Since a while back I'm finding Enpass to be very slow (it takes about 7 seconds) to unlock after entering my password. On my iMac 27" Late 2013 3,5 GHz Quad-Core I7 with 32GB RAM and Mac Mini Late 2012 2,5 GHz Dual-Core I5 with 16GB RAM both running macOS 10.15.7. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hello, Recently I changed the password for a couple of services previously stored on Enpass, so it asked for update the passwords showing the right record for the page that it was updating, I did proceed with the update. Then, few days after I tried to access to other web site with data stored in Enpass, so my logging attempts were denied. After dig about why it was happening I figured out that the password that was supposed to be saved in other record was in fact saved in other record. Not been able to determine what actions trigger problem but I find the total records per category "disappear" except for All Categories and Favourites. macOS Catalina 10.15.7

Hi together, it's really annoying, Enpass (652) freezes very often when unlocking it with TouchId. With "very often" I mean nearly every second Day! Is there some setting I could try so that it does not freeze again? Cheers, Patrick

Hello, I'm trying to create a second vault with syncing over icloud and i'm running into some problemes: Main Vault is synced on Icloud, working fine. Create a second vault. Ok. Now going to sync parameters of second vault and selecting icloud. This starts immediately an icloud sync wich is aborted because of the primary vault here. I have no option to direct the second vault's icloud sync to another icloud account? How can i fix this? It' MacOS 11.0.1, Enpass 6.5.2 (726)

I have a site where i need to fill in 4 fields in order to do a request, however am not able to do that ! it works fine with (1password, roboform, Bitwarden,...) Hi, I'm not starting to use Enapas on my Macbook pro as well. Sometimes when i open Enpas from the notification area (Windows) and now from the topmenu (on OSX) i use the short command (Command+E) to open the full view. On Windows when i authenticate using Windows Hello (TouchID) using the mini view and then open the full view using (CTRL+E) then i dont have to authenticate again since i have already done so. On MAC however its not working correctly. When i authenticate in mini view and open the full view it ask me to authenticate once more. Why? It is really annoying to be honest. Hello, I am using Enpass 6.4.2 on macOS Catalina 10.15.6 as a "Premium Account" User. I have two vaults set up. For the first vault I successfully imported around 270 entries from Keepass xml file. On the second vault, however, I tried several times importing around 34 entries again from a Keepass xml file, but without success. On the first trials, only 4 of the 34 entries have been imported, all of them were stored on the top level (of the database visualisation in Keepass). I imported all my logins via a csv file. Now all logins are a standard login. I want to change my twitter account from standard to twitter. (like for a new entry, where i can chosse login -> twitter)

Over the last little while (and unfortunately I did not note if it was subsequent to a version update) Enpass is freezing on my mac. Most commonly the save button does not appear to function at all. However even though the save button is in a PERMANENTLY GREYED OUT state - sometimes items save and sometimes they do not. However Enpass is seriously messed up.

on MacOS, I am used that clickin on one entry selects it. Clicking on another entry deselects the previous entry and selects the new one. However, clikcing on another entry keeps the old entry selected, and selects the new entry in addition (similar as when holding hte SHIFT key down in other programs). I have an old Mac mini next to my main computer, and like to install Enpass on this Mac. This Mac mini only support up to macOS 10.11, and Enpass 6.0.7 and up require macOS 10.12. So I like to install version 6.0.6. Is there a location where I can download Enpass 6.0.6 for macOS? The knowledge base article for older versions only mentions 5.x, not 6.0.6.

It would be great if the menu bar & safari extension would work like every other menu bars and safari extensions on Mac. I mean when you click on it, it opens and when you click on it again it closes. Right now only Enpass menu bar & safari extension not closes when you click on them again on my Mac. Platform- iMac Pro v10.15.7 After clicking <Set up Sync>, <iCloud> "Set up Sync" window is displayed with message "You have been redirected to iCloud login page. Please log in and allow Enpass to sync." Then nothing happens and is stuck on this page. Need help to fix.

I just encountered the following bug; I enter all my details in a new entry. Generate a password. While setting this password in the application for which it was generated, the Enpass database locks. Hi. I am new to Enpass and I have a problem with autofill (Safari and Firefox). I have checked the "Autofill details without showing Enpass Assistant" checkbox but autofill always shows the Assistant and I have to double click on the entry. I tested this on different websites, some with one login, some with 2 different logins. The behavior is identical with keyboard shortcut or contextual menu. Is it a known bug ? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I have imported from Dashlane following the quote published, everything seemed ok however the Domain for all the logins the field type has imported as ‘text’ and not ‘url’ this means that all logins are not showing when visiting the sites. Can I bulk change all these without going manually through them all? Thanks

I recently bought a new computer, and was setting up Enpass. I have 2 vaults. I imported the first vault from Dropbox without any problems: The second vault I needed to import was from iCloud. The sign-in process seemed to work just fine. A browser window opened, I signed into Apple, the browser prompted me for permission to "open Enpass". I clicked OK, Enpass app re-appeared, and the import process seemed to be working. The Enpass window displayed the message "Restoring data from iCloud...", and there was a spinner (progress animation). But after a few seconds, the spinner froze. The app froze. My computer CPU was at 100%. I thought maybe it would finish.…

I am using iCloud to sync my Enpass data, and I noticed that every time I clear the Safari data, Enpass can no loger syncronize, and I have to set up the syncronization again. Previously I was using Dropbox, to syncronize Enpass and I had no such issues on the Desktop. I did have issues on my iPhone, because I first had to open the Dropbox app, let it syncronize and then open Enpass, which was inconvenient, so I moved over to iCloud sync which has no such requirement. Hello, I forgot my Masterpassword Mac Desktop App (right after I changed it), so I understand I have no way back in to the Mac App. Luckily I also use Premium version in iPhone and iPad and I still have access in iOS devices using old Masterpassword.
