How do I update the Enpass client on Fedora? I tried to download the latest version and then run the binary but it just said that I already have Enpass. Do I need to uninstall it and then install the new version?

Hello, no matter what I do, enpass refuses the master password. Debian stable, enpass 5.6.9. german, no special characters. Installed twice now, still refusing password. It worked yesterday after installation, today nada. Now the second time the same. Dunno understand :) Hope you can help, NonKon

Hi, I'm trying to use Enpass with Elementary OS. I have a NAS where I backup and sync my Enpass vault to and from. However, when trying to use the Linux version of Enpass I can only browse local files and folders when selecting a folder to backup/sync to/from within Enpass. Is this an error on my end, or within Enpass? Thanks

I have uninstalled the extension and the software, deleted all the folders I could find and reinstalled. Still won't connect. Any other troubleshooting advice would be appreciated! I know it's specific to my laptop. It works fine in all the VM's I use and on my Mac. It works with Ubuntu, Lubuntu, and Mate 18.04, Fedora 28 & OpenSuse Tumbleweed in virtual machines, with same versions shown below. ?? Enpass v5.6.8 installed via the repository. Browser extension v5.5.2 from the Enpass extension page. Firefox v59.02 64bit Ubuntu v18.04 64bit It also works with Chromium on this laptop. About to do a browser refresh and see if that's it.

Hello, I'm using the 5.6.5 version of Enpass on Ubuntu-Mate 16.04.3. Here is my problem: When I run enpass the software opens on the page that asks me for the password, it's normal and it works, however as soon as I log in with the password the software closes immediately after typing the password. When using the keyboard to copy the value from the OTP field (by highlighting it with arrow keys and pressing enter to copy it), the OTP is incorrect and does not match what is displayed in the OTP text field. For example, the OTP text field for one of my accounts displayed 016406, but pressing enter copied 942757 to my clipboard.

The list of logins looks awful. The title and sub-title are too large and both overflow each other in the middle, either because the font size is too large or because the line height is too small. Hi. I am using Enpass on Fedora with Gnome desktop. Since today, I can't launch Enpass. I'm not sure where something broke up. I tried to uninstall Enpass by using the EnpassMaintenanceTool and reinstalled it but it didn't change anything. When I try to run Enpass executable from command line, I get this message : ./Enpass: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I've got a libcrypto.so.1.1 in /lib/ but no 1.0.0 I guess it's a problem. Hi all, After testing, any attempt to sync my wallet to the Dropbox (or any) cloud service doesn't work. The wheel is spinning but I am not redirected to the page for login. I attempted to open via xdg-open in a terminal, and everything is fine, but apprently the application doesn't show anything. I also tried to launch from the script Enpass, and no log for error or whatsoever. Any solution ?

Gnome in version 3.26 removes legacy system try. From this time the system try icon of enpass isn't visible in any way. If I use topicons plus extension or appindicator extension to gnome shell it isn't visible too.

I don't get notified about new versions when opening Enpass on Linux. Is this not implemented? Thanks.

Can't get either the stable or beta linux version to sync with google drive on ubuntu 16.04 lts. Error shown is: There went something wrong while synchronizing. (Error code: -118) which appears to be a failure to get the data file. I can see some TLS 1.2 traffic with a google host which seems to terminate after an encrypted alert so I can't see why. I can't see how to trigger debug output although there are signs it can be done in the binary. I tried turning off all sync and renaming the Enpass dir in google drive, same error afterwards. What should I do next?

Hi, unfortunately Enpass currently doesn't work in Firefox Nightly. This might be expected, but I still wanted to make you aware of the issue. Also starting with Firefox 57, Mozilla will change its add-on technology. All add-ons that are not migrated by the time Firefox 57 releases to the public (November 2017) will stop working. The only way I managed to make Enpass connect, as an existing user, to Webdav over Owncloud installed to my QNAP NAS TS-110 was by connecting to the server and manually save the walletx file to the PC, then run the Enpass installer again and choose "Backup file" in the "Restore" dialog of the installation wizard. After successfully restoring the existing user this way, I now can open the Toos->Settings->Sync options and manually enter there the connection information for the Webdav/owncloud option!

The Download section specifies that version 5.6.5 is the latest for linux (including changelog), but it still downloads version 5.6.0 (Enpass_Installer_5.6.0)

Hello, i run sogo on my root server. Now i try to sync enpass with webdav. The login works fine but i get the error number 117. How i can solve this issue ?

I'm using Enpass on Ubuntu 17.04 with KDE. Enpass is automatically started on startup using the KDE autostart. On every boot, Enpass shows me an error "Sqlcipher driver not found". The same issue happens whenever I start Enpass from Latte Dock. But it works when I start it from the KDE application menu. In case of the KDE autostart, Enpass is started using "/opt/Enpass/bin/runenpass.sh startWithTray". If I execute that directly, it works. I'm running the 64-bit version of Fedora 26. I currently have Enpass 5.5.6 installed. My default browser is Firefox (version 57). I downloaded the new Enpass plugin for Firefox this morning. The next thing (that I think) I need to do is to upgrade Enpass to version 5.6.0. Enpass is currently installed in the "/opt/Enpass" directory. How can I get Enpass to update itself?
