Schtief Posted September 3, 2022 Report Posted September 3, 2022 When I copy or move an entry from one vault to another, the last modified and created date gets a new timestamp (now). This is not the behaviour I would expect. At least the create date must stay the same as the original entry. What about the last changed password? Can I rely on the password audit anymore?
Manish Chokwal Posted September 5, 2022 Report Posted September 5, 2022 Hey @Schtief, Thank you for reporting the presence of this issue. I have shared it with the concerned team to keep created date remain same if the entry is copied or moved to a different vault. In the meantime, please share the Enpass version and OS information. Schtief Posted June 18, 2023 Author Report Posted June 18, 2023 Hey @Manish Chokwal, is there any progress on this? There were several updates from then and still no info. Thanks in advance!
Abhishek Dewan Posted June 20, 2023 Report Posted June 20, 2023 Hi @Schtief We thoroughly analyzed the feedback you shared and would like to mention that this is the expected behavior. When we move/copy an Item, it shows the time at which it is generated in that particular vault. Rest assured that the password audit will continue to work without any issues for all the vaults.
Schtief Posted June 22, 2023 Author Report Posted June 22, 2023 Okay, thank you! When this is the expected behaviour, I have to live with this.
