Hello, I am trying to sync to my OneDrive account which has been working well previously. It's all of a sudden stopped working and I am now receiving the following error: Something went wrong while syncing with cloud. Error code: 1208400 Here is what I have done to try and fix it: Ensured my iOS app is on the latest version of the app. Enpass version 6.4.5. Disconnected the OneDrive cloud and reconnected again. Restarted my iPhone. I am running on iOS 13.5.1. Can someone please help? Thanks Scott

Problem: I have different vaults on iOS (synced via WebDav on my NAS). The default vault has an icon, that can not be changed. But the custom vaults can have custom icons, instead of using the default given icons. Enpass didn’t recognize my face and afterwards the setting to enable Face ID was disappeared. What now?

I like get enpass installed on all my devices and i got hang of the autofill on the Microsoft Edge side of things but not on the iphone . How do I use autofill on the iphone app? Thanks

Hello, I've got different vaults on my NAS. Using folder sync with macOS devices works fine, so now I'd like to add my iOS devices to the folder sync. For testing purpose I dropped a test vault into my iCloud Account, so the file is on my iOS device. Here's the problem: When setting up Enpass for iOS, I can see the file in iCloud Drive, but I can't select it. It's just light grey and can't be selected. What am I doing wrong? latest version requires Master Pass rather than Face ID. I dont see the option to allow Face ID anymore. Was it removed from IOS?

This is something that has been driving me a bit crazy since the beginning. I add Special Characters to the Titles of Items I want to Display above everything else in the List. This works as expected on Enpass Desktop, but on Enpass Mobile the Default Sort puts Special Characters at the Bottom instead. Please make it so that the Default Sort Lists Special Characters First before anything else. Thanks!

Hi, Before the pro user option became one for all devices, I owned pro versions of Enpass on both Windows and iOS independently. Now I try to choose the option register with email under the Use Enpass Pro on other devices option. But every time I enter my email address and press next, the app crashes immediately. Guess this is a bug?! This happens on my iPhone SE with latest iOS. On a side note, do I get a refund or something because I had independently owned Enpass for both platforms before?

I really need to have access to my password. It's been almost a week now since I've noticed that the Safari app extension of Enpass does not show up when I tap on the "Share" button of Safari. I tried to delete and re-install the Enpass app, but no change. I use Enpass on my Macs (macOS 13.0) and iPads/iPhone (iOS/iPadOS 16). I added a new entry with 2FA for a webpage on my Mac and autofill and the login itself works just fine. The entry is correctly synced via iCloud to my iPad and shows up just fine, the login-name, password and 2FA-code are correct, but when I use autofill for this entry on the webpage, the password is wrong. I found one way on github, but don’t have a Mac only iPhone and iPad. How do I get my 500 passwords from iPhone to enPass. Even not every password from iPhone is in iCloud Keychain saved, cause I switched it on later.

It happened again. All of a sudden the iPhone app has stopped working. I can't say if it happened because of an app update or later. Whenever I launch the Enpass app, I get a "Wrong Face ID" error message and I am asked the master password. Entering the correct master password won't help. Hi, I've been using Enpass for several weeks now, and I really love it. Today I've finally decided to move from Padlock.io to Enpass. I've imported all my data from csv file. I loved the csv import, really useful. Furthermore, I'm having some issues. If I open an item and I delete a field and save, the app crashses. I'm also having another problem. In some items, if I try to edit a field, the field that is edited is another one. For example, suppose I have field_1 and field_2. Hi, I'm encountering an issue with Enpass on iOS. When I copy a password inside Enpass (which is supposed to be sensitive data), it gets copied automatcally to my clipboard manager app PastePal. I don't experience this problem with LastPass or OnePassword. It seems like Enpass don't store the password as sensitive data?!

Hello I started filling in my safe thru the Windows software. When I synchronized with the IOS version I just bought, I find the records OK except for the icons that were uploaded from the site.
