Hi, When I attempted to open the Enpass app on my new phone running IOS 13, it asked if I was a new user or a existing customer. I selected existing but then it said I could only access 20 records. (Trial version). I have been a customer for years and have the app installed on my computer and my IPad, and they are working fine. It also worked perfectly on my old iPhone. How can I restore everything again onto my phone because this is my main source for obtaining my passwords? Best regards, Des Hicks

I have reset my IPhone, but cant remember my master password. How can i open Enpass?

Enpass needs an update function in Preferences. Relying on the App Store is like expecting police to show up in time to save you during a home invasion.

I have Enpass Pro on my iMac, iPhone and iPad and they all works flawlessly. Now I want to install Enpass on my Macbook Pro (Big Sur 11.2.3) but it doesn't accept my main password. I've previously had a working Enpass installed, but at that time the main password was different. I've now uninstalled the Enpass app on the Macbook (with complete erasure of all files using App Cleaner), downloaded the latest version and re-installed it again. Same thing. I can't open it. Neither can I open an old backup file (it's "grey" in the menu). I'm stuck. What to do? Regards, Henrik

Hello, I have purchased your program when I saw that it was compatible on Mac for versions 10.12 and later, as it appears on your website, I have 10.13.6 When I download the application, I find that the APP does not install for me, as my computer is incompatible with it, since an operating system version of 10.14 or later would be required. I'm making another attempt to have my Enpass (6.11.17 (2132)) macOS device (15.7.2) passwords to "sync" over to my iOS device (26.1). Ages ago tried to get support and nothing ever worked. I've recently gone through every password and changed to secure passwords. Done on my iMac. Now I need those passwords on my iPhone SE. Not understanding why it doesn't "sync" like the other apps I use (email, calendar, notes, etc).

I’m using Enpass in my iphone with Touch-ID access and in my iMac by entering manually the main password. But in my iPad-mini (witout touch-ID) with an old, not upgradable, iOS 9.3.6, the entering of the main password doesn’t work: always i got “please retry” How can I solve it?

Hello, I restored the data from an icloud-baclup on a new iPhone, on the old iPhone (which unfortunately I have already deleted) I had Enpass with Face-ID and masterpasswd but on the new the Face ID no longer works and unfortunately I no longer remember the masterpassword, is there any way to recover it?

My master password is not working, but only on one of my devices. Is there a simple fix for this? I'd rather not change my Master password.

iPhone 6s Plus. Evaluating Enpass. Only have 6 logins to remember. Needed to access one earlier today. Everything worked as it should. Later in the day needed to repeat. This time, None of my 3 finger prints worked, nor did the master password. So now I can't get to my passwords. Please help.

Today when I opened Enpass it didn't recognize my face because I was wearing a mask. Now it won't log in without my master password. I've been using Face ID on my iPhone for so long I can't remember my master password. I restarted Enpass and I restarted my phone but Enpass no longer will login with Face ID it keeps asking for my master password. How could Enpass allow me to login all this time with Face ID and with one failed face recognition lock me out? I know I should have written down my master password but for the love of god how do you get it to login in one time with my Face ID!

Hello. I’ve been signing in with Face ID for a long time. I just changed my phone and I realized that I’ve forgotten my master password. The app won’t offer the chance to sign in with my face. Is it possible to restore the Face ID to allow me in?

I've updated the master pasword in my iOS app but the master pasword in the desktop app remains the old master pasword.

iOS: 11.2.2, iPhone 6, Enpass version 6.3.1 Hi there! I added a new fingerprint and therefore have to enter my master password again. Unfortunately I cant use the input field, because it keeps erasing everything I type. If I type really fast, I can enter two characters before everything gets erased again and the textfield is empty. There seems to be some timer at work. Maybe it's the system keyboard trying to be smart and getting a saved password. Pasting a password is not working either. Anyone had this problem? Is there any other way to unlock the app? Thx in advance!

Hi, I am aware that this question has already been answered in the following post: https://discussion.enpass.io/index.php?/topic/6664-only-prompts-for-master-despite-set-up-for-pinpita/ But the pure functionality here does not make any sense to me. Why is it that if you setup Enpass on iOS to use TouchID, it will always prompt for TouchID, even if the app is closed manually, the device is rebooted or there are too many apps in the background, but if you set it up with a PIN code it will only work if you don't have that many apps open? This new feature to annoy very often with the master password reminder and forcing to enter it while logged in is terrible. Fortunately it is intended to be switched of in security in settings. Unfortunately this switch is NOT working properly, this annoying forcing reminder comes up anyway. Please this soon. Hello, I recently tried to open my Enpass file, and my password doesn't seem to work anymore. I've been using the same password for years and I haven't made any recent changes, so I'm not sure what's going on. I also tried resetting to the multiple backup files I have, and that also failed (probably due to the same password issue). Since few days, when I want to use Enpass from an app, Enpass opens with the message « Please complete Enpass setup before using it creating or signing in using passkey » It happen for multiple application. Note that I can open and use Enpass separately. It means that I have to copy the password from Endpass and paste it to my application How to fix this? Hey, i switched from Android to iOS and tried the Enpass App there. Now i experienced 2 behaviors, that make me unhappy. Browsing in the newest Firefox, the phone won't trigger the Enpass-App when i fill out the login form Opening an App and clicking the password icon and Use Enpass, i cannot unlock enpass using fingerprint, i must login using the master password, which is not useful for the user experience. Is there any solutiuon i don't know about or is this a bug?

On the desktop versions I have more audit options such as possible passkey websites and even viewing current passkeys. Are those coming to iOS as well? And passwords that are older than 1 or 3 years etc. I don't see that on the iOS version.

Hello, First of all, here is my configuration, I use Enpass on my Mac and iPhone. Mac OS Mojave 10.14.5 - Enpass 5.6.11 Iphone iOS 12.1.3 - Enpass 6.0.6 with paid license I use Google Drive synchronization on both my devices, however I have a major problem, on my Mac I have 121 elements but on my iPhone only 110, I can click on "synchronize" on both my devices it tells me the synchronization was successful but the missing elements on iOS do not appear. The missing elements on my iPhone seem to me to be the last elements added for several months. Thank you in advance for your help

Hi there, is it possible to use both Versions on the same Password-Container shared by webDAV? For example on my iPhone i have installed enpass 5.6.1. On my new iPad i would also install enpass but it is only Version 6.0.1 on App-Store available. Is it possible to use both Versions at the same Time on the same Container? Or will do the new Version some major Changes on the Container that i get a problem in older Apps? Otherwise is there a possibility to get 5.6.1 installed over the App-Store? Greetings Danny
