Whenever I enter the master password I set up (why was it required to be SOOO long this time? Why couldn't I just use the same master password I had for the regular pass? First problem) It says it's not correct. Since I was never able to import the files from the regular enpass (problem 2), how do I just start over and create a new data file? I can't see any way to do it without entering the master password. So there has to be a way to at least delete the locked file and start over, how? if not, why not?

I cannot open an existing vault as the only option not grayed out is "dropbox" - since i am using onedrive to sync, will this be added shortly or is there a work around ?

Hi everyone. I'm testing the Enpass 6 beta and I recently bought a fingerprint scanner. When Enpass is locked and I want to unlock it I can either type in my master password or choose the smile icon where I can login with my fingerprint. But the problem is that when I click that, there's a new process visible in the task bar but you have to open it manually and you can then unlock it with your fingerprint. The best and most comfortable way would be if you just have to press a combination you set up in the Enpass browser extension configuration and it auto-fills (what it also does at the moment) even if Enpass is locked. Hello, The Enpass6 application does not scale appropriately with the system scaling setting. I am using it on Surface Pro 4 with 150% scaling and it looks huge compared to other applications (see attached images). The scaling seems to tally with the 200% (default) system scaling. Please fix this. Also, it would be nice if the window is made responsive. For example, collapse the panes if the window is resized to a smaller dimension (right now, the window cannot be resized smaller than a certain size, which is very large). If you scrolling down the alphabet in any group then go to a different group with lots of entries, the focus is not at the start of the alphabet but at the letter previously selected. This is the case in all items as well. However sometimes the focus does go to the start of the alphabet.

Hi, I just installed the new Beta and it's looking good so far. It's a bummer that WebDAV sync and Firefox support isn't ready yet but hopefully in the next beta it will be. Just wanted to give a few of my first impressions of some things I noticed. No autofocus on search bar while changing icons: When you go to change an icon, it displays a new sliding area with the images and a search bar at the top, it would be nice if it autofocus so we can start searching immediately and avoid a click. While editing an entry, Esc doesn't close: If you're on settings or changing an icon, pressing the Esc key will close the option and take you back. If you're editing an …

When you select to use Windows Hello, it would be better if the application used this "by default" once started using the full key, rather than having to press the "hello" (smile) button to access this - or at least have the option to automatically use hello, allow use of hello, or not - maybe even better would be a selection of "Always use PIN, Always use Windows Hello, Allow use of Windows Hello, Always Use Full Pass Phrase".

When I select show password, the program does not revert back to hidden when re-opened as in version 5. I feel that it should.

After downloading the update and closing the application to install the update, I still get the message to close the program. I get the same message on three different computers so I don't believe I have to be the only person with this problem. This problem hasn't started till the 5.6.9 update. Please let me know what happen and what I can do to change this problem. Thanks for any help I may get in advance.

Created backup from version 5.6.9 on Windows 10. Installed Version 6.0.0 (27) and restored from local backup created above. Only 91 of 208 records were restored. What happened to the rest of my records?? Thx Steve

Hello, I have display and focus issues. On the screenshot below, you can see that the top of the window is hidden by the title bar, so I can not click on the search bar. There is also a problem with the mouse, as you can see, the mouse is on the button "Install" but it is not highlighted, to click on it I have to put the mouse in the second half of the button. This problem appears throughout the application, I must always click on 60px below ... Thanks.

It would be REALLY useful to provide an on-screen notification if CAPS LOCK (and indeed NUM LOCK, if that is also possible) are active when typing the Master Password. If you have changed to CAPS (or NUM on a laptop keyboard, even though that is quite infrequent) it is not obvious when the Master Password you typed in fails, and some indication of status in the app on this screen would address this without compromising security.

I have selected in "Enpass 5" - Backup and saved it to my drive. In "Enpass 6" I select "Restore" and select the backup file. Now I am asked for my password. After a long time, about 30 seconds, I get the message "Incorrect password."

Loving the new look, and the features or promised features. Looking forward to it moving to production. A couple of comments/questions: I have used Folders extensively in Enpass (with multiple tiers) to manage a mass of information. There does not seem to be the Folders option in the first Beta. Is this feature on the backlog, or is this feature being deprecated (which would be shame) or replaced with tags (which I'm not sure will do everything I need). The one suggestion if folders are retained, that having some way to see which items are not in a defined folder would be a really useful feature.

Hey guys, great product! Is there anyway you can organize the downloads, it's very confusing. For example, I have windows desktop beta 5.5.1. When I started it today it says there is a new version 5.5.2, but I'm not sure if that's the beta or release version. When I go to the downloads page the beta version there is 5.3.1. In various forum posts there are different versions, but I can't find the latest one no matter how hard I look. I suggest some kind of central repository and maintain it so the latest version is always available, and post up release notes with them. Seriously guys, make it easy for consumers.

I received a popup this morning to update to desktop beta version 5.5.3. After installing it, the Edge extension no longer works (it worked great with 5.5.2). When I click the extension icon, I get the "enpass connection error" page. I've verified the extension is enabled and loaded, I re-ran the checknetisolation command just in case, and verified that beta updates, browser extensions, and edge extension are all enabled in settings (I even turned them off & on again). Is there some other setting I need to change? Or a new edge extension version to install? (I don't see a new version anywhere). Thanks, g.

My desktop Enpass isn't syncing. I am signed in to my Google Drive account and have verified this in the Enpass settings. Under status it says "There went something wrong while synchronizing" and it says Error code: -108 I do have the newer authentication with my google account where it makes me enter a number on my phone if that makes a difference. I've checked and it's not syncing with my other devices.
