I have read several posts/articles that say that Enpass supports the Windows Hello fingerprint login. I have a certified USB desktop reader worked/works with LastPass. But I cannot find any settings in the Enpass program whatsoever that would allow this. Do I need to have the premium subscription version to make it work? And why does Enpass require TPM for full support when others (LastPass for instance) do not?

After today's update to April 2018 (17134.81) Enpass PM stops working regularly without any interactions.

Since Enpass 5.6.6, I have started getting sporadic crashes. It is often when I have logged into a website, Enpass has popped up and asked me to enter my PIN to unlock and validate what I entered matched what is in Enpass. When it occurs, Enpass generates a dialog box that says: Unfortunately, Enpass has stopped working because of some unexpected error. Application will now terminate. Nothing is logged in the Windows event logs. Is there any data I can collect to provide you to assist in troubleshooting these crashes? I am using Windows 10 x64 v16299.214, Edge browser, and Enpass 5.6.6 desktop bridge version installed from the Microsoft Store

I'm on Windows 10 build 1803 with all latest cumulative updates and running Enpass bridged version 5.6.5. The client is randomly crashing with an error message, "Unfortunately, Enpass has stopped working because of some unexpected error. Application will now terminate." Error on install (Enpass 5.5.8 Windows 10) When attempting to install as Administrator on Windows 10 64-bit I get the error shown in the attached screenshot. The installer claims Enpass is already running even though Enpass is not installed and there is no Enpass process running on the system.

I have two machines that I switched from the Windows Desktop Native App to the new Windows 10 Store App that has the Edge Browser plugins. On both machines when I reboot and log in for the first time after a reboot, I get a pop-up that says, "Unexpected Error: Enpass has stopped working because of some unexpected error. We have 25 Windows desktop computers using the same cloud-hosted database. We started with Google Drive, but found some clients would lose the connection and not update. Suspecting this was an issue with Google Drive, we moved to Dropbox a couple months ago. Moving to Dropbox alleviated ~90% of our sync issues, however it's still an occasional problem. Manually syncing Enpass does not update the passwords that fail to sync. Any other suggestions to troubleshoot/remedy? Thank you!

Hey Guys, I am already using Enpass on my Mac at Home and on my ANdroid Phone on the Go, syncing it with Onedrive. Last week I set up Enpass Portable on my Work PC (Windows 10) and configured the sync, which was working without any issues. Today i wanted to log on0 to a site I created a login for yesterday. Unfortunately i needed to find out, that the login is not on my work pc. Hi I've been using Enpass for a few years now on my desktop and android phone, and this morning I thought I'd try and tidy up some of the secure notes I have in my wallet. Just having some formatted text in them would make them more readable. Nothing fancy, just some headings/bold/italics/etc. I was about to add a feature request for this functionality, but thought I'd test it first. So I created test note with some HTML markups and some wiki markdowns to see if this would work. The HTML markups did work after a fashion. Hi there, I am using heavily enpass on MacOS (4 stations) and 4 phones (2x iOS and 2x Android). My database is quite big one - around 1000 entries (ok, for me it is big one). While doing some clean up I realized few "missing" features or even features that exist in manual but not reality. Hi everyone I´m a Enpass fan from two years: have database in desktop, laptop and my phone sync via dropbox (with my user). Now I want my wife use Enpass: the same database, password, everything, but sync with her dropbox (in her laptop she have another dropbox account different from mine). At this point in time, between Enpass jumping into other tabs, jumping into the "Tabs you have set aside", the desktop application crashing almost every time I use Enpass and the extension connection error, Enpass it is pretty much unusable, I have so many issues every time I try to use it

Starting a few months ago, I am no longer able to keep Enpass synced with my iPhone and Windows PC. Anyone else having trouble? I have already followed the troubleshooting steps and recreated my wallet from scratch. This new wallet has only had one master password which I know is correct since I can keep my PC Enpass sync'd with both types of apps. I suspect the Windows app allows the master password to have certain characters that the iPhone will not accept. I have used OneDrive and the sync from website feature with no success.

Yesterday I was given a prompt that an enpass update was available, so I updated the Windows App. After restarting my computer, the chrome browser extension no longer works. Each time I try the extension it gives me the following error: Upgrade Enpass App Your Enpass desktop application seems too old to shake hands with Browser Extension. Please update main Enpass App to latest available version. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, tried both the 32 bit version and the Windows store version, I've uninstalled the extension and reinstalled it, and still receive the error! Any ideas??

Hello everyone. I'm a bit confused about all those Enpass versions available for Windows 10 PC. I used to prefer the Enpass desktop application (not the one from the Windows Store) but I downloaded the Store version because I thaught it would support Windows Hello. I don't have Windows Hello already but I want to buy an USB fingerprint reader soon so I just wanted to check out if I can see an option to enable Windows Hello. But the Windows Store App which is for free is totally the same like the desktop application and only the Windows Store App for 9,99$ supports Windows Hello, am I right? Hi, Starting from about ten days ago. When I use 'ctrl + /' in chrome to fill password, and click submit button on web, then sometimes a C++ Runtime Error raised and Enpass crashed. I was not sure where to post this problem that I am having. I have also contacted Dropbox about this issue - Enpass seems to load a Dropbox authentication webpage within it's application but I'm not entirely sure where to turn. I have been using the Enpass app on all of my Windows phones for over a year with no problems. I recently purchased an HP Elite X3 mobile phone and installed Enpass on it last night. I selected Dropbox as the cloud service for storage of my password file data and the app displayed a login webpage generated by Dropbox's cloud service. Hi everyone. I wanted to check if Enpass fits more to my needs for a password manager. Currently I am using Keepass and there I could easily save my .kdbx-file on my Synology NAS. I had access through my Windows Explorer and could also use Keepass2Android to have access to my passwords via WebDAV. Now I tried to do the same with Enpass. Create a wallet and then I tried to move the files in the options from the standard folder in Users>Documents>Enpass to a folder on my NAS. But there I am getting an error which is saying that Enpass doesnt have the permission to do so. Does anyone know the root cause and how I could grant the rights to do so? - Or do…

I am using enpass with dropbox already a few years, at home (win10) and at work (win7). Now in win7, it is no longer recognizing the master password. Already in win10 it continues to run normally. Any idea? How do I clear the current configuration of the enpass, and reconfigure with the dropbox?
