It startet all here: and here I posted my screenshot: but after the thread was closed, I've got no further answers... I'd still like to get some suggestions, how to fix this issue. @Vinod Kumar maybe you have some idea?

When I try to sync with Google Drive, it asks permission to use my google account, but then re-directs to Enpass page asking for Master Password, but I'm not sure what this password is supposed to be (it doesn't match my master password on my desktop app). What is this password supposed to be?

I have Enpass 6.0 installed and working with extensions for Chrome and FireFox, however, when turned on the extension for Edge I continually receive an error "Windows cannot access the specified device... You may not have the appropriate permissions..."

So I've been using Enpass 6 since the first beta. I downloaded the production release today from enpass.io, and it says premium features require the version from the Mac App Store. OK, so I download the Mac App Store version, which gets installed separately from the version I downloaded from enpass.io. I launch it, and none of my stuff is there. Instead of showing my vaults, I see a red icon of a cloud with a line through it. All Items has only 13 items, and they're all from May 2018. Where on earth is this 7-month-old data coming from? When I open the version downloaded from enpass.io, it shows all my vaults and all my items just fine. But I can't go premium because…

I'm trying to sync my primary vault with google drive. The auth windows is opened in the browser and I'm able to click the accept button. Then, I'm redirected to the Enpass application, but nothing happen (I'm stuck with the set up sync panel (see attached screenshot). I tried to run the application in a terminal to have debug info (see second screenshot).

If i delete an item/login in Enpass 5.6.9 i get a Warning dialog. This is good since it is harder to delete items by mistake. (See the attached image) In Enpass 6.0.0 (149) i can delete items but i do never get a Warning dialog. A Warning dialog should be added, alerting the end user that the item will be moved to the Trash. Items in Enpass 5.6.9 can only be deleted with the Backspace key. In Enpass 6.0.0 (149) items can be deleted with the Backspace and the Delete key. (Yes, right clicking works in both versions as well.)

So if I login to my NAS to sync my Enpass 6 Database, it logs in successfully, but when it tries to sync it shows me this. (Attached File) --> Error Code 90440 Am I doing something wrong or is Webdav not fully supported yet? I am using macOS 10.14.1 Mojave.

[EDIT] OK the announcement is live now. Congrats on the release! --- I've just upgraded all my devices since Chrome extensions automatically updated to 6 and didn't work with desktop version. There's no announcement about this required change and move from Beta! Congrats on releasing, but some public info that 6 is now required would be helpful!

The newest MacOS-beta (279) version has deleted the option to use the Fav-Icons instead of the build-in icons. Custom icons are still available. I'm on MacOS Mojave. This is also so in the latest IOS version. Since I don't have access to my Windows system in the moment, I can't verify, if this is also the case for the latest Windows beta.

Hello, after booting up the system, the enpass icon is missing most of the time in my panel (xfce4-panel 4.12.2). I have to go to the task manager, kill the "enpass -minimize" process and then start Enpass again. Then the icon is showed and I can use Enpass. Hello Everyone! Is it OK to use Enpass 6, for example, one vault for personal data, a second vault for professional credentials and a third one to use shared with co-workers syncing somewhere?

I'using Enpass 6 beta on Linux and syncing to a nextcloud installation using webdav. Now I installed enpass 6 beta on Windows and I was going to restore my vault using webdav but it doesn't work. It can login but then it says "Sorry we could not find any enpass data on this webdav account". The file is there when I login using the same user in: Enpass6-Beta/vault.enpassdbsync Anyone know why it won't restore?

I have the latest Enpass Beta 6.0.0(228) on Windows 10 Pro x64. Isn't it possible to change the name and icon of the primary vault? I can see I can change it for other vaults but the same option is not available for the primary vault. If not, will that feature be added in the future?

I'm on MacOS Mojave 10.14.2 running Enpass Beta 6.0.0 (250) When using Chrome or Safari on an external screen (HP w2207h) resolution 1680x1050 the enpass popup appears with the top part of it out of screen, I cannot get to it to see searches or move it. Doesn't do it when I drag the browser into my MacBook Pro's default screen. Strange issue but does get a bit annoying. I've quit + reopened and still does the same thing. If I minimise the window I can see the top, but you can see that the alignment of the popup in relation to the helper button on the browser is the same, (i.e. it should launch with the top of the helper a bit lower down)

Hi, i am using the newest Enpass 6 beta with the Chrome extension. There is one annoying thing: I have a convertible laptop and in tablet mode i cannot auto-fill logins via touch input. If i try to double-tap on the entry nothing happens. I have to select the entry (one tap), open the on screen keyboard and press enter... I hope this can be fixed. Best regards Jan

I can't get the browser extension to work on Firefox. I'm using the Windows Store beta on Win10 with Firefox 64. I've installed the Enpass native messaging host. The weird thing is this same setup works on my desktop also running the same OS and version. I've tried uninstallling/reinstalling multiple times. Both the desktop app and the browser extension.

Today i setup up a perfect WiFi Sync between my 3 devices (Pc, Surface Pro, Samsung Note 9) My Pc and Surface Pro share the same folder on the Synology. For my Android Phone i use from the Appstore "MyPhoneExplorer" This app sync my Photo's, Contacts (Outlook 2016), Agenda, Tasks, Notes, several files and ofcourse Enpass :-) All this works with the latest Enpass beta versions!

Hi, my guess you want to promote the new Enpass Icon, but the blue icon really messes up the whole windows 10 look. In my personal opinion, just a white icon would be much better. Bye

After upgrading to Ubuntu 18.10 I cannot use enpass helper anymore, because it will close right after I click on it or alt+tab to it (or if it gains focus in any other way). This issue is happening for me on KDE Plasma (version 5.13.5). It was working fine before update (on Plasma 5.12.4).
