Hi every one. It's been more than half an hour now that I am looking for some similar issues here but can't find any, so I will try to explain myself clearly... I use enpass from windows store on my computer running windows 10. I have installed EnpassNMHost to use Edge and Firefox extensions. Everything is fine (Edge extension first clic gives me a "connection error" tab, but second clic is always fine). Firefox extension works great from first clic. I just created a new user session on my computer for my wife who's own pc died)... And here the trouble begins, (not because of my wife ). Drag and drop items between folders has stopped working on Windows desktop. Uninstalled Enpass and reinstalled did not repair. I can select an item and edit an item. Additionally folders now only show their item count when the folder is selected. Enpass 5.6.19 (5548), Windows 10 Pro 1803 17134.254 Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution.

I setup Enpass on a new machine, both the Traditional Win32 version and the UWP via the Windows Store. I successfully restored my data in the Win32 version but when doing the same in the UWP version, it fails with "Not able to connect to WebDAV. Please check Internet connectivity." It doesn't matter if I use valid or invalid credentials and it's not a matter of a bad WebDAV URL as I copied the URL when setting up the Win32 version & pasted into the UWP version I store the URL in Enpass so that when I have to setup another machine I can refer to it so I copied it from the Win32 app to be sure Is this a real error or is there something else th…

I'm syncronizing to an WebDAV on a Synology Server. Works very fine. Expect the fact, that modification on the Win client get distributed to all Enpass clients. Modifications from Apple devices get synced on Apple devices but not on the Win enpass client. It is in the WebDav database, because when rebuilding the Winclient from the WebDav all modifactions are there. So there is still a problem on the Win10 client!!! It is a pitty that no one takes care or fixes this since month. I tried with several laptops in the meantime. Same problem.

Hello everyone, first topic here. Sorry if it is in wrong place. My problem is that I bought a new computer and I can not perform the Enpass sync setup with Google Drive. I'm an Enpass Android user, enjoying the full version, and synchronising passwords between Android, Linux, and Windows. I was wondering what is the point of Enpass UWP now that Windows Phone is being discontinued, because you need the Enpass Password Manager in order to get the browser extensions to work. Don't get me wrong, I know people are still using Windows Phone out there and can't just be left out, so I just wonder if it makes sense for someone like me to buy it. I'm asking because I don't want to buy it to find out that Enpass 6 will superseed this version. At the same time, it would be a good way of further supporting your work. Is there any a…

I am getting this Unexpected Error Crash almost 2-3 times a day since the latest version upgrade about 1-2 weeks ago, I am using the version from the Microsoft Store together with the Edge extension, to me the latest version is extremely buggy, if I add the connection error to it. Sometimes it will crash even without this message.

I am a new user who is still learning the ins-and-outs and best practices of Enpass. I note that one can change the category of an item by dragging-and-dropping it from the list to the desired new category in the sidebar. However, it seems that the template for the item does not also change to match that of items originally created for the new category. To accomplish this requires deleting the item assigned to the original category and re-adding it assigned the new category. Is this correct? Does anyone else feel this is more than a minor inconvenience?

Hi, I've been using enpass for sometime now but recently on any browser extension it's not showing correctly. The enpass window just goes off the window to the right. I've attached an image to show what i'm experiencing. I've tried this on Firefox and Chrome so far and both experience the same thing. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have Windows 10 configured to automatically install programs onto the D: drive (instead of the C: drive). When starting Enpass, I get an error message saying that it can't find ''C:\complete path". Also, I tried reinstalling it and got duplicate Enapss icons in the start menu. Removing the program didn't remove the start menu icons. (I used the Win 10 installer).

I just got a hello capable camera for my desktop. Went to go enable it in enpass and I couldn't find the settings anywhere. Turns out only the UWP app has it (they say the Store version, but the desktop app is in the store now). That's fine. Except it's ten dollars. I've already bought the iOS version. Do I really have to pay another ten bucks for the UWP version? Why do you have to buy it on a per platform basis?

There is nothing happened when I click the chrome extension icon or windows tray icon of Enpass. The only way to access Enpass is to double click the windows tray icon to active the main interface. Hey guys, I'm at work and want to connect the Enpass Windows 10 App with my Google Drive account to sync my passwords. Unfortunately it does not open the login interface, to sign in. I already reinstalled it and restarted my PC. When I click on "Help" nothing happens as well. Do I need administrator permissions for connecting my Google account? Any ideas to solve this issue or is there a workaround to signing in into Google using a webbrowser? Regards!

It is possible to run multiple instance of enpass? I want share passwords with friends, where they will be always updated, if something change, but I don't want to share my entire keychain.

Hi, I have been using the UWP version for some time and just installed the Bridge version along with the Edge extension! Thanks for getting this working, the biggest saving grace when there wasn't an extension was Windows Hello support to unlock the UWP version. I have a Stargazer Razer camera and love it! Are there plans to bring Windows Hello biometric unlock to the bridge version that was just released? I set up a PIN, but honestly facial unlock was so amazing and going back to Pin is a bit painful! Thanks again and keep up the good work and cant wait to see a modern UI applied to the bridge version, UWP version was very clean!

Windows store version: Can't put a shortcut on the desktop; can't find the install directory so I can go there to create a shortcut to place on the desktop; can't get it to work with Firefox even after installing the EnpassNMHost_v5.5.1.0.exe. So, where do I get the "old style" desktop version I was using before Microsoft scrambled my system with an attempt to force an Office 2016 replacement of my Office 2007 suite? (I had to rebuild my system and when I went to download Enpass, it appeared the MS Store version was the only one I could download. ) Do I need to uninstall the MS Store version to get the desktop version to work? Dropbox sync used to work just fine, but stopped to do so now. Sync works between iPhone and iPad, and also from Windows to iPhone/iPad, but is does NOT work from iPhone / iPad to Windows.

I am trying out the Enpass Password Manager 5.6.19 (5548) for the PC Desktop Windows 10. The Enpass program does not seem to remember history of passwords. I created a new login account with a password of "one". I edited the login account and changed the password to "two". I edited the login account and changed the password to "three". I am on Windows 10 and not able to open Enpass Password manager which was installed from Microsoft store app. The error message pop up is Another program is currently using this file. I have opened Task manager and checked if it is running in the background, but nothing shows up. Some one please help me with this as soon as possible,

So I've just installed enpass as I've had enough of lastpass's terrible everythingness. However, the UI isn't working quite right on my system - I generally have a very dark 'inverted' UI, and so I have some how got white text on a almost white background. The password is obviously hidden, but the title and the username arent' visible!
