6.8.2 crashing constantly on MacOS

Hi,

I'm running Monterey 12.5 on a "recent" MacMini Intel. Enpass keeps crashing constantly, any time, with different reasons :

I'm only using one vault, synchronizing on different computers, mostly Macs, one PC, i(Pad)OS devices via iCloud. I'm using a Pro license (not sure to understand difference with Premium though).

Please share the below details with me, and I’ll have this investigated for you

1.     The version of the Enpass app and OS you are using.

2.     Have you downloaded the Enpass app from the MacApp Store or from our official website?

3.     Is the app crashing for you after a certain step, ie, after editing an Item, creating a new Item, etc? Or is it completely random?

4.     Try disconnecting the internet, then launch the Enpass app and observe if the app is still crashing for you. If it is not crashing, then while the internet is disconnected, try removing the cloud account you are using for synchronization, enable the internet and re-launch Enpass to check if the app is still crashing. Also share the cloud service you are using to synchronize your data.

5.     Is the Enpass app showing you a crash report after the crash? If yes, kindly share it with me.

DO NOT BUY ENPASS !!!

This shitty app doesn't work and the support is screwing us all - and has been for years. Anyone reading this who hasn't bought Enpass yet - don't. The app is absolute crap. One employee said in August that the error would be corrected. Then a desperate user asks now (6 months later) and a other employee is asking the same questions about the used version again.

Please don't tell me to reconnect the vaults, reinstall the app and restore the vaults from backup. I've done this 10 times already. And again and again the synchronization stops working after a few days (or just a few hours).

And please don't write that you forward this to your "concerned team". I think that's what your garbage can is called.

It's real crap support.

HERE ARE MY DATA AGAIN. AND NOW PLEASE REALLY FIND A SOLUTION AND FAST!!!
