New user. Windows 10. So I have created multiple folders, with sub-folders. More often than not, however, I canNOT get the folders to expand to show the sub-folders. And yes, I click on the arrow next to the folder, and yes, I DO have sub-folders. It just does nothing. Extremely frustrating.

Hi, first of all thanks for finally have official versions of the app and the edge extension in the Microsoft Store. Waited a long time for this. One thing that I recognized is, that the app won't start minimized even if I check the setting for that. With version 5.6.0 it worked. Can you tell us if this is a bug or desired behavior?

I printed the list on RoboForm and created the login information as an html file. When I import from Enpass, characters appear strange like the picture. The Enpass installation environment is Windows 7 and the language is Korean.

Greetings. I am running: Windows 10, Fall Creator update Enpass Desktop 5.6.2 Enpass Firefox extension 5.5.0.2 I have enabled "Enable browser extensions" in the "Settings-Browser" tab. In Firefox I'm getting the error: "Enpass Connection Error". Any suggestions?

My machine is pretty friggin' awesome, it's not on my end. Also, the lag appears sometimes in Edge / Chrome Browser too. Whenever I search for something in Enpass, it has lag. It just doesn't make any sense. Notice the gif below, it's normally always even slower than that too!

Hi, the Enpass shortcut was working since month with my chrome based Vivaldi Browser. But some days ago it stopped working and now there just flashes a new tab in the browser, but the user credentials are not set in different user/password fields. I also tried to reset the shortcut, but this also didn't help and the settings in Enpass are also OK to use shortcuts in browsers. I don't know if this was caused by a browser update or a Enpass update ...

Hi, For fun, I tried to use Enpass desktop with Iridium Browser (chromium based-browser) by installing the extension of Chrome web store. But that don't work. However, ublock Origin (another extension I taken of Chrome web store) seems working. It's a problem of the Enpass extension or of Iridium browser? Thank you.

Windows hello used to work with Enpass universal app. After re-installing the system the windows hello will not work for Enpass. I get a message that asks me to go to this link, saying that I can't enable Windows Hello and I will have to use my main password every time i login. Even though i tried to use a pin instead of Windows hello it will still ask for my main password either way. Any suggestion of how to fix this issue? I have a Surface Pro 4. Regards Nasko

Whenever I try to open Enpass, it doesn't open. I don't even get an error message. I don't know exactly what is causing this issue. I have version 5.6.0 installed.

I installed latest Enpass window 10 version (v5.6.0) and Enpass extension on Opera v49.0. But when I use Enpass extension on Opera, I got the error message: Is there any idea to fix it?

I am using Windows 10 1709 with Firefox 56.0.2 and Enpass 5.6.2 (Windows 10-Edition from the App Store). The latest Enpass-Plugin 5.5.0 for Firefox never get a connection to the Enpass App. But with the old Enpass Plugin 5.4.3 from the Firefox "Plugin Store" it works. That solution works at the moment. But with the releas of Firefox 57 the old Enpass Plugin 5.4.3 will stop working under Firefox. Has someone else this problem?

Hi, I've been using enpass for over a year and I love it. I've been recently trying to switch to M.Edge. I installed the app Enpass Password Manager (EPM) and also the Extension for Microsoft Edge. I also have the windows regular Enpass. So technically I have two instances of Enpass. Regular Enpass doesn't work with Edge Enpass Password Manager (EPM) DOES work with Edge. Since I'm trying to ditch one of the two instances. Shouldn't EPM work with chrome and other browsers ? If it does, why am I incapable of getting it to work? Everything is set up in the correct way. I've got 3 pc's running my Enpass account.

I'm a bit confused after reading Enpass for Windows: Which version should I use? There are 3 versions for windows, 2 of those are free (traditional and bridged). You want to keep the traditional version for windows 7 users and further developing focus will be for the bridged app. This would make me think that the Bridged app stays free like it is now. But then you state the paid UWP app will be gone with the next major release and be replaced by the bridged version, that'll have the combined functions of traditional and UWP. So, does this mean the final bridged version won't count as a free desktop variant? Or is there some schematic that only tablet…

Hello ! As reported already to your service (and hopefully fixed soon): I'm using two ISO clients and three Windows clients (Win 10, Win7, Win7(domain)). 64bit. All are synchronizing to a WebDav folder. This works very find for IOS. All IOS clients are always up to date. Win does have a sync problem. When adding or editting enties on the Win clients they do not get updated or added reliably to the other Win clients. Some are not updated or not added. In both directions Win10 to Win7 and visa versa. But when I delete the db files on the Win clients and resync from WebDav all entries are there. So they ARE all in the WebDAV db but there is an i…

Every time I click on a desktop notification, no matter what app it is, Enpass pops up and steals focus, putting the program that generated the notification behind it. It is really annoying. Can this bug be addressed in an upcoming update? OS: Ubuntu 17.04 / GNOME Shell 3.24

Hi Guys, I'm ecstatic to finally have Enpass for Edge! I have noticed that if I don't use the extension for a while the keyboard shortcut (ctrl + /) stops working and it takes me to the "Enpass Connection Error" page. To resolve it I have to click the extension icon in Edge, then it figures out it is connected and the keyboard shortcut resumes working. Otherwise it seems to be pretty stable.

Reproduction steps: Start windows Open my daily software (PhpStorm, DataGrip, Postman, several others) Open enpass for the first time Enter password Output: Enpass shows the loading display. This keeps on for some time after which the lock screen is displayed again. I haven't measured but it seems to take as long as my lock duration is. If I click inside the enpass window while it's trying to log in unsuccessfully, Windows shows a "window not responding" error for the enpass window. Expected output: Enpass is logged in. Can't run the new Windows 10 application, not sure why. Don't have issues with any other store apps, just this one. I've looked at the WindowsApps permissions but I'm reluctant to change them. Hello, i imported from 1password and thing is that ALL the items that got imported show up as Logins. The notes from 1Password show up as logins they have that earth logo instead of yellow cicle with pencil...any ideas?

On work, i have my home folder mapped on H: and offline synced. Enpass is synced with Dropbox with my Macs at home. Enpass hangs in the sync with Dropbox and says "An error occurred while syncing" in the settings dialog. At the same the Offline sync in Windows says that there is an conflict with extension.db in Enpass folder. I moved the Enpass folder out of H: and it syncs perfectly.
