itsuia Posted March 21, 2017 Report Posted March 21, 2017 In the "screenshots" of the app on Google Play you display the following image: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/MqzZKJhgvxCz0nwKusby-CO0pNHu7EJIEjL5WSwlPqaXBBlkvQIfLbhvDRGxdhX-afY=h900-rw How do I enable this kind of autofill?
Anshu kumar Posted March 22, 2017 Report Posted March 22, 2017 Hi @itsuia, Thanks for writing in. The attached image shows the built-in browser in Enpass App. If you want to directly login using an item, tap the button that’s to the right of its URL and select Enpass Browser from the list. Every time you tap a URL, you’d be prompted to select a browser and the link will open in a new tab. For more details please have a look at user manual. Hope this helps!
itsuia Posted March 22, 2017 Author Report Posted March 22, 2017 (edited) Alright, hopefully you can utilize the new Autofill API in Android O announced yesterday to have this integrated into any app in the future, without the requirement of using your browser or keyboard. Not that I don't appreciate the effort, but I don't want to be locked into an ecosystem I can't control. https://developer.android.com/preview/features/autofill.html https://github.com/googlesamples/android-AutofillFramework Edited March 22, 2017 by itsuia 3
andlinwinuser Posted March 24, 2017 Report Posted March 24, 2017 +1 for the Autofill API of Android O. This would be awesome! Hope you can get it in your development roadmap for the Android app
Tobias S. Posted March 25, 2017 Report Posted March 25, 2017 (edited) Would love to use the new Autofill API in Enpass once Android O is officially released. Edited March 25, 2017 by Tobias S.
