Hello, Any plans to support desktops with TPM 2.0 for full time Windows Hello? Unlocking after initial master password works fine, but I thought with TPM I would get full time support. Thanks for your help! -Benitocereno

Hello, I set up sync to a folder between 2 mac computers on the same wifi router, but not sure if I set it up properly. The Enpass user guide does not provide instructions on how to set this up. I guess it’s intuitive, but I have a problem when I’m on the road w/ my laptop. I have: Desktop with the sync folder. Laptop with sync folder on the desktop. Both computers have file sharing turned on to each other. So each can connect to each other on the wifi router. But sometimes I’m on the road w/ the laptop away from my desktop which has the sync folder. I prefer a local sync storage and not an internet accessible site like Google drive or Dropbox…

Where on the file system does the Enpass Universal app (5.2.4) keep its database? I'd like to include that file in my regular backups, so I don't need to remember to export the data everytime I change something.

Hello I have a problem that is exhibited when copying a password from an Enpass Record. This occurs on Windows Mobile 10 (10.0.14393.694) and Enpass for Windows 10 mobile (5.2.4) I use the copy function to copy a password and paste this into mobile website password field (not using any Enpass browser functions) But when the credentials are submitted, they fail. Alternatively If I manually type out the same password into the mobile web browser, the credentials are successful. Hi there, I asked this question to support but not certain if they understood my question. I know with Enpass you can't create multiple vaults. With all that said, is it possible to create 2 accounts, one account for my personal use and one for my work use. I could use 2 different emails, my work account would be on Onedrive and my personal on Google drive or maybe a USB key. How will it work when I use my desktop application? I have a strange feeling that it is not going to work unless I work an installation on 2 different machines unless I could use the USB key option with Enpass. Thank you

After installing a recent update of the Windows Desktop client, my browsers no longer work and I get the "Connection Error" message. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the browser connections as well as the Windows Desktop client. Any way I can debug this to figure out what's going on?

As seen in the attached image, there are some slightly bugged selection/hover bars. In Win 7 it's only a small gap, but in Win 10 the gap is wider.

There is something I do not understand about enpass -- having a different password on each device/install. Since the database is encrypted with one password, and cannot be opened with another one, why do different devices also have different passwords? As it stands, when I change my password on one device, I ultimately must reset the entire software package to get everything working again -- export to csv, uninstall, remove all synchronized files, reinstall, create a new database, and then re-import. If I leave enpass desktop running and my system goes to sleep, when the system is brought back up again, enpass is hard crashed. Forcing it to quit somehow leaves it in a state where it will not restart, either. I am trying to switch to the modern application instead, but -- the password situation is a disaster. I'm seriously thinking about switching off of enpass, as the application seems unstable, and the confusion over passwords on different devices makes it extremely difficult to use. Russ

Hello, Im using swedish as my display language of windows 10 and a swedish keyboard. I was getting frustrated because everytime i was setting up a OneDrive sync it worked on that device but not on the other one (win 10 pc / mobile). I got the wrong master password each time and couldnt figure out what was wrong... Until i found another thread here that found out that it could be the region setting of the keyboard thats messing this up. I tried to use a simple password without any special characters and that works! Can you please fix this keyboard region bug, i cant have a password manager which i cant use a advanced master password on

Hello! Til last week works everything perfect. Now if I start the browser (chrome or firefox) and try the shortcut I get an black display and the message "display driver is restarting". Browser is very slow but when I uninstall the Enpass addon, I have no problem. Maybe can someone consulting me, what I can do.

I recently bought the application of windows 10 and first does not have support for extensions of browsers and second does not work the autoclean of the clipboard. It is no longer easy or safe to work like this. In future updates will these problems be studied ?. Thank you

Last version enpass 5.4 brings new feature in export "CSV". It's big news and I am + for this. Can someone verify if we can set it up so that the fingerprint reader on windows 10 can be used in place of the master password. I believe that this functionality current functionality works on certain machine with TPM, but can it work with a usb fingerprint reader connected to a win 10 machine. Paul

Hi, I hope someone can help with this, I was using EnPass a short time ago, looked away from the computer to take a phone call, when I looked back at the screen, all i had was a single log-in showing instead of the long list I would normally have. I couldn't get this to display any more than just this one single login, and so located the EnPass folder in my documents and found some files that had been synchronized before this issue occurred, I proceeded to import walletx.db (i think that's what it was called), and now whenever I try to open EnPass, it is rejecting my password. I am evaluating Enpass, to move away from LastPass since I like the Windows phone integration in Enpass. I have approx 400 items in my password list, when I type in the search box Enpass locks for approx four seconds per character I type. This is too slow. Are there known issues with search speeds? Why does it lock the whole interface anyway? I can't click elsewhere within Enpass or even move the window. I am running Windows 10 on an i7 with 16Gb of memory. I am syncing using OneDrive so don't expect that to be slowing it down. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks, John

Hi there, I am using EnpassPortable 5.3.0 on a Windows 7 64 Bit PC. Every time i try to search for something, the whole application freezes for about 10-20 seconds. This can get quite annoying as you can imagine ;-) The system is powerful enough (Intel Core i5 3,1 GHz, 8 GB RAM) and all other apps are running fine. Any solutions/fixes?
