I have 89 existing records. I'd like to apply new templates to them as I've made them more "standard" and decided upon which fields will be in every record and which are unique to that template. I've narrowed down the categories I want to use and which templates I'll use for them. So, how do I see on the record which template I used?

Enpass Desktop on Windows 10 has stopped syncing with OneDrive. Error message: Synchronization Error. Password for data on Onedrive necessary. I tried to re-enter the password --> no success, getting message pw is wrong logged out on onedrive via browser directly and logged in again with the password tried above --> success, so the pw is definitely right

Hi Touch-ID is designet to be fast and smart, but thats gone if you first have to use the mouse before being able to us the Touch-ID, other Password Managers like Keychain or Bitwarden go directily to the Touch-ID-interface when you start the program. Sincerely, Jonas Dalmose

I setup my Mac version of Enpass and now want to select the 25 passwords I want on my iOS (iPod touch) via iCloud. Can't find help in the user manual. Is this possible? I installed the iOS version.

Hi there. I have enpass 6.5.0 (700) on my MacBook. I can't change and save Section. I click add new section. Then I type new value. But when I click save or press Enter it show me just "SECTION" instead of the given name. I don't see how to delete created Section.

HiDPI support was broken in v6.5.1 with it now showing at 100% magnification on 4K screen set to 150% magnification - making it almost unusable as fonts are much much too small - affects the main app and the popup in the browser as well as the popup from the notification bar. Please can this be acknowledged as an issue and fixed ASAP, or if this was "by design" then it really needs an option (not sync'd between devices) for a magnification factor for the UI.

Hello, I have been using Enpass for 18 months without any problem. This afternoon, the Enpass extension of Firefox refuses to recognize my main password to unlock the software (I typed the psw for verification in Word: no problem with the keyboard). I'm starting to get scared because the Desktop application also refuses it and after restarting the PC offers me a new different screen as if I were a new user. Fortunately, as an already known user, I was able to start again from an automatic backup that dates back 3 days. It does not matter, I have recovered access with my main password and my data. Another one for you from Beta 6.5.0.701 for Mac: It's not possible to rename Sections within an Item. STEPS TO RECREATE: 1) In any Item, Edit, then click [Add Section] and move it where you want 2) Click in the name of the section and type its new name 3) Hit TAB or ENTER or click out of the field — note that the name you gave the item remains 4) Save 5) Edit RESULT: The new section is back to being called "SECTION" 6) Rename any existing section, repeat steps 3,4,5 RESULT: The renamed section is back to its previous name

Can not work finding/searching "password" field items. For instance, data item as "aBc123" in "password" field item. Then try search "aBc123", the result was "0". If changing from "password" to "text", it hit the result "1". I can find the item. So, how can I find/search "password" field item?

Windows 10 1909 64Bit – Enpass 6.5 (Beta) & 6.4.2 After updating desktop software from 6.4.2 to 6.5 (Beta) multiple sites fail to log in. Clicking on a browser extension entry, log in details are entered but multiple sites simply ignore them. No error is displayed, by the website, it’s as though they don’t even see the text. Only if I manually copy and paste the log in details is the log in accepted. If I then uninstall 6.5 (Beta) and reinstall 6.4.2 the same log in procedure now works correctly. I installed 6.5 (Beta) twice and in every case the error was the same and resolved by reinstalling 6.4.2. Websites tested GMX, 33mail and Kaspersky

cannot seem to be able to import ANY information whatsoever from 1password. I'm lost without that info. Anyone else have this trouble?

I noticed sync errors across my Windows/iOS devices and was given the message, "Password of data on <redacted> is required." After multiple failed attempts to recover, I completely deleted my data and created a new sync. That worked only for a few minutes (I was able to sync one other device), then all of my devices started giving the same error again, even the one that created the sync.

Beta 6.4.2 (667) Recently a family member (with whom I share a vault) was sent a DocuSign link to a form they needed to sign. When the got there, they were asked to confirm the last 4 digits of their Social Security number. When they entered those numbers and hit the button to proceed, the Enpass Assistant popped up right next to that field — I'm assuming in an attempt to offer to save a new login — but instead of the Add Item screen, the got the Unlock screen. (We were screensharing, and I witnessed the issue.) Beta 6.4.2 (667) I've mentioned in previous posts that I wish the Enpass Assistant would drop-down from its icon in the browser toolbar rather than float, because it doesn't float within the browser window, but independent of it. I hadn't really given an example of why this is a problem, but below is a screenshot that demonstrates the problem clearly: Because Enpass Assistant floats outside the browser window, it a) interferes with my Dock, and b) it's hard to click the [X] to close it because if you don't mouse to just the right spot, the Dock often gets the focus of the pointer. If i attach a image to a login most of the times i can right click on it and choose either Save or Open. But, many times i can only Save and am not able to open the attached image. As you can see in the attached image in this forum post Save is the only option i have. I have not yet found a way to reproduce it to 100%. To solve it when it happens i must under the Primary section click on Attacements to sort out the items that have files attached. When i have done this, i get both options again, iow Save and Open. This works without flaws in Enpass 5.6.9.

The documentation manual tells me to go to Password Audit and from there to choose one of the sub-features listed (such as "weak" for an analysis of weak passwords). However, Enpass does not provide me with any sub-features making the topic useless. Is there something that I must do to display these features? My version of Enpass is 6.4.3 (666).

My computer must be totally erased. I've backed up data to OneDrive and need to know if I can reinstall the app and download or sync the data back into the app

Hi, I cannot make the Portable app working on Mac. How can I get the data from Enpass Desktop 6.4 to Portable app ? I am looking for a "walletx.db" file, as said in the user guide, but where is it ? When the USB key is plugged on my own laptop, will Desktop and Portable datas sync together, and how ? Thanks.
