Today I created an additional user account on my iMac. But when I login with my primary account again, I lost all my passwords and Enpass acts like I am a new user. How can I get all (around 100) my passwords back? This is really frustrating because I stored them nowhere else! Thanks for your advice!

I've noticed that after creating a password, if the FILL button is pressed, the password that was just created is not was is copied to the main page for that log in. After I press the eye to look at the characters it is not the same password that I generated but different. Anyone else noticing this?

Where can I download enpass portable? What do I have to do if I am a mac user und want top use it on a windows computer?

I've installed Enpass on two Macs, both runs 10.15.4 and Safari 13.1. On one Mac Enpass runs smoothly without any problem, but on the other Mac the iCloud authentication sessions can't keep more than few hours, and need to reauthorize again via Safari. Is there anything wrong with the system or browser settings ? I'm not using Private browsing mode in Safari on both machines.

I tried to add a field. I get a box marked "field name" but when I click "add field" the entry shows "Field Name" "whatever I typed in the box." This is not intuitive. I expected a "field Name" and "field Value" box. I have worked round this but it is clunky

I forgot my master-password. Can I make a new account or is it possible to change the password for my old account without knowing the old one?

Can anybody tell me why i can not move the columns to the right ? I want to enlarge the space in the column "items" and the column "titles" . There is a icon visible when i place y mouse on the borderline......but i will not move? Is this a hidden option or something else? Are there Enpass users how can move and create more ore less space in the fields?

Hi Enpass users... I have a problem with the annoying Enpass screen that is always popping Up in front when opening an app on my Mac. I always first have to close the Enpass screen to get access to my app or programm. Is there a solution for NOT letting Enpass popping Up al the time in front of an app? Thanks in advance.

On an iMac built in 2019 running MacOS 10.15.3 Catalina I did a fresh install of Enpass 6.4 After connecting Enpass to the data on "my" iCloud and then having a successful synchronization, now I am unable to do anything with the Enpass software except exiting it. All the rest of my devices (iPhone / iPad / MacBook Pro) work fine with the newest Version of Enpass and my iCloud data. What can I do next to solve this problem?

As from the title new version it's broken. We can't click on anything. i'm on osx 10.14.6. please move this to right forum. i need to download previous version becouse now i can't access to my password. i had to download version five and then upload to 6.0.1 please fix this bug.

Anybody has the same issue that the Windows desktop app keeps asking you to re-register even when you already have done that many times? I'm running ver. 6.3.3 (597) now, but, over the last few months, it has been asking me to register (pop-up at log-in) to unlock additional features. I think the "bug" started with ver. 6. Thanks.

Hello, is it possible to hide the view button and the modify button in the browser extension, so that someone of my family working on my computer could use the Enpass extension to login on websites without being able to view or modify the basic data? Thanks Max

How do I change my masterpasswaord

In my Enpass, two different logins are saved for: https://website1.com and https://private.website1.com However, when I go to either page, both logins appear in the Enpass Firefox extension by default and I have to select the right one. Is there a way to make it so that specific logins are for a particular page on a website and not for others? Thanks

Well,....that was a disappointment! I received a message that there was an update ready to receive.....NICE! Click on start......Microsoft Store pops ups.....that sucks.....and in will not even start the update.....even more to suc...... My version stays at 6.2.0 (542) ......and even more bad news NOTHING NEW ABOUT WIFI SYNC!!!! The only great news is that its free for desktops... ..am i the only one who is missing something??
