Either I'm really dumb or the Feature is missing at all I created a new catageory E-Mail (why is it not here by default? everyone has an E-Mail) but I see no way to give a Template to this category. Where is it???? Second question, in my attempts to fix above problem, I also made a two copies of the existing E-Mail Template But I found no way to delete them again! Please help, this is my third attempt to switch from mSecure to Enpass, but every time I'm getting frustrated more and more...

Hey there. Love the product! Just working my way through it and noticed all the dates (e.g., expiry date, purchase date, etc.) are captured in dd/mm/yyyy format. My system settings on the Mac are set for mm/dd/yyyy and I was wondering if there might be a way to have this reflected in the app? Not sure if I'm missing something? I've noticed this on my iOS device as well.

When pressing the system-wide shortcut cmd+H in Enpass, the Application hidden (like intended). When you activate Enpass again (by application switcher), the main window stays hidden. Even actions that should give the main window focus (like the "About Enpass" menu item) nothing happens. The only way to bring the window back is selecting it from the Window menu or activating Enpass from the Dock (which sends a reopen Event by default). Dear all, I was wondering if it is possible to update the Password audit section after I update a weak password. Indeed, Enpass helped me find some weak password and I changed them to some others that are stronger, but I see now that they are all still listed as "weak". It is like the Password audit section is not updating itself when a password is changed. Can you help me please? Thanks!

For MacOS desktop users, you may be wondering how to remove custom icons. In the MacOS desktop version, there is no ability (currently as of version 6.4.2) to remove custom icons you may have uploaded. Why would one want to do this you may ask? Some icons uploaded may not be the quality or size you wish to appear. It's a bit of trial and error sometime to get just the icon quality you wish for. Of course you might want to do some housekeeping and delete or remove these unwanted superfluous icons from the icon library from time-to-time. So how do you achieve this? Hi, I installed the current version of enpass from the Apple App Store on my Mac Mini under Catalina. So far so good. Without the Safari extension all works fine. I can see the enpass extension in Safari settings but it's not possible to enable it. Also I tried to install the enpass version from your website with the same result. Catalina was installed with the MacOS Patcher for Catalina because the Mini is now unsupported. Any ideas how to solve the issue? thx Karsten

I installed Enpass from the AppStore, on macOS Catalina. I also installed the Chrome plugin and made sure that "Open automatically on system startup" is selected. I also set my keyboard shortcut to ⌘+x like I always do. The problem appears when I: Restart macOS Open Chrome Go to any website that requires credentials Press ⌘+x I get this prompt And I have to press "Open Enpass" and wait, and then enter the vault password. This takes a lot of time. Why isn't Enpass already open? What can I do to fix this? Thanks

I've come across yet another issue in the Mac version of Enpass. I've Reset Enpass and completely deleted it from my system and then reinstalled it from the App Store and still have the same issue. I open one of of the entries in my vault. I click the Copy icon next to the username, password, or website. The "Copied to Clipboard" toast type notification is displayed. I try to paste the result to a browser, notepad, or any other app. Nothing is pasted. I go into Edit mode for the entry. I click the Copy icon next to the password. Hello, Enpass starts normally and I can click once but then the mouse stops working. I cannot click on anything in any screen option. The menu remains accessible but here the important menu items are grayed out.I have tried other mouses but gives the same result. Hope there is an solution for it. Hello, please help in 2 regards: 1) When I ask support for help with syncing problems, they always ask to „provide the WebDAV-demo account”. But the utility I use (WebDAVNav Server from 'Schimera Pty Ltd', see Pic) does not need an account anywhere, it's all on my Mac. Please clarify, what I should provide. 2) Which WebDAV software can you recommend for reliable syncing? Is the one I use (WebDAVNav Server from 'Schimera Pty Ltd') the best choice? I'm using the latest v6.4.2 (667) on MacOS and TOTP codes seem to have stopped working. They works well on the Android app. The same thing happened in the past and was fixed with an update. Is it happening again?

Title might sounds a bit irritating, but let me describe my trouble. I am using Enpass 6.4.1 (642) on my Mac (10.15.4). When I was adding a new entry I encountered a strange behaviour while generating the password for the new service. Each time I hit "copy to clipboard" to transport the password over to the form in my browser to apply it, Enpass reacted as if I was pressing the "refresh" button. This is quite annoying since the fill button then transport the wrong password over to the entry. Enpass 6.4.1 (641) on Mac 10.13, Safari 13.1 Enpass will not fill in usernames or passphrases on any Microsoft site in Safari. All Microsoft logins go through login.live.com, and when I use the Enpass browser extension in Safari, it does recognize that I'm at login.live.com and shows me the proper Item (although it takes 10-15 seconds to do so), but when I double-click the item, nothing happens.

Hello, please help in this regard: I have been using Enpass for two years, syncing via local WIFI-WebDAV (to/from my iMac): iMac, MacBook, iPhone. Works like a charm. This is all at my home location. A year ago I got myself a new iMac, transferred also the vault and moved the older iMac to another town. Now also I want to sync my current main vault (from the iPhone) with the older iMac in the other town. At the other location I of course have a differnt WIFI, therefor I would have to set up WIFI-WebDAV-syncing with the iPhone there. When I open Enpass for the first time, the window appears and it works as expected. Once I close the window (I mean clic on the Red Cross in the topbar), the window disappears, but as soon as I want it back, I clic the icon in my MacOS dock, but it does nothing. In every single other program, it just reopens the window. But here it does nothing. To be able to get back the Enpass window, I have to kill the process and relaunch it from scratch. Considering Enpass is an app I am constantly using, it is becoming super annoying to have to kill the process everytime I close this damn window. Am I the only one having the issue ? Hi- I want to create two or more vaults with distinct master passwords. For instance, I would like one vault with all of my regular email & website passwords. A second vault with it's own master password would store account info for financial and other critical sites. Is this possible in Enpass?

Hi, I've been spending hours at this stage trying to make my enpass firefox extension/add on auto fill my passwords whenever I want to login to a website and haven't gone anywhere. I've searched online for any help without any success. It's really incredibly frustrating. You would assume something as important as this would be trivial to set up. I added the firefox extension of course. I was going to attached a screenshot of my main enpass app settings but it seems like I can't even attach a file to this post. I would really appreciate any help on this since it really makes the use of enpass completely pointless at this stage

I was unsure if this should be in the extension part of the forum or not. if it's misplaced, feel free to move it. If I open the main window and perform a search, I tend to forget to remove the search entry afterwards. The problem is that when the search entry isn't removed from the main window, using the keyboard shortcut to autofill in my browsers doesn't always open the enpass browser extension. Sometimes it's just very slow, sometimes I need to open the main window to the front or manually click the enpass icon in my browser to "kick start it". Once it's working again, the keyboard shortcut seems to have woken up again and work fine. This might be a really bad ex…

I'm confused. Enpass notified me that an upate was available. After updating I was told that I was being given a free upgrade which included touch ID. (I have touch ID on my mac laptop). Inorder to get this upgrade I was asked to register which I did. In the preferences there is an option to use touch ID, which I ticked. However touch ID does not seem appear as an option to unlock Enpass. Can anyone tell me how I can get touch ID to work? Thanks.
