Hi, ive bought Enpass Pro on my iPhone but I am not able to activate Premium Features on my MAC. When I click on restore purchase it says i havent bought Pro. If i click on Buy, irt says that In-App-Purchases are not supported. Id like to use the touchID feature.. what can I do? Thanks, Richard

Previously in Enpass you could select&copy the password field while in the process of generating passwords. I found this useful while making accounts online, to test if they worked before saving an entry in the vault. In the current revision of Enpass(6.2.0) it is no longer possible to select the password field while creating or editing a login. Is there any way to enable this option, or make it behave like the previous versions of Enpass?

I'm not sure at all how this is happening, but passwords I'm putting into my desktop (Windows10) app are changing which is locking me out of hardware security devices forcing reconfiguration. To call it annoying is an understatement. Assuming this is not some horrendous bug, I have to come up with rather fanciful hypotheses as to how this could happen. This time the password shows was far less secure than anything I would use for such an important purpose. It showed something on the order of 25 characters when I'm utterly certain I used more like 80. Has anyone else seen anything like this?

Hi, I am experiencing a several seconds lag (about 7 seconds on firefox extension and 4 seconds on Windows 10 app) while I'm performing a search. Is this a known bug? My system is Dell Precision 5520 running Windows 10, so relatively new and fast enough for the job. Please advise, thanks.

Hello Everyone I'm trying to import from my KeePass Database, but no matter which format I choose (*.csv, *.xml, *.html) and which encoding I use (UTF-8, ANSI) and which Enpass Version I use (Current release on Windows Store which I tried first or 32-Bit Beta Version which I tried after that) it always keeps saying "nothing to import". I want to restore my purchase for the premium functions on windows 10 but I always get an error 304

Hello, I am using one vault which is synced using WebDAV. Now I would like to create a different vault for my parents with their own master password. As soon as I try to set up sync for the second vault I get a message that this will change the password for WebDAV. Why can‘t I use one WebDAV sync for two different vaults with different master passwords? Am I missing something? Thank you

Hey, is there an option to stop Enpass from minimizing in my taskbar when i close the full Window?

I spent money solely to use Touch ID with Enpass. I reasoned that it would be quicker and more secure than entering a PIN. However, you can't just use the Touch ID. You have to first click a button to choose Touch ID and then put your finger on the reader. Sure, it doesn't seem like much work, but it's much easier to just enter the PIN (especially if you have numbers that can be typed with one hand). Try it, and you'll see.

What version is the latest beta? There hasn't been a new release in a while and I see that version 6.0.7 has been released for the web version.

Friends, The Enpass Chrome plugin was working on test (leaked) build of Edge on Chromium version 111 (which is often called Edgium). I just upgraded to 19H1 on the slow ring (presumably the Release Preview coming next week). Now I am getting an error as below. Hello guys, I love Enpass. I have the app on my phone, my android tablet, my Windows 10 netbook - all working well - sync and log me in easily. But the Enpass on my windows 10 laptop won't log me in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled -- but no joy. Is there a process I could follow? Cheers Bob

I still use a Windows 10 Mobile phone, but I'm seeing that Enpass is not updating to match what the Windows10 app has. I know the Win10 app has been redesigned, but have you abandoned the Mobile app? I tried a restore, but the file is not recognized to select for a restore. Both apps are set to sync with OneDrive. The mobile app says it last synced May 21 and last attempted today. A manual sync does not remedy. Was OneDrive syncing stopped?

1. The menu line is not nice at all. Every words are abreviated. That makes it difficult to use. Not user-friendly. Please use complete words for those scroll down menus. 2. Everithing is too squeezed and too small. Please allow bigger characters and give more space between each element. 3. Manual and automatic backups still does not work. Backups are very important. As a workaround i used enpass on my iphone to create a backup via wifi. That worked fine. I tried after that (using enpass on my pc) to restaure it from that backup and did not find the way to do that. Please help.

How do I purchase Premium Features on the Windows desktop version?

Can anybody help me with this? I use Enpass for some time now and i want to have the premium versions, android and windows. I have a Microsoft account and an creditcard. Downloaded the version windows out of the store, i can not pay there, i need to select an option "in-app payment in my program on my pc. Butt....where do i find the option or link to click : Í want the premium version" ?? I looked everywhere, even changed softwarelanguage from english to ducth and back....but i don`t see any link or something like that??!! Can anybody show my the right way please ?? Big Thanks!! Bo

Unlike Enpass 5, which intelligently asked for logon to the vault when you first used it (either as a browser extension, from the notifications taskbar icon or fully), Enpass 6 forces you to logon when you logon to your account. This is a real step backwards and a real annoyance. Please go back to the old model, or provide an option to logon to the vault on first USE and not simple when it is opened in the "background".

I have been able to get the early (leaked) beta of the Chromium-based Microsoft Edge identified as x.107. As I have become dependent (and depend on) Enpass, it was great to see it works well out of the box. I have been using Google Web Store version, and that works well on the new Edge. There is a Extension in the new Microsoft Store for Enpass, but it is a 5.x version. Microsoft should be notified that the version of the extension should be updated to the latest 6.x version before the formal Beta starts. Thanks, JeffB
