I updated Enpass 5.1.9 to 5.3 on my Microsoft SurfaceBook today. Once I opened Enpass 5.3 the font is much smaller than 5.1

When we make a new Item there are already commonly used fields as default. for example UserName, EMail, Password, telephoneNumber, URL, security question. Is there a way to edit the default fields. So that in future if I make a new item there are other fields by default?

Hello, I'm used to copy the password from my password manager of choice and paste it into the password field of a website manually. Some days ago I started to evaluate if Enpass (version 5.1.6) would be a sufficient replacement for my current tool on my Lumia 950 (really like the Windows Hello feature). But I found that after copying the password in Enpass app and switching to IE no paste button is shown on the keyboard. Same for the user name. Though the app still shows a notification that the data was copied to the clipboard successfully. If I jump to another app, e.g. OneNote, the paste button shows up and I can paste everything as expected. With kind regards…

Hello The autoclear clipboard feature doesn't work on my lumia 640. I use the UWP also on my laptop on which this feature works. The app discription on the store page says that this feature is optional but I can't find the option to turn this on or off (Phone and laptop). I would like the autoclear feature to work because I don't want to paste sensitive data accidently. Kind regards

I recently switched from 1Password to Enpass due to its support for syncing with OneDrive and better support for Windows Phone. The app was recommended to me by some of my coworkers. I am very happy with the app, and have purchased it for both my Windows Phone and my iPad. However, I am a little confused about the different versions for the Windows platform. From what I see, there is a Windows desktop version and a "UWP" version that can run on both the desktop and Windows Phone 10. Hi guys, I'm trying to completely uninstall Enpass from my Windows 10 Pro machine to start a new vault after forgetting my master password. The problem is that even after I uninstall the program properly and make sure the Enpass folder has been removed (and even restart the machine), once I re-install the software instead of getting the initial prompts to create a new vault or restore, etc, I'm immediately sent to the old master password login screen. How do I COMPLETELY remove Enpass from my system, old vault and all? thanks! Ariel

I exported 500+ RoboForm entries to a html file. I imported them to Enpass. Security in Enpass is set to obscure passwords. Instead, they are all visible. True for Desktop, Win10, and Windows Phone 8.1

I just did a clean install of Windows 10, which meant a fresh install of the Traditional Windows Enpass client. Unfortunately, for some reason Windows is reporting that the certificate used to sign the installer and executable itself have been explicitly revoked: I managed to get it installed by calling the installer from an Administrator command prompt, but I think this certificate issue is causing the program to silently crash whenever I try to use the Chrome browser extension to fill in credentials. I downloaded the installer about an hour ago, so it's the most recent version of the 5.2.0 installer. Any idea what's going on?

Hey! I use Enpass with Google Drive. The problem is, I have to reconnect the Cloud with eatch system start. The status just shows "synchronizes..", but it never ceases. This also happends on android. Thanks.

I'm opening a lot of entries at the moment because I'm tidying stuff up after importing from another system. When I open an entry, the window appears with the bottom of it below the bottom of the screen. As a result, I have to drag the window up in order to be able to see the Save and Cancel buttons. I have to do that every time I open an entry. Can the software please remember where the window last opened and re-use that location? Thanks.

Thank you for Windows Hello support but it is not working very well. If I put the app in the background and then start it back up using the start screen tile or the All apps list Windows Hello pops up for a second and then disappears asking for the master password. If I hold down the back button to bring the app back up it works. I can get it to work again by exiting the app completely. Good luck fixing this! Enpass v5.1.1 Windows 10 mobile v10.0.14372.0

Has anyone else experienced Enpass closing out after saving a new password or other item. I just bought this app and installed it on both my laptop and phone and setup OneDrive sync. It was all working very well. I added about 5 items without issue. Now, when I add an item and click the save icon from my laptop it closes the application. When I reopen the application the change is there, so I did not lose data. I am not sure what is causing it.

Hi, After reading the review by Daniel Rubino on Windows Central, I thought I would give Enpass a try. Have been using Lastpass for a while, but was attracted to your support for UWP, Windows Hello, cost and device sync. I am really impressed. I travel a lot, sometimes in areas with no wifi or phone signal. Can you suggest a workaround/method for getting access to stored passwords, etc in a worst case scenario where I only have access to a public computer or a borrowed smartphone? When a new item is created, it gains a default icon for the category that is picked when you create it. You can change that default icon to one from a set provided by enpass but, unless I'm missing something, it isn't possible to change the item's icon back to the category's default icon. Am I missing something or is it not possible?

Version 5.2.0 on Windows 10. I've noticed that dragging an entry from one folder to another always ends up with that entry being in both folders, regardless of whether or not I press CTRL at the time. Pressing CTRL does change the icon from move to copy and releasing CTRL changes it back to move, but the resulting operation is always a copy.

Last night I updated my Lumia 640 XL to 10.0.10586.420 and I wanted to make sure that it still worked with enpass. I tried to do a sync which failed so I uninstalled and re-installed. I still cannot sync or access any of my data stored on Dropbox. I also checked my Surface 3 tablet running 10586.318 and it can sync although it took a few tries. I tried on WiFi from the house and from a coffee shop so it's not a WiFi issue. The message on my phone is: Not able to connect to Dropbox. Please check internet connectivity. I can access the web, email, Facebook, Dropbox, Onedrive and every other web based service on my phone so WiFi is working just fine. Thanks, …

I have Enpass on my Android phone working flawlessly but the desktop windows client wont let me log in. It is not accepting my master-password nor PIN. I have tried reinstalling it a few times but it still doesn't not allow me to log into the Desktop client.

After using TOTP Enpass started to crash regulary. I also noted that Enpass TOTP many times did not match. I am using a broweser extension for TOTP which works perfect. I removed all TOTPs from Enpass.

The desktop version asks for confirmation when deleting an item. I noticed that the UWP version doesn't request confirmation before deleting. I'd love to see this feature implemented, so that you get a chance to make sure you knew what you were doing

I just happened to be using a Windows 7 Enterprise (SP1) and noticed that the tray icon when you select (Dark) is a white invisible icon. I am not sure how many resources you want to throw at this one, but the white icon should have some sort of grey outline so that it's visible. Attaching screenshots. I know it has been mentioned before, but when you select DARK the icon is white and when you select LIGHT the icon is Grey. It seems like it should be the other way around.

I have a Lumia 950XL set to the lowest scaling in Windows 10 (250%) and Enpass doesn't scale very well. See attached screenshots.

Hi Team, I switched from Lastpass to Enpass because Enpass is the only app which supports Windows Hello authentication, however, there's a bug. Each time the app is started, it asks for the Master Password even though I have enabled Windows Hello. If the authentication times out or if I minimise the app and go back to it, it asks for Hello credentials, but if the app is closed and opened again, it asks for the master password. This is not optimal, as my master password is quite long and Windows Hello was the only reason I switched to Enpass.
