Cloud Sync

Hi, after ONE successful sync after connecting to OneDrive, Android app stops syncing with OneDrive. After setting up the sync, it works fine one, but ALL further sync operations fail. I know this because the "Last synchronized" is the time when I set up the sync, and the "last attempt" keeps in changing, but "last synchronized" never changes after the first sync during the setup. AFter some time, Enpass starts to show error "Not able to connect to OneDrive. Please check Internet connectivity. Error Code:-113". If I do DISCONNECT and reconnect it again works great once. When i start sync on my win 10 with the Enpass App from the Microsoft Store to OneDrive , then i became a Enpass Folder. and then, i Take my iPhone and begin sync to OneDrive, i become a Enpass 1 folder. ?? please help me, i Can Not Use Enpass so. thanks nice regards jürgen

since today i get sync issues with onedrive. error 1204503 on imac m1 with latest enpass desktop version. reconnecting to onedrive does not fix problems. sync errors also on ios device 16.2 with latest enpass version. error here also 1204503

App recently started reporting an error with OneDrive sync, so I disconnect and attempted to setup the sync again. Unfortunately after authenticating on OneDrive the app just freezes on the "Set Up Sync... Please Wait" screen. Ubuntu 19:10 Enpass 6.3.3.601 Have tried; sudo update-desktop-database and sudo update-mime-database /usr/share/mime Still no luck?!

Cloud sync with Onedrive stopped working after Windows 10 2004 update. Using Surface Pro 4 and Surface Go, both running Windows 10 2004 update. I get Error Code 1208400. Cloudsync with Onedrive on my iPhone continues to work fine.

I'd like to report a bug in syncing with Enpass for Windows desktop in Windows 10. Dear Guys, is it possible to choose another folder than Google Drive's root when I am using the iOS and Windows app? Because everytime when I put it into a subfolder of Google Drive's root, the cloud sync in the iOS app is broken. If I set up the cloud sync in the iOS app again, a new Enpass folder gets created in Google Drive's root. Kind regards from Germany, Alex

What if my computer and mobile gets reset same time and my cloud password is saved in Enpass. How am i suppose to access my cloud backup? When i think of that situation it scares me badly. Enpass Individual subscription is just fee for the software but there is no ease of mind. I have premium subscription which cost everyone 21.49 Euro yearly which does not have any cloud storage so if we are paying just for an offline password manager with so called security then why don't we just use keepass? it also comes with several plugins to sync with cloud. what makes enpass so special? With this new update my cloud sync was disabled so I tried to set it back up. When trying to do so, I get the error saying : "Sync Error. Password of Data on Google Drive (or Dropbox) Required. I've tried my enpass password and all variations of my dropbox and google drive passwords and nothing works. you have a "help" button that leads to a dead link. What is going on? Why can I not sync my data anymore? both my android app and desktop app are up to date with the most current version as far as I can tell since I updated them today.

When I fist start Enpass on my computer it appears to do an automatic sync with the file on my cloud storage. It does this before opening the database and allowing and showing the contents. The problem is that whenever the computer doesn't have Internet access I have to wait a couple of minutes before the sync times-out and the database opens and allows me to see the entries. It may be a relatively short time, but when you are busy and need information in a hurry it seems like a very long irritating wait. Is it possible to either turn off the auto-sync on startup or have it run in the background so as not to block the opening of the database?

Hi I want to use Enpass on a second Windows PC (from work). I am redirected from your download page onto the MS Store. I spent 30mn with their support and they have not been able to help me (the "install" button does not work). I finally found an older exe file on the net (enpass_6-3-3_fr_432677.exe) and I was hoping I could start from there and upgrade afterwards. After installing it and trying to sync my vault from Dropbox, I got an error "error while syncing". I tried several times. I assumed it might come from the fact that the version is too old, am I right ? Thanks for your help

My family shares one Enpass password database in iCloud. Certain family members can manage the passwords others should only have read access. In other words, the Password Administrators use the normal Enpass synch mode. All others can do want they want to their local copy of the password database, however the minute that they initiate a synch with the iCloud, the iCloud master copy gets copied down to their device and overwrites the local copy. Any changes that these users made to their local copy of the Enpass password database are lost. To make any password changes they must work through a Password Administrator. Dear Team! i used Enpass on iOS, stored the data not in cloud but locally on phone and Got a new iPhone. i installed the new iPhone from iCloud backup. enpass works and asks for master Passwort. i am 99,9% sure about the password but enpass does not accept. is it possible that it’s broken? Hi, I have Enpass synced to Dropbox and I've been getting this dialog box at various times when using Enpass over the past 10 months, but even more so after I upgraded to the latest desktop version. I click on Don't ask me this again and cancel and of course it asks me again. I don't want to click on Move out of Dropbox unless it is safe to do so. What is this, why does it continue, and can I move this file to $Deleted as requested?

Hi, since version 6.8 it is not longer possible to restore multiple vaults from the same webdav server. I receive the message that the same account is already connected. But it is not the same account. It is just the same URL to the webdav server. The account has a different username and password. Until version 6.7.4 it was possible to connect to multiple vaults fron the same server. It seems that this version just checks if the server address is already used and not if this is a different account. In 6.7.4 I sync about 8 vaults from the same server

Hello All, Let me start that I am big fan of enpass against the countless password managers I used, I have an issue, I have one login info saved in vault and under that login info i have note which contains important data, for some reason the note got empty and I really need what's written on it, my only thought was since i sync it with gdrive and gdrive keep versions for last 30 days of files ususally is to get the copy of 24/october. thatsaid, the files are hidden there and I want to view them like normal file to get an old copy of file where my note is there. somehow enpass keep password history but not notes history :( Please hel…

I've been using enpass now for a few years, windows, MacOS, Linux, and not sure how or when cause I don't use my mac too often but I have now have to sync files, "sync_default.walletx" and "vault.enpassdbsync" Unbuntu 18.0.4 is syncing enpass to "sync_default.walletx" and MacOS (Mohave) is syncing to "vault.enpassdbsync" Would someone know why, and is there a way to reliably merge them? Hi, Some items in my database are not displayed in the iPhone app. The problem is similar to the one in the previous closed thread: https://discussion.enpass.io/index.php?/topic/1819-ios-app-does-not-display-content/ Everything in the "Login" category will show up, but all the other categories are empty, even though the Group window indicates the correct number of items in each category. Maybe this is not a syncing problem. If I create a new item in the iPhone app, it will save and sync to my Windows desktop where it will show up correctly. But in the iPhone app where it was created, it will be invisible. Someone else recognise this problem? …

Hello, I created a secondary vault throught the MacOS desktop app. This vault is linked to another Google Drive account as mentionned in the documentation. However, I am not seeing the secondary vault in my iOS app... FYI, I am an Enpass Pro user. What do I need to do to sync the secondary vault in my iOS app and be able to see the option "Vaults" which I'm currently not seeing? Thank you! Best, manuolito

Però il risultato è strano: Sul Desktop ho ordinato le mie password dentro le categorie standard di Enpass, ma quando sincronizzo il telefono, le password ci sono, ma non dentro le categorie che avevo scelto. Stanno tutte nella Home. Ho provato a ordinarle sul telefono, ma quando sincronizzo il Desktop succede la stessa cosa, le categorie si svuotano e le voci finiscono tutte nella Home. Hi, i'm using Enpass with Webdav Sync and two vaults. The Webdav-Server runs on a Synology-NAS. Connected devices are two Macbooks, an iPhone and a Windows-PC. The problem is, that the standard vault keeps getting deleted over and over again. The setup runs for several days, syncs properly, and then, out of the blue, the standard vault ist not present on the webdav-Server anymore. I have no clue why this happens or what causes the vault to get deleted. The attachment-files of this vault are not deleted tho. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Hi, I use Enpass 6.6.3 and have two "Vaults" (tresor in German) or whatever the english phrase is. Both are synced using iCloud. Now something strange happens: I add a new entry to one of the two "Vaults" sync over iCloud when the other vault is synced, it also contains the new entry! it does not always happen at the first sync. but it happens eventually. this is really strange. This is especially annoying when syncing to other devices, first I thought it is related to that. But it also happens locally...
