Hi, I have trouble starting the Enpass 6.0 app. I crashes all the time when I start it. The GUI appears, I can unlock it, then it shows the content and suddenly disappears. Where can I find log files to figure out where the problem is? I suspect that it could be related to synchronizing with WebDav. It only happens on Windows 10, on iOS it seems to work ok and also on MAC OS X. Best regards,

Title says it all. I need and old version of the chrome extension. My extension got auto-updated to version 6 which does not work with version 5.6.10 of the windows desktop client.I'm not interested in updating to version 6 because it removed the capability to do touchID logins on the mac. I'm also not updating my android or iOS apps I paid for based on the rollout thus far as I don't know what other, unwanted changes will be coming in the future. Unfortunately, it looks like I'll have to start looking at another password manager, just as I did when 1Password made changes that were not in my (the end user's) best interest.

Hi I have just downloaded and upgraded to the full version of Enpass. The IOS version seems to have installed perfectly. I then downloaded the Windows 7 version of Enpass but after clicking RUN to install it the install box opens and just freezes. Nothing installs? Please advise... Thanks.

since version 6 the automatic login does not work on any of my devices. i use the latest valid enpass versions everywhere (windows 10, ios, android). the auto-login parameter is enabled everywhere !! currently version 6 doesn't convince me. i hope the elementary bugs will be fixed soon.

What the hell? My post from last night has been deleted! It was here. It was a perfectly genuine issue regarding the inability of enpass 6 to sync with Dropbox. Are support not actually wanting to do support for v6 despite it being broken for me? I've been a strong supporter of enpass for several years and have encouraged family, friends and work colleagues to use it. This is not a good sign.

Enpass Version 6 is Flagged as a virus by Cisco Amp and instantly quarantined preventing any use of the software on windows 7, is there a work around for this.

Dear Enpass Team Thanks for the 6.0 update! I just upgraded from 5.6 to 6.0 using the Microsoft Store. I can't find an option/setting to add a keyfile. I tried "Settings -> Security -> Change Master Password" but there was no option to add a keyfile during that process. How can a add a keyfile to an existing vault? Thanks!

I'm running Enpass 6.0.0 traditional on my tower and laptop PCs. I was able to sync Enpass on my (Win10 tower PC), (Win10 laptop) and (android oreo S8 phone) to my Google Drive account using password only. Now I'm trying add keyfile authentication. 1. So on my tower PC I use Enpass' change password function (but I use the same password) and then generate a keyfile. Sync with Google Drive works. When I close Enpass and open it again, it asks for my master password and the keyfile. I do both and Enpass opens fine. When I check synchronization, sync with Google Drive is fine. 2. Hi iam new to enpass. For me Version 6 works on android and Windows. Now iam looking for a Standalone UBS Stick version. I can only find a Version 5.6 Standalone, which is not compatible to the Version6 Vaults. Will there be a Version 6 Standalone in the near future ? regards

Hello Enpass Team. I'm facing a strange issue wile i'm tryin to set up Syncronization on Windows 10 PC. I'm currently using the "Traditional Win32" app. I've tried with Firefox, Chrome and both of them has had the same behaviour. I already had a Caveau full of password (i was using the V5 before), and the comunication beethween Enpass APP and the browser extension is working fine, since i can use the Autofill and i can look for a specific password from directly from the extension. Previously i was syncing my data on google drive, so i've tried to redo the same setup (why did the old configuration get lost?? mah!), and i can succesfully go throu all the step…

I uninstalled my Enpass windows 10 laptop app and deleted the folders on my system because I forgot my master password. Luckily, the master password on my mobile Enpass app was different so I haven't lost all my passwords. Big relief. I've reinstalled the desktop app and chosen a new master password. What I need to know is how to sync between the desktop app and mobile app. I assume you just set it to sync to onedrive but until I get reassurance, I don't want to take the chance that the mobile app will sync to the empty vault of the desktop app thus wiping all my passwords.

Hey, since one of the latest Enpass Updates my NVIDIA ShadowPlay "thinks" Enpass is a Game, so it's very buggy when I have Enpass and a real game open.

I installed the new Enpass (with the trapezoid icon) from the Windows 10 Store and attempted to set it up just like the old Enpass from the Store (Round Icon). When I connect to my desktop with Remote Desktop Connection (RDP), all I get are black windows where I should be seeing an interface. When I right-click on the enpass taskbar icon, it too renders in all black. I ran the older Enpass at the same time for comparison of what I'm expecting and what I'm getting. See screenshot. Hi.. i've been using enpass for a few years now on my android and windows... but recently my phone died on me..and i had to ask my friend for his pc. I opened up the incognito and suddenly realized that i cant use enpass on web.. even for the chrome extension i need to sign in on chrome and then also need to have running full windows app on that pc.. I just cant do all those things on a stranger's pc.. So what would be the best and easiest option for me in such situation ..apart from keeping my phone charged haha.. I hope somebody could help me... THanks !!

Hello, I have a problem using enpass. I start the enpass manager app in windows, that goes well. But what about the plug-in for MS Edge. When I press the extension key I get the message that edge is going to switch to the app (enpass manager), but every time he can't find that app. Although it is installed and open. I also can't manage to log in via the enpass manager app of windows on sites where the data is present in my vault. When I click on the icon of the corresponding site, I always get the message to edit and/or save the data, but not to 'autofill' the data on the site in the browser. I just upgraded to Enpass 6. When I try to setup sync to Google Drive again, I get the error message "Something went wrong -1". I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Hi, i would like to use enpass together with my girlfriend on one PC. Is there an option to use it on Windows platform in pairs and with two different masterkeys? So she can setup her own passwords with her masterpassword. Otherwhise she have to memorize my masterpassword. Best regards, incocnico

The entries can be sorted according the titles, the URLs and so on. I want to sort the entries manually. Is it possible?

I've bought enpass pro on my other windows machine inside the uwp enpass app and it's working on 2 different machines but when i try to restore it on a third machine, logged in with the same windows user and restored data from the same cloud (dropbox) it cannot restore the purchase. The only notification that pops up is that there is an issue during the restoration of the purchase (see the image below). Any advices?

I'm a new user of Enpass. Been experimenting with using a keyfile for more security since my Enpass database will be stored and synced on Google Drive. The default suffix for Enpass' keyfile is "*.enpasskey". If my home PC is stolen or I lose my phone, all the hacker has to do is search for "*.enpasskey" and he will find my keyfile. Then he can proceed to try to crack my Enpass password using the correct keyfile. This will apply to all users of Enpass who use a keyfile with the default suffix. However, I've found that the name and suffix of the keyfile does not matter. It can be renamed to bingo.dll or bingo.jpg or whatever and Enpass will use it as its key…

Dear Support Team! I've faced some issues with the software update to v6. I'm using several notebooks and Android phones, but there's 1 device which I'm not able to update to v6. It's an ACER Swift 3 running Windows 10 Home v1809 Build no. 17763.195. On this PC after the update Enpass is not starting at all, only a crash report window is appearing. Could you give me a step by step guide how to solve this issue? Thank you for your help in advance!

I've just updated from enpass v6 to i think 6.0.1. Now the font's and screens are all messed up, everything is pretty much unusable as you can see in the screenshots. Please fix this.
