I'm opening a lot of entries at the moment because I'm tidying stuff up after importing from another system. When I open an entry, the window appears with the bottom of it below the bottom of the screen. As a result, I have to drag the window up in order to be able to see the Save and Cancel buttons. I have to do that every time I open an entry. Can the software please remember where the window last opened and re-use that location? Thanks.

Thank you for Windows Hello support but it is not working very well. If I put the app in the background and then start it back up using the start screen tile or the All apps list Windows Hello pops up for a second and then disappears asking for the master password. If I hold down the back button to bring the app back up it works. I can get it to work again by exiting the app completely. Good luck fixing this! Enpass v5.1.1 Windows 10 mobile v10.0.14372.0

Has anyone else experienced Enpass closing out after saving a new password or other item. I just bought this app and installed it on both my laptop and phone and setup OneDrive sync. It was all working very well. I added about 5 items without issue. Now, when I add an item and click the save icon from my laptop it closes the application. When I reopen the application the change is there, so I did not lose data. I am not sure what is causing it.

Hi, After reading the review by Daniel Rubino on Windows Central, I thought I would give Enpass a try. Have been using Lastpass for a while, but was attracted to your support for UWP, Windows Hello, cost and device sync. I am really impressed. I travel a lot, sometimes in areas with no wifi or phone signal. Can you suggest a workaround/method for getting access to stored passwords, etc in a worst case scenario where I only have access to a public computer or a borrowed smartphone? When a new item is created, it gains a default icon for the category that is picked when you create it. You can change that default icon to one from a set provided by enpass but, unless I'm missing something, it isn't possible to change the item's icon back to the category's default icon. Am I missing something or is it not possible?

Version 5.2.0 on Windows 10. I've noticed that dragging an entry from one folder to another always ends up with that entry being in both folders, regardless of whether or not I press CTRL at the time. Pressing CTRL does change the icon from move to copy and releasing CTRL changes it back to move, but the resulting operation is always a copy.

Last night I updated my Lumia 640 XL to 10.0.10586.420 and I wanted to make sure that it still worked with enpass. I tried to do a sync which failed so I uninstalled and re-installed. I still cannot sync or access any of my data stored on Dropbox. I also checked my Surface 3 tablet running 10586.318 and it can sync although it took a few tries. I tried on WiFi from the house and from a coffee shop so it's not a WiFi issue. The message on my phone is: Not able to connect to Dropbox. Please check internet connectivity. I can access the web, email, Facebook, Dropbox, Onedrive and every other web based service on my phone so WiFi is working just fine. Thanks, …

I have Enpass on my Android phone working flawlessly but the desktop windows client wont let me log in. It is not accepting my master-password nor PIN. I have tried reinstalling it a few times but it still doesn't not allow me to log into the Desktop client.

After using TOTP Enpass started to crash regulary. I also noted that Enpass TOTP many times did not match. I am using a broweser extension for TOTP which works perfect. I removed all TOTPs from Enpass.

The desktop version asks for confirmation when deleting an item. I noticed that the UWP version doesn't request confirmation before deleting. I'd love to see this feature implemented, so that you get a chance to make sure you knew what you were doing

I just happened to be using a Windows 7 Enterprise (SP1) and noticed that the tray icon when you select (Dark) is a white invisible icon. I am not sure how many resources you want to throw at this one, but the white icon should have some sort of grey outline so that it's visible. Attaching screenshots. I know it has been mentioned before, but when you select DARK the icon is white and when you select LIGHT the icon is Grey. It seems like it should be the other way around.

I have a Lumia 950XL set to the lowest scaling in Windows 10 (250%) and Enpass doesn't scale very well. See attached screenshots.

Hi Team, I switched from Lastpass to Enpass because Enpass is the only app which supports Windows Hello authentication, however, there's a bug. Each time the app is started, it asks for the Master Password even though I have enabled Windows Hello. If the authentication times out or if I minimise the app and go back to it, it asks for Hello credentials, but if the app is closed and opened again, it asks for the master password. This is not optimal, as my master password is quite long and Windows Hello was the only reason I switched to Enpass.

Currently I can check release notes of other platforms as iOS, macos, android, Windows PC, blackberry but I cannot find page about release note for Universal with release and beta note. Hope to see this page soon

Hi ! I'm using 2 Windows10-PCs and 2 IOS-mobiles. And the latest enpass Versions. But I don't like your Synchronisation via cloud. Because: your sync didn't work, sorry. I try different clouds: Google,owncloud,Dropbox. My Problem is, that the datas are everytime old. The sync hangs. Which solution/icloud do you recommend for customers? bye, Thomas

After updating to 5.2.0 the UI doesn't scale properly and there are some minor graphical glitches with checkboxes. See screenshots. My laptop is running Windows 10 and my display is a 13 inch, 1920x1080.

Just switched to Enpass from LastPass and are so far enjoying it. However I found it extremely annoying that Enpass clears the clipboard even if it isn't a password copied from Enpass there. Maybe add a small if switch that checks whether what is in clipboard is actually the last copied password before clearing it?

Hi, I shall try to explain this as clearly as possible. I am using the universal app. I installed Enpass Universal App for first time. I then configured it to sync with OneDrive. I also installed the Windows Phone version on my phone, told it I am existing user and it all worked and synced ok. I then decided to change my Master Password using the PC Universal app. Everything worked ok. The phone app worked ok after I entered the new master password. Hello, I installed the Enpass extension in Chrome and activated it in Enpass, but I keep getting an Connection error. I tried to install the extension in other browsers and disabling the signature verification but nothing changed. Reinstalling Enpass and/or Chrome didn't helped at all. I analyzed it with TCPView and there is indeed an open connection on port 10391. In Chrome's Dev Tools it seems that the extension cannot access Enpass because of the error: WebSocket connection to 'ws://localhost:10391/' failed: Invalid frame header I installed Enpass with Chrome on a VM and it worked like a charm, so I would be very happy to see this error solved for me. …

Hello, if i change settings for my cameras in the webif of my Synology NAS, enpass window appears, asking for save anything. There is no username or passwort to save, so i think, it`s a bug. Therefore Enpass don`t ask me to save settings, when i want to log in to my fritzbox router. So i each time have to do it manually. Best regards, Enno

Hello, I`m the only user of my windows pc. Is ist possible to switch off the master password? Each time my desktop pc boots, or awake from sleeping, Engpass wants the master passwort, if the programm shall work. Greetings Enno

When I install Enpass UWP after that I remove to reinstall but at the process remove then system cannot remove and system shows as pending. Please help remove Enpass UWP. This issue is fixed after upgrading Windows 10 to build 10322
