    Hi everyone, I hope you’re fine. I’ve installed Enpass 6, which is synchronized through box to all my devices. When reviewing the incoming and outgoing connections of Enpass I see that the application has also been connected to enpassrest-dev.us-west-2 whose IP address is 35.161.178.150. As far as I knew, Enpass does not store any kind of information. What would be the purpose of this connection and what kind of information is sent? Thanks.

    Hello I have buyed the Premium Version, a ASUS TPM 2.0 module and a Fingerprint Modul. Windows Hello Login in Windows 10 works fine. But how can I login with the fingerprint modul in Enpass without the master-password. Therefore I have buyed a TPM Module. But how can i activate it? I haved disabled and reenabled Windows Hello in Enpass, but nothing happend. acutally I wanted to buy the Mobile Version too, but i think i will switch to another PM if there is no solution.

    When enpass is running and usb flash disk or external memory card reader are plugged in i always get "No Disk" message box that comes from enpass somehow. Quitting enpass makes error not come up any more. Message box screenshot attached. Please help to solve this.

    Treat me in the "almost dumb" category. Background. I use three different Win 10 laptops depending on work I am doing (home based). I have used KeePass for years with database stored on OneDrv. Access via phone and laptops have not been a problem. Discovered Enpass. Laptop #1 was first extension install - results good thus I am happy. Next, Laptop #2 updated with the Chrome enpass extension. From this point all goes wrong. Laptop #2 I "Restore from Cloud" to OneDrv. Forever looking.     Hello! I am using Windows 10 on desktop and downloaded enpass. I have the Primary vault and another vault, whereas both vaults consist of the same passwords and the second vault is linked to my Google Drive. I now want to share the passwords with my working colleagues, wheres one has Mac (but uses Google Drive) and all other have Windows desktop and use Google Drive. My problem is that I do not get how my working colleagues should have access to the password list of the second vault? If I want to share the passwords with 5 working colleagues, do I need to generate five different vaults and link it to their Google Drive account on my computer? Than…

    I wanted to try Enpass (6.0.3), the traditional Windows version. I am currently using Keepass to manage my passwords. 1. Since Keepass, current version 2.x. I exported the XML file. 2. In Enpass, I clicked on import. The import started but after a few seconds your software suddenly closed. This situation has occurred every time. Having previously tried Sticky Password, I used this same file to import my passwords. I didn't have any problems and the import was a success. I tried with the other file to import my passwords.     I "upgraded" my win8 box to 6.0.6. It does not sync with my Linux box, which is at 5.something. I do this using a file on a local server. Apparently, the sync format has changed, so they do not play with each other. I would think about going to 6.0.6 on the linux side, but the comments here are not encouraging. This is a disaster. Where do I find a binary to return the windows box to a usable version? Also, how can I export to csv in the 6.0.6 version? I was good while it lasted. Thanks.

    Is it possible to add a name of the vault when viewing "All Vault" Like if i have multiple entry with the same name i.e: "Passport", i can see the vault name right below the Title without having to click it first. Right now, I have to name the Title with explanation i.e: "Passport - Wife", "Passport - Son", etc Thank You

  14. Problem Nr. 1: I'm using a Windows 10 Desktop at work an iPhone and iPad using Google Drive to sync with each other. They are all batched with the latest updates. Enpass syncronices properly between iPhone and iPad but on Windows 10 it's a bit strange. When I set it up using my Master Key, Google Drive Login Detail it's seam to work because I get a lot of Empass entry's to my Desktop. BUT It doesn't sync later properly which means: If I add an item on my W10 Enpass and save it, Enpass tell's me that it synced the data to Google Drive (I can do it a few times, it's always the same).     I right click a field and select "History." I'm shown as many historical entries as will fit in the window, but I can't scroll to older ones. I can maximize the window to see a few more, but I have a long list of history and I need to select older values. Win7 and Win10 have same problem.

Hello there, Previously I reported a bug when importing passwords from a generic CSV file (the early revisions of Enpass 6 did not recognize the "tag" field), however I have realized that Enpass 6 does not recognize the category of data imported from a generic CSV file (it only works when you create the items in Enpass). Passwords, for example, when importing them should appear in the "Login" category, either automatically (because I'm supposed to be importing passwords) or if the CSV file is a dedicated field called "Category", which is curiously displayed when you export the security store as a JSON file.   17. The Windows version 1809 has a feature called Cloud Clipboard. Every Element that lands on the Clipboard lands as a timeline in this new feature and can optionaly be share with connected devices. A while ago i read, that keepass prevent password to land on this clipboard menu. Enpass should as well prevent password to land on this clipboard menu, because it is very unsave that password land in the clipboard timeline of this feature and in worse case, they will not got deleted from there.

  18. Hi ever since upgrading I have noticed that when Enpass starts up in the background upon logging into my Win 10 workstation .. the process is ridiculously slow relative to the previous version. It seems to take a full 5 seconds vs. less than 1 second to 1 second in the previous version. During the startup process a modal window pops up in the background of my monitor .. so for example if i just logged in and I am in the process of logging into to my vpn client for remote work, my login process is interrupted.     Hi there, I'm getting reoccurring sync errors (both in my private LAN and at work). I've tried to sync via WebDAV on my private RasPi. With version 5 that worked flawlessly. But since version 6 I'm was always facing troubles. So I decided to switch to DropBox. But there I'm facing the same issue! From time to time I get the following error (see screenshot): Sync error.     Hi, when I try to run Enpass 6 (installed from Windows Store) I get en error: Basically it is saying "file not found". But I can confirm the file exists and effective access rights for my user account are Full Access. Windows 10 Home, Version 1809 and latest patches as of today. No Antivirus other then Windows Defender. I tried to set some other NTFS access rights, repaired and reinstalled the app, nothing helps. Any ideas? Kind regards, Oliver

  23. Hey there, i have just updated enpass to version 6.0 and now the title bar of the programm blocks the content of enpass (see attached picture). So its almost impossible to use the search or any other feature that's in the top bar. Also the font is now a little bit blurry (scaling issue?) and i have to click a bit below a button to actually click it. Anyone else got that problem or knows a workaround? My device is a HP spectre x360 (2016 model) with a 13" 1920x1080 Display. Greetings Luca

    Hi I have an enpass vault which i no longer can access. i managed to extract the vauld.enpassdb and the vault.json. Can someone help me decrypt the db so i can move it into a new vault? I do have the entire directory from windows 10 enpass (from store), which is located in User/AppData, but there is no file that i can directly read into Enpass.
