Hello, i have a problem with the new Update 6.0.4 (304) on Mac. I use the new (Enpass 5 old) option that i can disable the menu bar icon, but if i want to close the main window of Enpass it would closed it completly. In the old enpass 5 you could close the Main window with the x but the enpass process was always running into the background... Regards from Germany.

Hi, Chrome auto-updated my Enpass extension to a version that is not compatible with my Enpass installation. This resulted in the extension no longer working in Chrome. I went to the Enpass site and downloaded an earlier version of the extension (5.5.3) and followed the instructions for turning on developer mode in Chrome, but it still doesn't work. I get the errors as shown in the attached screenshot. There are multiple instances of these errors or similar. Is there an earlier version I can use or can someone advise how to get around this problem? Chrome is my main browser, so not having Enpass support is a real pain. Thanks, Bowjest

Hi. Strange problem for me here. I have enpass for IOS filled with all my stuff. (it's by far my favorite password manager) The same account on an old MacBook Pro and everything was synced perfectly. As that old MBP died, I received a new one today and configured everything. When I Install enpass on my new computer, it can download from iCloud all datas but cannot upload any new stuff... The cloud icon up left of the window keeps turning and saying "synchronising" but nothing happens... I need to say that I'm an old user who bought the soft before it came to subscription mode and that I've been upgraded to a forever Enpass pro user. …

Hi! Just installed an update 6.3.1 (576) and now login via fingerprint is no longer working. In the settings I see my account with the info Enpass pro - full access - lifetime. In the last setting menu option Extended I restored also my purchases (Einkäufe wiederherstellen). But in menu item security (Sicherheit) I only have the option for a PIN and no fingerprint. Already removed the application and reinstalled it via AppStore.

Due to a webserver peculiarities, I suppose, a website gives error "Error 500" (HTTP Web Server: Invalid URL Exception) when Enpass tries to auto fill login details: https://www.crawfordeclaims.com/Websites/Website00_3/BroadspireCS_Webclaims.nsf/default.html The issue is that I cannot turn off "Autosubmit Login". Enpass always submits login details irrespective whether this option in enabled or not. Please fix. Thank you.

After launch of Enpass and unlocking the vault, the Synchronization process immediately starts. In my case it syncs to iCloud. But it never finishes, it never stops. Although I restarted Enpass several times and gave it multiple hours, it never stops syncing. It is also not possible to cancel the Sync in order to select a different sync target. Any ideas?

Hi everyone, every time I start up Enpass I have to click on the TouchID-Button to unlock by fingerprint. Can you implement this in reversed order, i. e. when starting Enpass, the TouchID windows pops up directly? Only in case of need for masterkey the window for typing in the key should be activated manually. Cheers, Daniel

Hey guys, I have a very annoying problem. Every day, or after every reboot or after closing and re-opening my browser I have to re-authorization my Enpass Extension. I have to enter the six digits(numbers) again and again. In my Enpass settings I deactivate both entries ("code-signature..." and "ask browser-authorization every time...") but no improvement. I am on MacBook Pro with newest Catalina update and Safari 13.0.3. Enpass version 6.3.0 (574) and installed extension in Safari. Do you have any hints for me? Thanks Sven

I have a pretty dumb question. Can you please suggest to me where I can found the Dark Mode for the Mac Version? Same Stuff on my iOS Device. Is it possible that the Dark Mode would not be present on Apple Devices?

Enpass stopped syncing with dropbox. FIrst noticed that Sunday, 11/23. I see the same error in Android and Linux as well. Mac version: 10.15.1 Enpass Mac Version: 6.3.0 (574) Enpass Android Version: 6.3.1.280 Linux version: 6.2.0 (537)

I updated to the latest version of Enpass this morning and it appears there is an issue with TOTP generation. All my accounts that have a secret stored are now reporting "Invalid TOTP Secret". I tried disabling 2fa for one of those accounts and setting it up again with the same result. I have backup codes I can use for a very brief period, but this is a pretty significant issue. Additional info after further testing: It looks like it may not like it when there are spaces in the secret. When I tried setting it up again using the QR code and Enpass 6.2 on Android it generates codes as expected.

Hi, i want to import a pre formatted csv file. In this case logins. How can i import custom fields? Is there an option to save the label and value of this field in the csv? I saw in the documentation how the csv file has to be build but there is only a column Custom Field 1 and *Custom Field 2. (btw. what does the star mean?) This is not so useful because these 2 labels have the same name in all the imported records. I need for each record different names for the labels.

Hallo, i have installed the newest Enpass Version on my Devices and all is working fine. i sync them in iCloud. But i noticed that there is an older Folder in iCloud Drive called Enpass that contains a File called "sync_default.walletx" from 2018 Is this still the Sync Folder of the Enpass 6.3.0? If not, can i delete this Folder? And where dos it come from? Thank you.

Hi, after reloading Enpass I have to sync my passwords with my Dropbox vault. But now I get the prompt to insered the password of the data. What is meant? my valut passort or my dropbox password? On both I get a error wrong password. Whats going wrong there? Cheers

But since the 6.3 release every time I open Enpass I am welcomed with annoying window to register Enpass with my email. Even after ignoring I see (although closeable) bottom bar pushing me to activate Enpass. Hi, I'm a 1password user and I'm trying Enpass. I love many thing in this product but feels a bit disappointed by the way shortcut works (1 for safari, 1 for system wide... why not only one ???) but the most problematic one is the fact that enpass plugin does not work correctly : I activated the match url option, then when I call the plugin (shorcut or icon on safari tool bar) I have the list of logins that match the exact URL (good) but when I double click on the login, it does not fill the form but instead opens a new tab, open the url saved in the login and start filling it... I am trying to use the Enpass Portable on Mac. When I open the portable app, it asks for the location of the backup. When I show it the folder of the backup where all the backup files (from the desktop app are there), all those icons are greyed out and it seems it can't accept them ( see screenshot attached) https://take.ms/AJKMh If I choose the folder, it fails on the next screen when it says it couldn't find any Enpass data file ! I currently use Enpass 6.0.6 (367). There is a new 6.0.7.373 update, which I can not install because I suddenly no longer meet the system requirements !!??! I switched to Enpass recently and now I should not be able to use it anymore? I can not install a newer operating system than 10.11.6 on my Mac!
