    Hello, I have just updated Enpass for Windows. Like on my iOS and macOS devices the sync was disconnected after the update. On iOS/macOS the sync is working properly but the Windows client shows error 907056 Something went wrong with webdav sync. Any idea how to solve this? BR Andre

A minor, but annoying, thing I've noticed of late is that whenever a new version of Enpass 6 is pushed through the Microsoft Store, it will update the app, but not restart the app after update (assuming it was open prior to update). Every other app that I have via the Store, including many 'classic' apps that have been bridged, all seamlessly update and restart in the background. With Enpass, I'll often discover it has updated because I go to use it and find it isn't running (I have 'Open Automatically at System Startup' enabled) Why doesn't Enpass 6?

  5. I've never used a password manager before. I'm a new user of Enpass (running traditional 32bit) and had only set up log ins for 4 of the forums that I visit. I used my existing passwords in Enpass for testing, instead of having Enpass generate the complex passwords. So I was still able to log in to those 4 websites manually without using Enpass when the update happened that messes up the user interface. QUESTION: How are you long time users of Enpass that have the unusable high dpi scaling problem logging in to your different websites? Did you make a printout of all of your complex passwords and are using it? I didn't want to make an un-encrypted printout …

  6. I originally installed Enpass on a Macintosh using version 5 and had created a password list of 63 items. After a week or so I was prompted to upgrade to the "new" and "improved" version 6 but declined and still use version 5.6.11. I decided to give it a try on Windows 10 and downloaded what is the latest version on the Enpass website, Version 6.something. After installing and opting to sync to the same DropBox database created on the Mac, it only synced 58 items. I did a couple more attempts at resyncing and still it did not bring over the full number of items.   8. I have been using the new version 6 on Windows 10 for a few days and I have found the following issues: 1. The 'Duplicate' menu item (I recall that it was in the Edit menu) is now missing - or at least I can't find it. Has this feature been removed? 2. Password generator - the minimum number of words for pronounceable passwords is now 3. It used to be 2. A 3 word password is too long. Is this a bug or was the change intentional? 3.     The open automatically at startup option isn't working properly. #1 I have the option unchecked yet the program starts automatically (so this feature seems to be broken completely) ? #2 in previous version you had the option to open at startup BUT to open minimized to the icon area (this option seems to be missing) ?

  11. Just a small issue: why does Enpass automatically create a desktop shortcut after each update? For some users this may be useful, but to others (like me) this is just a nuisance, as we have to delete the shortcut each time. It would be better to ask before install, for example by providing an option "create desktop shortcut" in the install dialogue box.

    If I understand correctly V6 upgrade replaced folders with tags. The issue I'm having is that changing tag name on PC a doesn't change it on iOS (and vice-versa). Syncing via WebDAV and everything else seems to be synced correctly.

  15. I have pinned the Enpass icon to my Taskbar. I expect to click once to launch Enpass but if i click once i can see the UI brief and then it is gone like a flash. Next time i click, iow the second click on the Enpass icon, Enpass launches as expected. I saw this in build 220 and now in build 239. Important: This happens only when i have booted the computer. All subsequent launches of Enpass do require one (1) click. So to reproduce it, reboot the computer, warm boot or cold boot, and let Enpass start in the background and then click one on the icon you have pinned to the Taskbar.     I "upgraded" to version 6 on my Windows 7 PC. All the text on the app looks blurry and very light colored. Also, could not find an option to purchase the premium version. I reinstalled version 5.6.10 but now the Chrome extensions do not work (no auto-fill), the browser prompts me to upgrade to version 6. I was beginning to love Enpass but know I am getting frustrated. Please help.

    I was under the impression that version was a free upgrade from version 5? But after downloading version 6 is resides next to version 5 in my start menu with no premium functions. Not the 6 dollars matter, I can but it again. I just want to know the facts. And I don't want to purchase until I have an explonation to why I cant import my version 5 database.

    Hi, I have a question regarding windows hello. I don't have any other 3rd party apps that support Windows Hello, so I'm not sure if it's normal, but every time Enpass uses Windows Hello, I have to press Enter or click OK to continue after my identity was verified. Is there a setting to continue without prompting? Thanks!

When I go back the the previous version (5.6.19) using System Restore, the old app works fine. I'm using Win 10 Pro (1809) on an HP Envy laptop, I7-8550, 16 Gb Ram, Windows Defender as AV, Hyper-V, Developer mode etc. disabled. On another latop, also Win 109 Pro (1809) everything works fine, same on our iPhones. Please help!

    I have enpass 6 windows store version on one computer and enpass 6 traditional on another. Both are set to sync to dropbox. It seems like the primary vault is synced, but a secondary vault i made on the windows store version is not syncing to the traditional version? Is this a known issue or should it work?

  25. I've been upgrading Enpass on my various devices (several Windows 10 systems, 1 Ubuntu system and my Android phone). Upgrades went without a hitch until my last computer to upgrade (Windows 10). After reconfiguring cloud sync (I use Dropbox), I get, "Sync Error" - "It seems you are trying to sync two different databases. After syncing your data will be merged with data on Dropbox." I'm offered two options: Disconnect or Merge. I'm not sure which is the best option. I'm leaning towards Disconnect, and letting Enpass rebuild (sync down) its local database.
