I logged in this morning without issue using my Master Password. When I was prompted to do so again, the error "Incorrect Master Password" keeps popping up. I haven't changed my password. Other than uninstalling, is there another fix? Anyone else come across this bug?

Hi all, I really like Endpass, using it for some time now.....butt still have some issues with it.....hope you can change my mind setting for it. But this is how i feel about things at this time. Because of the fact that there is no WiFi sync on version 6 of Enpass i tried the sync options with Onedrive and or other options. Butt it is not making me happy, don't feel good about it. Here is another mind setting i want to try, how about this; I can run a old laptop, using Windows Vista, i cleaned it up with a new install (org.disk and number ( it dos not have to be connected to the internet).... what if i use the Win3…

It seems that the last version of Enpass has removed the ability to import the file "vault.enpassdbsync" from a folder. I've just reinstalled my pc and now I'm not able to import the file because of the missing option. I'm using the "Windows Store" version. In my scenarion, I have 2 vaults, one synchronized with onedrive and the other one syncronized in a directory. I'm able to import the onedrive password file, but now I don't have any options to import the file. I know the password of the second vault, but I'm not able to open it (it's not a backup file, so the "Import from backup" option does not work)

Hello, at work I was able to use the Enpass Cloud Sync via OneDrive. The database could be synced without any problems. Today I get a Sync Error shown in Enpass with the following message: Something went wrong while syncing with OneDrive. Error code: 504056 In Enpass I have added a proxy that should be used by all applications that access the internet. But the website OneDrive is no longer allowed (same for Google Drive and Dropbox). So, what other ways do I have to sync my database? Best regards OLLI

I have just downloaded the latest version of Enpass and I am trying it out. I wanted to delete the sample items but, when I choose an item and right click on it as detailed in the manual, nothing happens. Also, I don't see anything which allows me to check my PWM status. I must be missing something.

Hi I'm trying out Edge on Cromium, and wanted to try out Enpass also (Have never used a password manager before). I have installed the extension in Edge, and I have installed the Store version of Enpass but they don't seam to talk each other. I then tried to get inrolled in the beta program, but that page couldn't be found. How do I get Enpass to work in Edge? Regards Lars.

Searched the forum, but I can't find anyone else who has mentioned this. I used "subset of password" all the time with Enpass 5, but it seems to be missing from 6. Is there any chance it'll return?

My setup: Surface Book 2, Windows 17763.195, all updates (Firmware etc.) installed. Enpass 6.0.0 (218) syncs to OneDrive, connected to three other devices. After a restart, Enpass requires me to enter my master password once despite Windows Hello being enabled in the settings. Hello seems to work from then on. Please fix! Dom

Hi! I updated To Windows Enpass version 6.0.6 (323) and icloud sync is not possible any more. It says that I´m redirected to my icloud account but I´m not. Nothing happens. If I try the other options this works. On my Mac and my Iphone it works. I´m using a Windows 10 Laptop with latest updates.

Hello, Been using this across a few machines and since the update to version 6 searches have been really slow. I mean slow to the point where I am considering looking elsewhere. Anybody else had this problem? It is the same across 2 different macs. Search speed seems fine on the iOS devices but really slow on the mac.

How is it possible to sync passwords in my home network without storing data in any cloud? I purchased Enpass because of local stored passwords. I have attempted to sync all my Mac using a folder in one of them without any success. Apparently, sync to Folder is only anothe way to have a backup... The Enpass manual of posts in this forum didn't help me.

1. Item creation is not possible in Enpass. I tried several times, but it didn't work. 2. Error occurs when attempting to synchronize with Dropbox. The error message is as follows 'Something went wrong while syncing with Dropbox. Error code: 209997 or 204401' I have reinstalled Enpass, but the problem remains.

The Enpass Assistant doesn't do a very good job of asking about saving credentials when you sign into a new site (about half the time it doesn't even ask), and the user is given no choice as to which template is used when this happens. I've been forced to turn off this feature because it works so poorly, and it won't let me choose my template. I'm requesting that Enpass allow the user to chose which template is their default, and that the process for creating a new Item, whether through the app or the Assistant, start with that template, not with the multi-step process of choosing a template. Hello, I have Enpass Desktop 6.02 (I am still evaluating it). I changed the password of an existing entry and saved it. Then i wanted to see the password history (a very comfortable feature of KeePass) but I did not see it. So is there no password history existing or am I too stupid to find it? Best regards OLLI

Hello As it was established, folders are gone. Mine WERE converted to tags, so I still have a kind of structure in my data, but when I want to create a new entry, I have to enter the tags manually! While it is possible, it *IS* *VERY* impracticable, and I am very disappointed. The folder structure was (at least for me) THE one distinctive feature that separated Enpass from other password managers, some of which are generally much better software, but none of them offered folder support (as far as I know). In my opinion it was an unwise move, since the main usage mode of most, if not all password managers is quickly looking up on the cellphone (more often)…

Hi , all together, i startet with Enpass esterday, I use a vault-Backup on my Own_Cloud, during the Installation of the Cloud Backup i changed the PW of the Cloud, Enpass is working well and is synchronizing with the cloud , but i dont know the new PW, where in Enpass can I Read out the Saved PW from my cloud ? i think it must be saved somewhere,. Hello Enpass customer service, I want to upgrade Enpass on my Samsung S8 phone to the pro version to have more than 20 items. But I need to understand some things first. Currently I'm running Enpass traditional 6.0.0 (230) on my Win10 desktop and my Win10 laptop. I had tried the Windows store version but had the blurred and offset user interface problem so went back to 6.0.0 (230). I can sync the Enpass database on Google drive between my desktop and laptop fine with 26 items so far. I do get the pop up saying "There is a newer version available to download, click to upgrade now." But I'm reluctant to upgrade and get the blurry and offset UI problem again…

Today out of the Blue by windows store Enpass updated to 6.0, not even sure if this is a beta or not, but this is what I'm greeted with: To make things worse, this are the new menus: It is imposible to use this new version like this.
