I'm not able to update Enpass 'store version' for windows 10. MS Store find 'Enpass Password Manger' (version 6) instead of old app called only 'Enpass' that was version 5. I've installed version 6 from store without uninstalling version 5, but when I run it I receive this error (in italian) LoadLibrary failed with error 1114: Routine di inizializzazione della libreria di collegamento dinamico (DLL) non riuscita. Any suggestion? Version 5 works perfectly, and I don't want to uninstall it if version 6 doesn't work :-) I've already tried to uninstall / reinstall version 6 without success. Keepass import is incomplete. Only entries that are not in a Keepassfolder are imported.

Hi, I have installed version 6.0.2 of the free Enpass. But the font is really bad to read. I had never this problem with version 5. My system: Windows 7 professional 32 bit. Please have a look at the picture. In the background the font of Windows explorer. In the background the font is needle-sharp.

Hello, I use the free version of enpass since about three years. My System: 32 bit; Windows 7 Professional Enpass Version in use: 5.6.10 / available for update: 6.0.2 When I try to make the update it says: failed, it was not able to get update informations. Be sure, that your internetconnection is working and try again. (See the attachements) -> Internet is working. My browser works. As I have no virus Scanner, it can not be the virus scanner, who makes trouble. It can not be my Fireware. When I shut down it, it also does not work. Can you help me please?

My company works on thin clients in a Windows Server 2012 RS terminal server environment. Would the newest version (6.0) of Enpass work properly if we installed on this server for our folks to use? Thanks.

Hi, your new version of Enpass (Windows platform) is not retro-compatible with existing Enpass database (in my case on Google Drive account). The new app has recovered only few items of my previous database and, a new item in the old database cannot be recognized by the new app. I will de-install the new version waiting for a fix.

Items count disappears when collapsing categories and relaunching Enpass. I have installed the Skip Ahead Insider Preview 18216, and am trying Enpass 5.6.19. The app works fine, but the Edge Extension fails. It see a Background Task Host process start under Enpass Password Manager, but it suspends a few seconds after starting and then disappears shortly thereafter. I see that on 1803 it remains active. It appears the something is interfering with the process. It gives the same behavior seen sometimes on the current 1803 build by some users (a friend reported it to me). I know that this is probably not supported on the 19H1 Preview builds but I wanted to report it for clarity and possible troubleshooting. Thanks.

The latest update to version 6 has caused me a lot of trouble. At first the display was completly "wonky", now that seems to be fixed. Now my biggest problem is that the new version 6 in unable to find the enpass folder/data ( created with Enpass version 5) on my onedrive Please help me get my data back or provide a link to an older version that works correctly.

Hello, i just moved from Lastpass to Enpass 6 and i like the new version. I only have one issue: I prefer a 2 vendor strategy for archiving my passwords - in the past, i exported my lastpass vault to csv and imported the csv into keepass - as an archive. When i export an enpass 5.6.9 vault as a txt file, keepass is able to import this by choosing "Enpass TXT" in the import menue. When i export an enpass 6.0.X vault as a txt file, keepass shows the error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". So i seems, that you changed the txt-file format, did you? Dear Enpass-Team, I updated all my Enpass installations from Enpass 5 to Enpass 6 without any issues. Thanks for the nice new version. With Enpass 6 I started using multiple vaults and tried to sync the second vault. I was able to setup cloud sync via webdav initially but if I leave the settings and go back to vault settings the sync settings are blank. Is this a known issue? How can I solve it? Enpass does not work on a second screen attached to my notebook, neither started directly on the second screen (there the window keeps completely white) nor after succesfully starting on the primary screen and then moving the app window to the second screen (there the app does not get any keyboard or mouse events). After moving the runnig app window to the primary display again, it works fine again. Is this a bug or a security feature I didn't know of?

I'd like to setup a new category for routers. Clicking on the three dots in the left pane next to "categories" shows me a list of existing categories with checkboxes. However, I do not see a button to create a new category. Is this not possible at the moment?

Standard Mac UI behavior: The preferences on the Mac have always been in the Menu bar at the same location, in your case it should be an entry under "Enpass". Activating opens a preferences window that consists of different panes. On Enpass currently: The preferences icon (cog) is part of the application window. Clicking on it opens a slide-in pane from the right. This feels weird for a native application – it feels in this rather like some app shell for a webbased app. Interestingly enough, the standard keyboard shortcut for opening preferences on the Mac, works already. Suggestion: Make it feel more "native" and less than a cross-platform port.

Hey, since the V6 update, Enpass is not very friendly to the Simplified Chinese support of the win7 system. It may be the cause of the font or other reasons. It shows that the screen font often has no content or the content is garbled, then crashes, only exit and then reopen the program. I use the Win7 operating system on my old laptop, Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU D2550 @ 1.86GHz, 4 Gb Ram, resolution 1360X768, Program-Compatibility - High DPI setting disable display zoom option Is enabled. When Auto-Start of Enpass the window of the main program opens shortly (white background) before the icon disappears in the tray. Does not look good.

Hi, i have been using enpass 5 on a Win10 PC. 2 Users on the PC used different vaults, located in different folders. (Both accounts use different mobile accounts of enpass, which we bought). After updating to enpass6, both user seemed to acess the same folder. enpass could not change the folder, where the databases were stored. Is this a known fail? Clarky

This is second time this happen when I change a password in the browser and get a prompt to update an existing item. I check that I want to update the correct site but in the password manager I see it updates a totally different item. I am happy there is history feature to restore the password but this is serious issue. How can I trust the update existing feature working properly. Details: Windows 10 Pro (64) 1809 Enpass 6.0.2 (241) I was uses the Edge Extension. Update: It seems to work now.

Until the recent 'major upgrade' Enpass would not start up until I initiated it. Now it starts as part of Boot-up of PC and brings up the login screen asking for Master Password. In Settings > General The option "Open Automatically at system start up" is NOT ticked. So why is it automatically stating I can't advise ver No. as can no longer see where that is, but it updated to latest upgrade yesterday P.S. Yesterday upgrade removed short cut icon from Task Bar (questions if updates are being sufficiently tested ?)

where do I actually find a changelog. I saw before that there were already 2 updates for Enpass in the WindowsStore. V6.1 and 6.2 but nowhere a hint was fixed or changed here. So what has been changed?
