Hi All, I've been using Enpass for several years now and have had no issues. I recently purchased a new Win10 laptop and have today changed a password on one entry. On clicking the save button the entry was over written with lots of ######. Unfortunately, I'm set to auto sync so this has now been updated on all my other linked devices. The double whammy, I don't have a recent backup stored either. Is there any way to recover this critical information please?

Windows10 Pro 64 / Firefox / Chrome / 8GB RAM I hope that ENPASS could suggest / show 1 item in each account. I have 2 Facebook accounts. I have 5 Google accounts. ENPASS suggests 6 items if I try to open my Facebook account by using a browser even if only 2 accounts is stored in ENPASS. The reason why is each 3 similar Facebook URLs are stored in ENPASS. ENPASS recognizes 1 username, 1 password and 1 LOG-IN URL as 1 item. But most of website has some LOG-in URLs. So I hope that ENPASS can store more than 2 LOG-IN URLs in 1 tem.

I can't create new items on Enpass V 5.4.1 on a specific PC. I click the '+' icon on the toolbar and Enpass goes through all the steps to create a new secure note, or login, etc., and click save, but the item never appears in the list of items. It's installed on a Windows 10 PC. I have it installed on a second Win 10 PC and it works perfectly. Any items I create ion that one, sync OK with the first PC. So why this one? I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, but it didn't help. -- Pete

Hi I've discovered that the EnpassHelper.exe application produces a hugh amount of page faults. Around 1000 per second on my system. Please check the screenshot - this was after 9h of uptime. I guess, something has to be wrong with the helper. I discovered the same issue on my second PC. Sometimes, when searching in the main window or the browser extension, the app just crashes. I expired the same problem on Linux Mint (18.1), macOS Sierra as well as Windows 10. Is that a known issue?

Surface Pro 4 and Lumia 950 I thought Enpass was able to startup fresh and use Windows Hello on the Surface Pro 4 but recently I'm seeing that it starts up and only asks for the Master Password. If I lock the app and go back in, it will use Windows Hello. Is this a change? or am I missing a setting for it to use Windows Hello all the time? I realize that the Lumia needs the Master Password the first time.

Enpass 5.2.0 on x4 different Windows 10 x64 machines crashes after approx 30 secs with Enpass.exe has stopped working. Dropbox sync. Android Client crashes immediately and iPhone crashes immediately. Desperate for a fix!

I have a wearable gadget (a ring) that has an integrated NFC tag and a Lumia with NFC sensor (Lumia 650) I would like to use NFC tag for start Enpass with main password given in launch parameteres that would be programmend in the NFC tag. I have an installation of Enpass that appears to be corrupted. When I open the file, it prompts me for a password, but doesn't accept it. I know I'm providing the correct password (typed in text editor and pasted). Upon further investigation: There is no Enpass folder under Documents The registry entries for Enpass desktop look incomplete (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Sinew Software Systems) (I have this installed on several computers, so I could compare them). As I start to use Enpass more and more to see if it is a viable replacement of 1password I have noticed the following websites do not login properly if the "auto-submit login" property is set: owner.roku.com/login us.battle.net/login If I remove the check mark and manually press the button I am able to login properly. I have even recreated the login within Enpass manually and it still is not working.

I'm using Windows Surface Pro 4. I can login on de Enpass App using Windows Hello, which is realy quite comfortable and saves me from typing in a long mast password. But when I need to use the Chrome extension for login in on sites etc, I get the message that I still need to startup de desktop app first ('Please start Enpass desktop app and make sure you have checked "Enable Browser Extension" in Enpass Preferences, before using Enpass Browser Extension'). Hello, I set up sync to a folder between 2 mac computers on the same wifi router, but not sure if I set it up properly. The Enpass user guide does not provide instructions on how to set this up. I guess it’s intuitive, but I have a problem when I’m on the road w/ my laptop. I have: Desktop with the sync folder. Laptop with sync folder on the desktop. Both computers have file sharing turned on to each other. So each can connect to each other on the wifi router. But sometimes I’m on the road w/ the laptop away from my desktop which has the sync folder. I prefer a local sync storage and not an internet accessible site like Google drive or Dropbox…

Where on the file system does the Enpass Universal app (5.2.4) keep its database? I'd like to include that file in my regular backups, so I don't need to remember to export the data everytime I change something.

Hello I have a problem that is exhibited when copying a password from an Enpass Record. This occurs on Windows Mobile 10 (10.0.14393.694) and Enpass for Windows 10 mobile (5.2.4) I use the copy function to copy a password and paste this into mobile website password field (not using any Enpass browser functions) But when the credentials are submitted, they fail. Alternatively If I manually type out the same password into the mobile web browser, the credentials are successful. Hi there, I asked this question to support but not certain if they understood my question. I know with Enpass you can't create multiple vaults. With all that said, is it possible to create 2 accounts, one account for my personal use and one for my work use. I could use 2 different emails, my work account would be on Onedrive and my personal on Google drive or maybe a USB key. How will it work when I use my desktop application? I have a strange feeling that it is not going to work unless I work an installation on 2 different machines unless I could use the USB key option with Enpass. Thank you

After installing a recent update of the Windows Desktop client, my browsers no longer work and I get the "Connection Error" message. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the browser connections as well as the Windows Desktop client. Any way I can debug this to figure out what's going on?

As seen in the attached image, there are some slightly bugged selection/hover bars. In Win 7 it's only a small gap, but in Win 10 the gap is wider.

There is something I do not understand about enpass -- having a different password on each device/install. Since the database is encrypted with one password, and cannot be opened with another one, why do different devices also have different passwords? As it stands, when I change my password on one device, I ultimately must reset the entire software package to get everything working again -- export to csv, uninstall, remove all synchronized files, reinstall, create a new database, and then re-import. If I leave enpass desktop running and my system goes to sleep, when the system is brought back up again, enpass is hard crashed. Forcing it to quit somehow leaves it in a state where it will not restart, either. I am trying to switch to the modern application instead, but -- the password situation is a disaster. I'm seriously thinking about switching off of enpass, as the application seems unstable, and the confusion over passwords on different devices makes it extremely difficult to use. Russ

Hello, Im using swedish as my display language of windows 10 and a swedish keyboard. I was getting frustrated because everytime i was setting up a OneDrive sync it worked on that device but not on the other one (win 10 pc / mobile). I got the wrong master password each time and couldnt figure out what was wrong... Until i found another thread here that found out that it could be the region setting of the keyboard thats messing this up. I tried to use a simple password without any special characters and that works! Can you please fix this keyboard region bug, i cant have a password manager which i cant use a advanced master password on

Hello! Til last week works everything perfect. Now if I start the browser (chrome or firefox) and try the shortcut I get an black display and the message "display driver is restarting". Browser is very slow but when I uninstall the Enpass addon, I have no problem. Maybe can someone consulting me, what I can do.
