Does not work on windows 7. All the menus are blank so I cannot set any settings or enable the browser extension or do anything. Had to uninstall and look for an app that actually works, (not enpass), ideally one which does not require a windows application but runs straight from the browser like lastpass.

You have ever registered web services or desktop applications which is no longer available. Some web services have already stopped their businesses. But you sometimes want to remind some passwords, or web service URLs in case any trouble in future. So I would like a new ICON which means / indicates "This web service is no longer available" or "You withdrew / canceled this web service in 2010." in ENPASS.

Hi, I saw ENPASS listed on the microsoft windows hello page. I am a 1password user, and thought I'd try ENPASS because I would really like to use the WINDOWS HELLO function, however for the life of me I cannot find where to enable the function in the ENPASS settings.... Thanks for your help!

Can I suggest that the Free Desktop sub-forums of Mac, Windows and Linux be split into three elements Free Desktop ~ Mac , Free Desktop ~ Windows , Free Desktop ~ Linux . Doing this will allow folk interested in one type (Mac, Windows or Linux)to see that there are new items in that section without having to delve into the section, discover that the new entries are for an OS they don't use, then have to back out again. Small improvements count.

If Enpass is locked and closed (but the icon is still displayed in the taskbar), any notifications of a new release do not display the Release Notes. The field is blank. Once unlocked, if the notification pops up then, the RL display appropriately.

I am a Chinese user, I decided to use enpass yesterday, before that I used the roboform. I export my data to html file from roboform, and import to enpass. But I found all the Chinese characters are garbled, just like black squares. It caused me inconvenience,so I hope developers can fix this bug. THX!

I've been using enpass for quite some time now as my main password manager however as of recently I appear to be having the occasion issue with searching. Every so often I will try to search for a password and enpass will suddenly freeze (at times for more than 60 seconds). I am currently running the latest version of enpass and have a pretty fast computer with SSD drives and plenty of ram. I have a little over 600 items in my enpass manager. I've also noticed that this started happening since the release of enpass with attachment support. I do not store any attachments on my enpass. So I have this problem. I'm unable to click into the individual entries (items) and edit the various contents. It wasn't always like this, but one of the latest updates rendered me unable to click into the entries for editing. I also believe it is a glitch, because I use enpass on my windows phone as well, and it works as always. (windows phone version of enpass gives me no problems) I've tried uninstalling enpass from the windows app store then reinstalling, it didn't fix the problem for me. I use the dark mode ui of enpass, on windows 10 (windows app store version) Anyone else have this problem?

I'm trying out Enpass for Windows. I imported the database from my current software, Password Safe, which has PW dating and age notification functions in its database. But after import, I don't see any PW date field in Enpass. In the PW Audit folder, from where does Enpass draw its data? I want to be able to know the age of my passwords and to set an expiration date. Can any of this be accomplished with Enpass currently?

Hello. I really like Enpass. But everytime I want to export vault as .txt or as .csv, the program just crash... Using Enpass 5.5.3 on Windows 10 Pro (x64).

It fails to auto-complete in firefox today but worked well yesterday before.It also works well in chrome. I have reinstalled enpass program and the addon on firefox.It didn't fix the problem so I come for help. Hi there, I am using Enpass Desptop for Windows in v5.5.3 on Windows 7 and Windows 10. On both systems, the application hangs for about 10 seconds if editing an entry. The whole application window goes white and the title bar says "Enpass (not responding)". I have to wait about 10sec, then it's working. This happens ALWAYS when editing. Also the application in general isn't the fastest. My database isn't so big (~220 entries). Best regards Julian

Hi. I deleted around 200 old entries , but database size remained same. Is this normal? Any way to force database size update? Thanks

anyone else having this issue? it no longer allow you to double click on saved entry to log, it just sits there. I think the gmail username bounces between "asking you for something" and "ready to taking entry" and same for password, so its really a "click" and enter username, and click and enter password now instead of in the past where you just fill out with out needing to click and wait for prompt to be ready.

Today when I launched Enpass latest beta) on my pc running Windows 10 Creators update, Enpass showed me the welcome dialog all of a sudden. New user or restore existing database. My wallet resides on a removable drive, having only a mount point, not a drive letter. I immediately checked that the drive was mounted at the expected path and that it was accessible. I relaunched Enpass but still the dialog appeared. As soon as I hit restore database, the wallet and its sync copy vanished from the USB drive. My Enpass desktop is not updateing and have tried multiple times and it says do you internet and i have now tried it at three different internet connections and still no joy. just shows this everytime

Adding a security PIN code does not work, and does nothing. Menu = Tools\Settings\Security\Pin Code Click Pin Code check mark. Enter PIN. Click OK. Application returns to Settings/Security screen. There is no check mark in Pin Code box. Application behavior does not change, and does not behave like it uses a pin code. Enpass v5.5.2

If I exit Enpass (no matter if was locked or unlocked), an error dialog box pops up - attached. After I click on either of the buttons, EnpassHelper.exe process remains in the background. Then if I run Enpass again, a new instance of EnpassHelper is started as expected. Then if I exit Enpass, the same error shows up, and now I have two background EnpassHelper.exe processes. Ok, fisrt of all, and I alreadt said it before, the android app is by far the best App in the PLay Store, I triyed almost all and this is te best. The huge issue is with the desktop version. I received too many stop working, for some reason I am not able when I am a new user to sync the fisr time with google drive and the most important issue is that is the 2nd time that after a while the master PWD is not being recognixed. Is there a way to add a check box option to a log in that already exists in my database? I'd like to have Enpass auto-tick a box for me.

The free one installs fine it just won't open for me, I get this error
