enpass export function. Into previous version exist option only export into .txt file in txt file works / support hooks and commas in letters. Last version enpass 5.4 brings new feature in export "CSV". It's big news and I am + for this. Really thanks enpass team for this feature :-) But I have with CSV two problems, one smaller and one bigger: 1) first problem, why is default exported csv this name? xxx.csv.txt? Can someone verify if we can set it up so that the fingerprint reader on windows 10 can be used in place of the master password. I believe that this functionality current functionality works on certain machine with TPM, but can it work with a usb fingerprint reader connected to a win 10 machine. Paul

Hi, I hope someone can help with this, I was using EnPass a short time ago, looked away from the computer to take a phone call, when I looked back at the screen, all i had was a single log-in showing instead of the long list I would normally have. I couldn't get this to display any more than just this one single login, and so located the EnPass folder in my documents and found some files that had been synchronized before this issue occurred, I proceeded to import walletx.db (i think that's what it was called), and now whenever I try to open EnPass, it is rejecting my password. I am evaluating Enpass, to move away from LastPass since I like the Windows phone integration in Enpass. I have approx 400 items in my password list, when I type in the search box Enpass locks for approx four seconds per character I type. This is too slow. Are there known issues with search speeds? Why does it lock the whole interface anyway? I can't click elsewhere within Enpass or even move the window. I am running Windows 10 on an i7 with 16Gb of memory. I am syncing using OneDrive so don't expect that to be slowing it down. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks, John

Hi I use the Cyberfox browser. It use the same source code as the Firefox browser. Firefox applications work properly with Cyberfox But impossible to operate properly with Enpass. Hi there, I am using EnpassPortable 5.3.0 on a Windows 7 64 Bit PC. Every time i try to search for something, the whole application freezes for about 10-20 seconds. This can get quite annoying as you can imagine ;-) The system is powerful enough (Intel Core i5 3,1 GHz, 8 GB RAM) and all other apps are running fine. Any solutions/fixes? My wife and I currently have separate LastPass accounts but we have a shared folder for login info for shared info (e.g. bank accounts, kids' school stuff). If I update a password in one of these, it's automatically updated for her as well. Since these are in a folder, if she adds a new site, I have access as well. Does EnPass provide similar functionality?

I am on the latest build of Windows 10 and on version 5.3.0.1 when i minimize my enpass window, close it or login the windows and column spacing defaults to a terrible small size. Is there a work around for this? If not, is there something in the road map to fix this in the very near future?

Hi, i got problems with the synchronisation through webdav under windows 10. i tried it with http, https... it´s not working. the issues are only under windows 10, with osx and ios its working well.(webdav) i tried to connect the target folder with a webdav client and it worked. thanks for helping

Hello, i use Enpass 5.0.5 on Windows Desktop and the Extension 5.0.7 in Firefox. When i try to login into a Website with the defined Shortcut, (STRG+Backspace in my case) i need two or three tries until the Popup appears. Best Regards

This morning I tried to log in to an account using EnPass plugin for Edge but it didn't accept my Master Password. Same problem with the Windows UWP version on my desktop. Windows Mobile version stil works. How can this happen and how can I fix this? Luckily it still works on my mobile otherwise otherwise I would have no way to access any of my passwords.

Hi, I used RoboForm for may years. As I bought a surface book without a fingerprint reader but with face recognition I wanted to give Enpass a try. Hi, I've noticed that Enpass does not save certain preferences. Every time I open Enpass I have to: 1) re-enable the browser extension support in preferences and 2) dismiss the sync reminder (the message suggesting I add an external sync option which I do not intend to do). I am using Enpass 5.3.0.1 on Windows 8.1 with the vault located on an external drive.

Hi I installed Enpass on a PC with Win7 32Bit. OK The program and the extensions of browsers work. I then installed the program on my main computer 64Bits with Windows 7. The program installs but then I different problems. Browser extensions do not work. Nothing happens. When Enpass is reduced, it is impossible to get it back. Note: I use Firefox 64Bits release. Do you have an idea ? I tried on another PC 64 bit and I have not had any problems. I do not understand what is blocking?

HI I use the portable version. Why when I open Enpass I have to indicate where the database is located. Yet I have checked the box "Remember location for this system".

Lately I've been having an issue where Enpass won't take the foreground. This makes it very difficult to generate passwords, or maximize Enpass. I have 5.3.0.1 installed, and have noticed it ocasionally on previous versions, however on this version, it seems to happen every time. Previously, restarting Enpass would take care of the issue, however it is still an issue now after restarting both enpass, and my computer. Hi, i want to transfer my 285 login/password from Lastpass to Enpass. The .csv file generated by Lastpass contain 285 lines. But when i import this file in Enpass software on pc, only 47 line are imported. Can you help me please ?

I was hoping Enpass is able to release the Hello support for Surface Pro 3 devices that are using the backward compatibility Surface Pro 4 type cover finger print. This is how I have had Windows Hello support on my Surface Pro 3 for almost a year now. I'm looking for a shared encrypted password solution. We have an IT department of 6 who require a method of storing and retrieving standard passwords. I heard good things about Enpass, and was wondering if this would work for us. Would there be any issues if multiple people signed on to the desktop version -- I want one unified "database", not each with their own. If any of the techs decide to purchase their own mobile versions, will the shared component cause any issues? Does your license permit such use? Thanks in advance, MarkG

I just started using Enpass but one thing that does not seem to work is automatic icons. I imported my previous passwords but they do not have icons associated with them. New accounts, however, do automatically get the icons. Is there a way to get all the icons without doing it all manually?

new user on enpass switching/comparing from lastpass. I am on my computer working, reading, moving the mouse around, so I figure setting 30 seconds to either setting would prevent enpass from locking. However, it seems to periodically lock it self none-the-less. Can you please confirm what is "enpass idle" and what is "system idle"? or perhaps 1 minute is the lowest suggested setting? liking everything else so far, thanks!
