Hi there, yesterday i noticed my Computer was lagging and then i checked the processes and (as you can see in the attached image) "EnpassNMHost" created 99.9% load on my cpu. Im currently running macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 (17C205) with Enpass in version 5.6.3 (139) and got the Firefox Extension aswell.

For several days/weeks (I don’t know since when) the extension does not work with Firefox nor with Safari. When pressing the Enpass icon in the toolbar nothing happens, i.e. no error message, no password request. MacOS: High Sierra 10.13.6 Firefox version: Quantum 62.0.3 Safari: Version 12.0 Enpass: 5.6.11 Enpass Password Manager extension for Firefox: 5.5.2 I deleted the Extension, installed it again from the Enpass homepage, restarted firefox nothing works. In Enpass itself the browser extension is activated. On an iMac with OS Mojave everything works fine.

Hello guys. First of all congratulations on Enpass, it really is a great product. Trying to use Firefox (instead of Chrome) I downloaded the last version. Unfortunately the extension does not work with Firefox 62. The extensions keeps saying that we need to activate "browser extension support" in app, but they are enabled. Hi guys, I am using the latest beta 6.0.0 (220) and I am trying to find out how to sync with my WebDaV Server (Synology). I am not able to fine any sync option within the application (Dropbox, iCloud etc.), there is no menu item in settings for this (see screenshot). And then I am clicking on Tools -> "Sync now" from the menu bar, then nothing happens. Am I just to dumb or is this function maybe not available in the beta (which would be a bit weird.) Hello, First of all, thank you for your awesome service. I hope to be added. The enpass bookmark workflow available in Alfred. This function is also available in 1password. It is a function to log in passwords stored in enpass easily with Alfred's workflow. I am eager to add this. If you find it difficult to add this feature, I'd appreciate it if you let me know so that I can create it. thanks

I use Keyboard Maestro, and among other things it saves clipboard items so you can paste them in again later. This works with every app I use, except Enpass, where copying items manages to skip the clip history. I have no idea how Enpass manages to put things into the clipboard in a way different than all other apps, but it is very annoying. (For instance, it is very useful to copy 2 or 3 items out of Enpass that I will need on a web page (say, login name, password, secret question & credit card number), and then have all of them available in my clipboard history for pasting into a web page. Shouldn't all Macintosh apps have a clipboard that works the same way?

Hello, why is EnpassNMhost using 96-97 % of my CPU (Macbook Pro Retina Mid 2012 - Macos 10.13.6 (17G65))? Why is it using 7 processes which everyone of them is using 3 CPU cores?

Please support the Apple Services Menu (Enpass :: Services). This shouldn't be difficult because nearly all apps do support this. It is very frustrating that EnPass is the only app I use that does not support services when I select text. This is what the Services menu looks like on my computer when I use an app that does support services. You can see why it would be so useful if Enpass supported this too.

When using Mac version, it is taking me two tries to unlock the Master Password. I am not mistyping. Happens each time. iPhone version is fine. Looking for guidance, please. thx

Hello, I migrated from 1Passwort to Enpass and I am quite satisfied with the service. But there is one problem: Although I actived Preferences -> General -> "Hide dock icon when main window is closed" the icon does not hide, when I close the main window by clicking the "X". My goal is to have the menu icon only, not the dock icon. I use macOS High Sierra 10.13.6. Thanks a lot for your help in advance. Best wishes, Marco

Is there any possibility to recover the Master Password or reset it using the Face ID in IphoneX?. I have both apps, for IOS and for Mac. As i get used to the Face ID high speed, i forgot the Master Password. Now my son has installed in his mobile, and when i was going to explain the benefits and how to use, i realize i have forgotten the Master Password. Can you please advice? Many thanks,

I find that some sites are asking for the user name on the first page then open a second page for the password. Enpass requires that I double-click again on the second to fill out the password frequently followed by a click on the site's 'Sign In' button. When I use 1Password 6, the log-in sequence proceeds without the second double-click and often without the final click. It would be great if Enpass could do this too as in all other respects, it is my preferred password manager.

It would be nice to specify what is considered "special characters" I have an account that I have to change the password ridiculously often. This password has to be at least 16 characters, and contain upper, lower, numbers and specials. (Not bad so far) Except that it does not permit any of the following for a special character :: '"[]{}()@#$%&/\; It requires two of the following:: :!-_,.?^*|+= As you can imagine cycling through random generation until I get lucky can be a PITA. I can manually strip out unusable character but that's annoying and difficult sometimes depending on the platform. (I'm crazy and have enpass on windows, mac, ubuntu, centos…

Hi, is it possible to disable the mini icon in the menubar? I use a shortcut to open the miniwindow and I don't need the icon there and actually I have a lot of other icons there and try to reduce them. Cheers

Hi, I'm using Enpass on Mac OS and I'm using it manually, i.e. it sits in my menu bar, I'm choosing an account item from the list and I'm using clipboard icon to copy my password to the clipboard. I'm doing it because I'm using Enpass for a native Mac app and there is no native application support in Enpass for Mac. And here's my problem: even though I'm mostly using one account item (and I have just a few accounts defined), it never shows on a recent items list. I have to use search feature each time :( Is there a way to work around this? How to make Enpass aware that I'm using a password and so it starts appearing on "recent" list?

In the last couple of days enpass occasionally opens to an empty item list, as when the app is first installed and devoid of all my data. After a short panic attack, I've found that restarting enpass restores everything. enpass 5.6.3 (139) on macOS 10.13.4 (17E199) Seems to occur when enpass locks after the idle timeout.

Hi, one or two times a day, when i put my finger on the Touch id sensor, database is empty. sometimes it is when i try lo log in on the chrome plugin, sometimes when i login on the desktop enpass app. I have to close and relaunch the desktop app to recover the database. I have tried to delete everything and install everything again on my mac : enpass desktop, enpass plugin on chrome, enpass folder with saved data... What do you think?
