Enpass does not work in a proper way if run under 2+ users accounts on Mac at the same time. It works well only with the first account, from any other the following problems exist: 1. you can't do anything from menu bar Enpass icon. Nothing happens on click. 2. safari browser extension does not work either Unfortunately these issues make Enpass useless when more than one person share one computer.

Hi, I have purchased the iOS version of Enpass and have the desktop version on my iMac. Unfortunately I had to wipe my iMac yesterday and reinstall the operating system. When I run the setup and try to restore from iCloud, I choose iCloud from the 'Restore' list but clicking on the 'Continue' button has no effect. Choosing any of the other options from the list like 'Dropbox' or 'OneDrive' allows me to continue. I have version 5.2.2 (50) Please help! Tom

I use chrome and multiple windows, and organize my desktop so that my browsers are on the second and third display with the primary (laptop) display being to the left of display 2 and 3 (ie: Laptop | Display1 | Display 2 ) Using the guide above, I have *2-4* windows for Chrome running on Display2/3, so it would look like: Laptop | Chrome1, Chrome2 | Chrome3, Chrome4 Regardless of which chrome window I am interacting with, the dialogue always appears on 'Laptop' in the upper right corner (basically where the notification drawer would display by default) Clicking on the enpass extension should not open the dialogue anywhere other than where the current …

Hi, I'm giving Enpass a try out after many years with 1P, Migration was a bit messy, but I got there in the end. However, I'm trying to create a set of folders to manually categorise my collection, but I seem only to be able to create one root level folder, with any subsequent new folders being sub folders of that one. Deselecting it and trying to create a new folder results in nothing happening. The migration process managed to collect all the catergory names from 1P, I see in another post that a request has been made for 'smart' folders. This would definitely be beneficial to those migrating if you could create smart folders to automatically collect all t…

  7. Hello, just faced the problem. i have 2 records: first is login type with username abc@qwe.rt and URL https://aaabbb.com/private second is other (not login) type with username 111222333 and URL https://subdomain.aaabbb.com i log in the second URL with the second record credentials and changed the password on the website form. Enpass safari plugin pops up but suggests only one record update - the first one, and there is no way to choose the second record to update password.
