Hi, I have two macs and I want to share a secondary vault between them with different sync accounts. I've managed to set up the two vaults but when I try to sync the secondary vault on the other mac, Enpass crashes (version 6.5.2). I've tried different sync accounts (drive, dropbox) but to no avail. Any thoughts on the issue?

Hey, I downloaded the lastest version of Enpass on my newly set up Macbook Air M1. I'm not able to connect Sync. I testet Dropbox and WebDav and both is not working. Tested Enpass from App Store and Downloaded from Website. Anyone with the same problem? Or solutions here? Error Message: "Etwas ist schief gelaufen.Fehler 35." Thank you all!

Hello. I run Enpass on my work MacBook. My company also uses Palo Alto Cortex XDR as an AV client. After the upgrade to the new version on Enpass that I upgraded to this morning (Feb 2, 2021), Cortex XDR is now quarantining Enpass. Hi folks, Another Beta 6.5.0 (699) bug for you: Sometimes the Main Window fails to property render upon launch (i.e., when Enpass is not running in the background). I have not yet been able to reliably recreate this, but I'll continue to look for a pattern, but here's a screenie. (2010 MBP — macOS 10.13.6)

Hi folks, This is not specific to 6.5.0 (699), but I've been meaning to mention it for a while, and I'm on a roll today, so... When quitting out of Enpass completely, upon relaunch, Enpass fails to remember the size, shape, and placement of the Main Window. Sreenshots attached.

Been meaning to ask this for a long time: How does Enpass determine the order of custom icons in Choose Icon? Whenever I add one, there appears to be no rhyme or reason whatsoever to where it ends up in the gallery of icons. It's not chronological. It's not alphabetical by file name. It's not file size. I have a few dozen of these because I've been using Enpass since before 6.0 had reliable favicon fetching, and every time I add a new icon, I have to hunt for it once it's been added, because it could be anywhere. I just updated to b6.5.1.721 for Mac, and while it does launch (although it bombed the first time), the Main Window never appears — or so I thought when I sent an email to support@ with a sample from Activity Monitor. But it turns out it's just the Beta 6.5.0 (699) BUG - Main Window sometimes fails to render problem, but far worse. The Enpass window is 100% transparent, 100% of the time. It's there, but it's invisible except for the red-yellow-green buttons in the upper left corner. Also, in this state it's impossible to interact with the Main Window in any way. Hi, I have Enpass running on my iMac, iPhone and iPad. It syncs via WebDAV. However, when I add a new entry on my iPad the sync completes successfully but the new entry does not show up when I search for it on my iPhone or iMac. I installed Enpass v6.5.2(726) from the App store, on my 2020 Intel MacBook Pro, running Big Sur. This option is not working for me. On websites that I only have one set of credentials, the Enpass Assistant still pops up, and shows me the 1 option I have for logging in. I have to click it, and then it logins to the website.

Hi folks, In 6.5.0.699, Multiline fields display much, much taller than the content they contain. See screenies. REPRODUCE: 1) Create new Item using Login > Default (or probably any template) 2) Add a Multiline field 3) Populate that multiline field with several lines of text 4) Save RESULT: The multiline field displays much, much taller than the content within.

The selectable areas, i.e., vault icon, search bar, in Enpass are no longer working properly, basically making it unusable. Anyone else experiencing this? macOS 10.15.7, Enpass 6.5.2 (726)

Enpass often unable to edit or create a new entry. Everything goes well until an input field needs editing. For example the name filed doesn't receive focus. this happens all the time. Restarting the app helps momentarily. I've reinstalled and it doesn't help.. Any ideas?

I have an older MacBook Pro, late 2011. The macOS is High Sierra, V 10.13.6. Can’t update anymore since my MacBook is older. I've used Enpass since 2014 and never had any major problems. For some reason after installing the new update, Enpass 6, the screen is completely blank (white) after opening Enpass. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times, no help. I thought it might be a compatibility issue with my older MacBook. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello, is there a way to merge duplicate items?

I'm using Enpass in Mac OS Big Sur. The default font used is "AppleGothic", which is outdated (the default system font was changed 8~9 years ago) and ugly. The new default Korean font in Mac is "AppleSDGothicNeo.ttc" in /System/Libarary/Fonts folder. It has been the system font for many years and I don't think any active Mac uses "AppleGothic" in any place. I suppose the default font setting for Mac used by qt toolkit still stays with "AppleGothic". Can you change the default Korean font setting (for all Mac) from "AppleGothic" to "AppleSDGothicNeo"? "AppleGothic" may stay but the preference should be lowered I believe. -- Hanjo

Hi! I love Enpass - thank you! - but I do have a question: I upgraded to Mac Big Sur, and Enpass is working great except for one thing. The Menu bar "mini app" disappears when I close the Enpass App, and it only reappears when I re-open the Enpass App on the Mac. The browser extensions work great - I can access Enpass in the browsers with no problems. But if I wish to access my Enpass data outside of the browsers (in email for example), I have to open the main Enpass App in the Dock (or from /Applications), then access the menu bar, etc. I did not see a "Setting" in the preferences to turn this on or off, and this is the way it used to be under Catalin…

Hello, this morning Enpass advised me that the Dropbox's data password has been changed. Nothing has been changed and now I'm unable to sync the contacts. Enpass asked me to put the password, I tried with both my dropbox password and the enpass password but they don't work. I don't know what password we're talking about here, what should I do? thank you

Sometimes, especially when using an external monitor attached to my laptop, the Chrome extension (used in Vivaldi in my case) displays its contents at the wrong scale. The Safari extension does the same thing. This is both the locked and unlocked screen. It doesn't respond to clicks in the expected way, but I can still use it if I stick to the keyboard. Just checked and the menu bar app does the same thing too. However the desktop app looks fine. Mac OS Mojave, latest Vivaldi, Safari, Enpass.

There are still problems with MacOS High Sierra. The main screen is only gray. The difference to version 6.50 is that in 6.51 at least now the menu bar is visible. The docking window is visible and can be used. Please fix the rendering problems with High Sierra 10.13.6 on a Macbook Pro (2011).

Hi, in the searchbar i can search by field or title. (btw. why not both of them?) Is it possible to integrate tags in the search? I enter a tag in the searchbar and get all entries. Especially by using nested tags this is a quicker way

When I use icloud to synchronize enpass It shows me this Just two days ago, I used icloud to sync this and it looks like everything is fine. I want to know how to fix it. I have no problem with my icloud account. It all looks very strange. I am very concerned about this because it can't let me synchronize my data, making my work impossible.

The sync wheel on my pc enpass account has been stuck in motion for days. I do not know how to disconnect sync from the devices. It is working fine on my iphone and ipad. Can someone please help!
