Since the new version (Enpass 6.0.0.198) they change the policy of lifetime free Windows versions. With this version you have to pay for Windows Desktop Premium functions and it only works if you have the Windows Store installed. My version (Windows 10 LTSC) dont have a Windows store. I'll hope they find a solution for that.

I installed enpass 6.0.0 (2.3.0) on Windows 10 (Version 1809, Build 17763.195). There are UI icons missing as you can see in the following screenshots. I tried reinstalling the software but that did not resolve the issue. The icons are missing in several areas of the UI. Instead of the icons small rectangles are shown. Can you help me with that issue? Thanks for your help.

Hello, I want to use enpass on a Mac with two users. The storage location is a shared folder where all users have full access rights. I want to use 3 different vaults, each with its own password protected. Vault-1 (default): access with master password possible Vault-2: Access only possible with Vault-2 Password Vault-3: Access only possible with Vault-3 Password Application example: Several family members use the Mac with their own user profile, start Enpass from the mentioned common folder. The Vault-1 area should contain passwords accessible to all users, Vault1 + 2 only personal passwords. How can I implement this?

Your 'new' password generator may potentially have a bug. If you select Pronounceable passwords, and Include Digits, then it only adds ONE digit at the end of the string of characters. In previous versions, the generator would add a number at beginning/end of every 'word' element, thus making the same length password much stronger. Right now, all your 3 word pronounceable passwords come up as 'weak,' which is ridiculous. I don't get 'good' pronounceable passwords until I hit 6 words, ~40 characters, which most websites that I use won't accept. Applied the update today ... Now Enpass has been removed from Taskbar ... and if I go to Start>Enpass nothing happens. Please advise This is second time in recent weeks that an upgrade has caused issues - are they being fully tested before release?

Why don't I see an option to restore from Box on the Windows client when this is available on Mac?

I suspect this might be a Windows 10 issue but i have a Dell XPS 13 which has a Windows Hello IR camera as well as a fingerprint reader. Whenever I use enpass, it does the camera thing for about half a second at most then reverts to fingerprint. i.e. it never gives enough time for the IR camera to look for the face. I can manually switch it back but it kind of defeats the point. Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

Hello, when I started Enpass this morning at work then Enpass told me that the update to 6.0.3.259 is available. I downloaded and installed it. I also printed out the Release Notes to see what has changed (and here I also see 6.0.3). And 20 mintes ago I installed 6.0.3.1 for Android. Here at home I also have Enpass Traditional Win32 installed but here no update is offered. So I went to the download page but here only 6.0.2 is available. I tried different browsers and also deleted the cache in the browsers. Also at the Release Notes I just see 6.0.2. So did you withdraw the new update? Why? Best regards OLLI

im really disappointed in Enpass. I did not know, that Enpass 6 is not compatible with Enpass 5 (and therefore portable version). In no press release was mentioned this problem. No i used the apps (installation + portable on a work laptop) parallel for the last 3 weeks and found out just now. now i have 2 databases syncing, and also different login details in different vaults, because sometimes i added a new login on the work computer which has not been synced to my private computer with the installed update and vice versa.... now i can manually sit down and sort which login detail from the portable app i need to migrate to enpass 6 vault on my private computer.. …

Hi, I was happy with Version 5, because with that version, i was able to login to my wordpress sites. With the new Version 6, that doesn´t work anymore. If i click on the entry, then it fills out the login form and send it, but then noting happens. It does not log in, and give me the empty login screen again. So i have to copy the login data manually. Why does this don´t work anymore?

Is there a way to set Enpass to autofill login to two pages? IOW, the username is on page-1 and the password is on page-2. In Keepass, there is a dialog that allows the user to change the .... normal log in: {username}{tab}{password}{Enter} .... to two page login: {username}{enter}{delay 1000}{password}{enter} Does a similar dialog exist in Enpass? If not, what's the best way to use Enpass to autofill two page logins?

Am running Enpass traditional 6.0.0 (230) on two Win 10 PCs. .... 1. Tower PC with 2560 x 1440 res monitor. Win10 display scaling set to 175%. .... 2. Laptop PC with 1920 x 1080 res screen. Win10 display scaling set to 175%. Problem is that when Enpass is first opened, it opens with its window too high so the title bar is mostly off the top of the screen. I enter my master password and Enpass opens but the title bar is still mostly off the top of the screen. The bottom edge of the title bar is just barely on screen so that I can guess where the "maximize" button on the bar is and click there and then the Enpass window displays fully on the screen. In some cases when I generate a new password with my desktop client, the password does not appear in the history of generated passwords. I am using the latest version of the client 6.0.2 (204)

Hi, since the update for version 6 Enpass always crashes without any reason, I thought. Today I releazied that chrome always chrashes when I use the chrome extension. The understand this: - unlock enpass - open Chrome and go to a website - open the Enpassextention with the hotkey (doesn't matter if you have a login for this page or not) - now the searchfield should have the coursor in it. - press the "arrow down" key on the keyboard (the cursor should disappear from the search field - press enter - on my pc Enpass ALWAYS crashes in this moment! How can i stop Enpass 6 from minimizing to system tray as i do not use any extensions i cannot get Enpass 6 to close on exit.

Following the failure that is Enpass 6, i've decided to find a new password management solution... I could not export CSV from Enpass 6, so i had to pick up a old backup and restore it in Enpass 5, when i export it there to CSV it does not include any of the folder structure information. I have thousands of passwords that are organised into folders and I have to keep that structure, anyone has a solution?

Since the major update, the top row of icons is hidden under the window's title bar. The product is now unusable. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times... How can I fix this?

Hello, in Enpass 6 most logins have a boring Globe icon. Just the icon of the Enpass-Forums looks correct. Is there a way to download the Icon of the website? Are you interested in the URLs where the Icons are not loaded? Best regards OLLI
