Hello, I am using the new Enpass 6 - Beta on my Android-Phone and Tablet and my Windows 10-PC with the newest Firefox Browser Extension. There was no Problem with the update and reconnect to my WebDav-Sync. All logins are there and works fine like before, but I have problems to fill out forms with my Identity. If I want to buy something in an Online-Shop, I have to fill out a form with my Identity. Therefore I have a login with all my dates in Enpass (Identity), but If I doubleclick this entry, nothing happens. Can help anyone?

Hi, I am evaluating enpass and was trying it in firefox. I am using firevox 63.03 64-bit and enpass 5.6.19 which I installed from Mcirosoft Store and is probably the Bridged version. I installed the extension from the Enpass website, which shows up as version 5.5.2. When I click on the icon empass, I get the error: Enpass extension is not able to connect with the Enpass app. I follow the screen instruction and install native app EnpassNMHost.exe 5.5.2. This however did not resolve the issue even after I restart firefox. Note that I do not have this problem in Edge on the same machine. Paul

Hi, I just bought a UHD monitor 28" and Enpass Desktop seem have problem with this new resolution (3840x2160). The category/folders panel have very little font size and the menu bar is stacked. I have same problem with the Enpass extension browser. The windows is so little. Any solution? Thank you.

Hi, The chrome extension doesn't work anymore after my windows desktop app updated to version 6. This happened even after uninstalling the extension and reinstalling. Need a fix, guys. regards

I am an ENPASS user from China. I can't wait to receive the update 6.0. It seems that the Chinese version is not supported at present.

See the attached screen shots. I can't change the location of the "file download" location. When I click on it, it properly takes me to the file directory, but I don't see a way to save and permanently change the location. How do I fix this?

I'd like to recommend widening the search options to other specific fields, or even by custom field name. Currently, there are only two options (Title Only and All Fields), which definitely allows me to get the job done, but makes for some time consuming work. For instance, when I'm trying to replace all my old duplicate passwords (I know that there's an audit folder for this), it would be handy to do a less-exhaustive search.

Been using enpass for a while on windows 10, chrome, firefox, and android, trying to decide whether to leave lastpass. lost my laptop, just bought a chromebook (pixel). I have no problem installing the enpass app and the extension, but i keep getting this message: "Enpass Connection Error Please start Enpass desktop app and make sure you have checked "Enable Browser Extension" in Enpass Preferences, before using Enpass Browser Extension." I believe I have selected the extension in the app but i still get that same message. Help!

This is a really strange one and I am not sure if anyone else has experienced... Outlook is open in the background, fire up edge and go to a page where I want to use enpass, click the enpass extension icon in edge, the webpage flashes, Outlook closes then have to click again for my autofill to work. For the rest of the day outlook and enpass are fine until I reboot. There is nothing in my event logs either so a little bemused. Any ideas ?

I have Enpass Password Manager (5.6.17 (5428) Windows under evaluation for a switch from 1Password. I have become fed up with the latter's opaque data storage policies and constant pressure towards cloud/subscription. I want my data on (and only on) a removable USB drive. Manual suggests I can change the Enpass data location in Tools/Settings/Advanced, but the "change location" button is missing on my machine: So how can I change the location?

Hello, Since a couple of month, I can't have a connection between enpass and edge / chrom on my win10 laptop. Does somebody work on this subject at enpass? it's very ennoying I had some exchange with enpass asking for help. Hi, I tried to export my password to CVS and it produced the most messy file it can, notes mixed in with usernames, usernames mixed in with urls ... etc. It's practically unusable unless I sit and fix everything manually!

It happens ONLY when I start Enpass and let it running in background. Please see attached as I don't really know how to explain this. I'm using wifi, Enpass sync with OneDrive. But even turning off syncing wont help.

Since a couple of weeks I get a connection error when I try to use Enpass in Edge. I didn't see any posts here about sharing custom templates. I took a look at /r/enpass as well, but that subreddit seems to be dead. What I wanted to do was start a thread where we can share custom templates we've created, just in case others may find it useful. I first started looking for a template to keep track of SSL Certificate info, & found nothing. To start, this is what I have for SSL Certificates, but plan on improving it.

The Firefox extension (add-on) works initially, when I install it from Enpass, but the next time I boot up Windows 10 and try to open it, it won't work. Neither the hotkey combinatuion, nor the toolbar icon bring up Enpass. I have to reinstall the add-on from Enpass for it to work again. I have checked that NMHost is installed and that it's referenced in the registry. Could it be antivirus-related? Hi everybody, I am currently playing around with Enpass as a substitue for my beloved KeePass. Unfortrunately, I can not get this thing working in Chrome. If by chance, I am able to lay my eyes on the error message, before the tab is redirected to the Google start page, there is a text about a failed connection to the app and I should have enabled the browser support first in the app. Which I obviously did ... Dear Enpass, I have a rather annoying issue with the Windows Desktop application. I started changing my old weak passwords. The desktop app shows an "Password Audit" on the left side. Under "Identical" I have several hits. One of which has allmost 50 logins in it. So, I wanted to change them all. Starting from the top, to the bottom. But I came across an annoying bug. Please follow these steps: > Password Audit > Identical > Click certain password with multiple hits > List with logins shows in the middle > Click any login > Change the password for that login and save > Login disappears from list That's all fine. …

Is there a way for me to see all of my entries that have not been added to a folder? My purpose here is to find entries that I have forgotten to categorize to a folder. If not, it would be great if there was either 1) a "None" folder that an entry is in by default until it gets added to a folder (LastPass has this) or 2) a smarter search query that could allow you to search for folder = null

Hello, I migrated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 with Enpass. Enpass works after Installing it but refuses to start after that one time. As soon as I try to start it, this popup appears: And that's it. I'm on Windows 10 Education 17134.286. Enpass is on Version 5.6.9. I can't install the UWP-Version because the Windows Store is disabled using Group Policies on my Laptop. I also tried to use The portable version, but with no luck. Any help would be apreciated.

Enpass gets turned off an gets connection error in Edge. The enable browser extensions is turned ON.
