Hi Enpass didn't work on the newest macOS Mojave Public Beta released yesterday (18E215a). I got only an empty window and if i try to start the browser extension I only get a non responding window (no possibility to enter something). I Any solution/idea to fix it? For all: Don't update to the newest public beta if you need Enpass. regards Lukas

Hello, when working in a "tag-folder" and there, after editing an item, Enpass always refreshes the list of "tag-folders" and closes it. This is beyond annoying as I need to re-open the folder structure, search for the right folder and then search for the item i just edited in this folder. Why can't Enpass just stay in the current "tag-folder"? ...or at least remember in which one I worked and re-open it if the refresh is really needed. Working on MacOS 10.14.3 and the latest Enpass Version (6.0.6) Please fix this!

Hello, I'm currently having trouble setting up Enpass 6 on a new device. I want to replace the beta versions that I was using previously. Since there are different personal vaults in the beta version on each of my devices which I want to keep seperated (apart from the main vault), I made a backup, deleted the beta version, installed the full version and chose to set it up by using the backup. then I connected the main vault via OneDrive and everything worked fine. Today, I tried to do the whole process on yet another device and now there is just a welcome screen telling me to enter a master password. No other options, such as setting up using a backup, are visible (…

Hi there, when I try to print out the whole tresor for hardcopy , a system message appears, that the Printer was not found. Printing from other programs is no problem. System Info: macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 Please answer and help as soon as possible. Without Printing there is no need to use the program and i have to cancel the Deal.  Kind regards mitm

Hi, As far as I see, the new Macbook Air 2018 touch ID is detected by Enpass 5.6.11 (154), it can be enabled in the settings, but even when enabled, it does not unlock Enpass. Nothing just happens while touching it. Please tell me I'm not doing anything wrong and you will release an update bringing this support to the Macbook Air ? Thanks

Suggestion #1: When I use the assistant to fill in passwords in Safari (latest version Safari and Enpass), it does not give me a suggestion based on the domain that I'm visiting, but a list of all logins (I'm not sure, but this could be only for the first login for the domain). Expected behavior: Only show matches that fit to the current 2nd level domain by default. Many (most?) software developers eventually get bored with a program and have the 'brilliant' idea of tweaking it. They then tweak, tweak, tweak it to death and to the point that they completely eff it up (FIU), remember Windows 8 and many other programs? Congratulations Enpass, you have reached the ultimate FIU-dom! In that process, you have lost me, and I suspect others, leaving us searching for a replacement---too bad.

If I keep on adding files (mainly screenshot, pdfs) to my secrets, my backup file (.enpassbackup) could grow quite big in size with time? What is the max supported size?

Have latest version of Enpass installed onto MAC. Need install the extension for Safari but being told that the new update to Enpass does this automatically. How do I get the extension separate from Enpass app?

Hello... Is there anyway to have the prompt window when adding a new password or updating a password stay on the screen longer? It seems between the native OSx one and another (while I am testing this.. although i do have the full versions).. it disappears in the blink of an eye with no time to update it? Is there a way to set how the update window stays on the screen, or when it goes off?

Howdy Enpass, When I want to generate a new password using my favorite method of clicking open the icon in my browser's toolbar, I get a pop-up that cuts off below the digits selector. There is no way to adjust the window, for when I hover over the edge there is no change in the cursor allowing me to expand the window. This of course prevents me from adjusting the recipe. This problem occurs in both my Safari and Firefox browsers. I am using the latest Mojave OS. As you can see from the attachments, when I want to generate a new password using the dock icon, bringing me to the full enpass screen, the generate window has all that I am used to seeing (and more!). …

Hi, I am trying to clean up my vaults as I seem to have some issues with the "recently used" function. this happens only when using the browser addons (see Screenshot 2019-02-28 at 09.29.51.png), not when using the global hotkey to search for passwords for non-browser apps. As a workaround, when using the browser addon, I have to manually search the password I need and use that one, once done, the entry is then added on top of the recently used list but the faulty one is still visible (see Screenshot 2019-02-28 at 09.35.37.png) Is it possible to clear the vault history or export/import everything to reset the data? I am using Enpass V6.0.5 an a Macbook running Mojave OS. I have searched for a Restore option, but there appears to be none. I have followed the user manual but is no help at all. I am backing up to a file on my Mac and to Google Drive. I would like to put Enpass onto another Mac running the same OS Could someone please help, how to get a restore button! Thanks

Is it possible to add an item like a software license to Enpass on Mac without having to use a CSV file? Can I just select the fields and type the info in? Or do I have to use a CSV file format?

Hi, I really like the new Enpass version. The desktop app meanwhile runs without any issue. But the extension in chrome or the standalone mini app from the icon bar in the top does not look nice. All fonts are really blurry. This does not look really high quality. However in the Enpass app itself, everything looks crystal clear nice.

Hello, I'm using enpass 5 years already. About a month ago i started to use official enpass chrome extenssion. Everything was ok but now I'm getting a strage error. I'm affraid to use extenssion more, cause to lost all the passwords data. I formatted hdd and reinstalled OS X Mojave and all apps from the App Store. In the beginning it's working well, but then it’s repeating again. I tryed to google something but there is completely nothing about this issue Please help me

Hello, I am a new user. Before I go productive, I wanted to test a few features before. Something has confused me a lot. I created the default vault with a password, no a keyfile. Then I created another vault with a different password and keyfile. Now I restarted enpass, entered the master password for the default vault and can now access both vaults. But why? I did NOT check the option "Save password in primary vault" when creating the second vault. My first thought was "maybe the keyfile will be used without password". So I deleted the keyfile. Now I restarted enpass again, entered the master password for the standard safe .... and can acce…

First I noticed you can't search for a credit card number as the contents for searching in fields is broken. And now I discover you have completely removed the feature for restoring a back up from one device to another over the local network. This is the main reason I purchased enpass! Calling this your best upgrade ever is a load of Cr•p! How can I go back to the previous version?

Dear all, I save some login data in safari/Mac keychain. In Enpass v5 I had the option to suppress Enpass popping up at these websites (not asking to save/update/whatever to do ...). Where is the option in v6? Missing? Cheers, Daniel

Hi. I have just signed up for the premium version, after I downloaded the desktop Enpass. After that I downloaded the iOS Enpass in my iPhone. Do I have to pay for the premium version one more time, in iOS Enpass? A thought that it was a one time cost for the premium version. Best regards Oriano

I am trying to use multiple vaults with iCloud sync. The problem I am having is that the content is overwritten with the same across these vaults and the password is same. How do I setup multiple valuts with a single icloud account? Thanks

There are no numbers shown for existing elements in sub-tags. Even if I open all my tags to see the appropriate sub-tags, go to settings, disable the count for side bar elements and enable it again - the numbers are shown only temporarily until the next closing of tags. When you then open up them again - no numbers are shown. Furthermore it just sucks that with each time an item gets edited, saved or just even randomly the tree of opened sub-tags gets closed and you are thrown out to the list with all elements.
