  1. Hi, Enpass won't start anymore since the V6 update from the Windows Store. It briefly shows the startup screen (without contents), then crashes. The crash-reporter shows up. Same goes for the traditional Win32 setup. When I go back the the previous version (5.6.19) System Restore, the old app works fine. I'm using Win 10 Pro (1809) on an HP Envy laptop, I7-8550, 16 Gb Ram, Windows Defender as AV, Hyper-V, Developer mode etc. disabled. On another latop, also Win 109 Pro (1809) everything works fine, same on our iPhones. Please help!

    I have enpass 6 windows store version on one computer and enpass 6 traditional on another. Both are set to sync to dropbox. It seems like the primary vault is synced, but a secondary vault i made on the windows store version is not syncing to the traditional version? Is this a known issue or should it work?

  5. I've been upgrading Enpass on my various devices (several Windows 10 systems, 1 Ubuntu system and my Android phone). Upgrades went without a hitch until my last computer to upgrade (Windows 10). After reconfiguring cloud sync (I use Dropbox), I get, "Sync Error" - "It seems you are trying to sync two different databases. After syncing your data will be merged with data on Dropbox." I'm offered two options: Disconnect or Merge. I'm not sure which is the best option. I'm leaning towards Disconnect, and letting Enpass rebuild (sync down) its local database.     I used the Beta version for some time and I just purchased the Premium version to get the dark theme and Windows Hello. The Dark theme and Hello worked on the Beta, but stopped working a couple of days ago. I purchased the Features update, and now Dark theme is working again, but Hello isn't working even though it is selected. Is there something that needs to be enabled?

    I created a test vault just to go through the process and to see I was able to choose the storage location of the vault file (i.e. a network drive). However, I wasn't able to choose the storage location and really have no idea where the file was saved (I did not choose a cloud sync of any sort). Now I want to delete this second, unused vault but I don't see any delete option. Is there a way to go about this? The Enpass documentation makes it sound as though this option is available. Thanks for your help.

    I have tried multiple times to upgrade with no success. I attempt to import the data from backups and the app just falls over... when I restart it clearly understood my password from v5 as it now prompts me for it but there is no data in the vault... and no longer any method to import it? I am also have a similar problem on IOS recovering my data from OneDrive... in this case the app does not fall over but no data imported The data is ok & I can create new backups having installed v5 on Windows and all in tact.

  13. My setup with multiple devices I rely on using Enpass 5 is now broken for no good reason. The web extension I am using auto updated itself to a new incompatible version, the desktop version auto updated to a new version, but the version in my phone, which I paid for, can't not be updated to the new version. Even if I wanted to use the new version, which I won't, I would need to buy a new phone, which I won't in the near future just because of this. So, where are ALL the older versions 5 for each platform, why aren't they available? Where are they? I am hoping this is not a depictable scheme to force users pay Enpass developers for features they already…

    Hello I've just upgraded Enpass to version 6.0.0. (230). After upgrade I had to re setup the WebDAV sync, but every time I press the "Connect" button, after entering the URL and the credentials the application crash. I've already send 3 or 4 crash dumps. If I put wrong credentials it does not crash but give an error about the access. The WebDAV server is a Windows Server 2016 with basic authentication only enabled. The site is in HTTPS with a certificate from a custom CA, trusted by the computer where Enpass is installed. I tried also removing the files on the WebDAV server, nothing changed.   16. Some of the items (Bank) do not work after I migrated to v6. They were working in the previous version v5. The User name & Password field gets filled but the password field gets refreshed with spaces and login is not effected. I am not sure for how many more items this problem is inherent. I don't want to rollback to V5. So help me fast please.

    When I choose to Duplicate an item "A" the result is a copy "B" but with extra fields added (from some template I guess) which I had deleted as unwanted in "A" and with all the new fields I had added in "A" appearing in the wrong order in "B" and with sections changed back to (presumably) some template version. I want duplicates to be duplicates please, not messed up copies.

  18. I have saved one password but I can't seem to make this a favorite. I have downloaded the extension for Chrome and I'm in the Enpass Manager, but clicking on favorites provides no response. I also am a Paid member. Thanks!

    Hi, since the new version when I log into Windows the Enpass app starts automatically but not in the background. I have the "Open automatically on system startup" not ticked but this still happens. Bug? Win 10

  22. The title says it all. I uninstalled the 6.0 version, as it refuses the import saying "wrong password". The problem is...that it's the good one so... I don't have time to manually re-create everything from scratch. Seriously.. a software managing passwords and unable to import it's own saves Oo. I reinstalled the previous version.

    Hello. Is there a way to stop v 5.6.10 from auto updating? I´m still using a windows phone and therefore want to stay at version 5.6.10. Yesterday morning enpass auto-updated to version 6 without asking if I want it to do so. Thanks for your help!

Please also provide the PRO upgrade for the traditional version ( for Windows 7 ). However, there are a lot of problems: Problems with synchronization via WebDAV: If a different dataset is available on the phone than on the WebDAV server, Enpass recognizes both datasets and shows them as well, BUT Enpass only wants to merge the datasets afterwards.
