Enpass works if I download 5.6.11 from here: https://www.enpass.io/support/kb/troubleshooting/where-can-i-download-older-version-of-enpass/ However it doesn't sync with my 6.x vault.

Hello, Can we use Enpass Portable as a backup if the Enpass Desktop have any issue to open ? I mean working with both if necessary ? What do we need to do ? Do we need to sync Enpass Desktop and Portable databases ? Thanks for your opinions.

First of all I'm super happy about the local wifi sync feature finally being added to Enpass. Unfortunately, after I wanted to start the Wi-Fi-Sync-Server (Preferences -> Wi-Fi-Sync), it instead tells me "Error: Wi-Fi-Server crashed". I'm running Enpass 6.7.0 (876) on a MacBook Pro (Mid 2012) under macOS Catalina 10.15.6 with currently no FireWall activated. Other apps as PDF Expert are able to host a server on my mac for iOS transfer, so it shouldn't be a general issue. Thanks a lot in advance for your help! Cheers, Phil

I'm trying to move from 1Password to Enpass Mac. I get this is not a program written just for Mac, but there are basics it must meet in the Mac UI. 1. Remember Window Placement And Size On Launch w/ Multi Monitors - right now EVERY time I launch Enpass & the system is set to have it display on Display 2, it displays on the main display regardless of the Mission Control Dock Options setting. It's ignoring the system settings for window placement via Options on the dock. Every other Mac program sees & uses these settings; Enpass does not. 2. Hi I am a Mac user (OS 10,13), with an Android phone. I just bought an Enpass license, and imported my database from 1Password. I am having problems in opening attachments (all of them in pdf format). I go to the Item, find the attachment, put the mouse cursor over the three little dots at the right but only the "Download" option appears. If I download the item to desktop, I cam't open the downloaded PDF file because it says it is a "damaged file". Any idea? thank you very much!!!

Hi, I did a scratch load of Big Bur on my MBP then used the Migration assistant to copy all accounts, settings, data from my external disk. However, after starting Enpass I found that my local vault is empty and Enpass wanted me to start the setup process by creating a master password. On my local drive I see Enpass in my documents folder. The icon has a small circle in it. there is are sub-folder Backup and Vaults, but both are empty. Is the vault kept somewhere else? And how do I get it back? I have 2 complete CCC backups on 2 external disks, thus, the vault was saved before I did the scratch load of the OS. Can anybody point me into the right d…

On M1 Mac Mini, and it's looking for my Apple Watch, which is currently charging. I think it should have the option to enter my password or PIN instead, as I can't access Enpass at all. 2016 MacBook Pro gives me the pop-up to use passwords instead, but then gets stuck on the "Unlock using your Apple Watch" prompt. WORKAROUND: Quit and reopen; it then asks for the master password.

I've been having problems saving new entries to Enpass. I will fill in the username or email address and generate a password. When I click sign-in the dialog box pops up and I click save. Everything appears to be working it is just that nothing is saved. The new entry is no where to be found. I'm using Nextcloud to store offline and the link to Nextcloud appears to be fine. I just tried to sync and that worked perfectly. Turned logging on and tried to save login credentials again, here is what I got. Recently, I discovered that Digital Guardian (corporate security software) appears to block the Enpass Extensions from communicating with the Enpass Application. I originally thought the issue was with the Enpass software about a month ago and then they started working again, but I received an update to the security software and the behavior is back. Not sure if you can work with Digital Guardian to recognize the function as legitimate or look into an alternate method. For now, I will have to use Enpass without the extensions.

The flag can be displayed on iOS, but not on macOS. This bug has been submitted by email for almost a year, and it is disappointing that it has not been fixed yet.

After updating to v6.6.2 from the Mac App Store, touch id is no longer working for unlocking enpass and the option is greyed out with the message "touch id isn't enabled on this device". This is on a 2017 Macbook Pro running MacOS 10.14.6. Anyway to resolve this or Is it possible revert back to 6.6.1 in the interim?

After I purchased Enpass, I made a password and used it to open the product. Here is where I hit a snag. It let me sign in but then I was unable to input any information. Screen shot shows what I see. I cannot get past this screen. What is wrong?

Hi all When I try to print some PAsswords I get allways the error: Printer not found. This is happens when try to print one Entry oder all entries. I use Mac OSX Catalina 10.15.7 and the last Enpass Version 6.6.0 (775). It looks like the same Problem described here, the last information was the Developers are looking but there is since 2 Years no change :-( A Test Print from Firefox without any Problems. I cannot find the option to hide the passwords in Enpass on BigSur. The passwords are always visible I can choose in edit mode though, but default is visible there as well. Does anyone knows where this option is? Regards!

Hey guys, is it normal that when u restart the MAC u have to enter the masterpassword instead using Touch ID? I have the option to login with touch id AFTER entering the masterpassword once. Thanks

Every time I launch Enpass I get the "Congrats! You are eligible for a free upgrade" offer. It happens every time I launch the program. I don't need the upgrade. How do I make the pop-up go away?

Hello For some days, my enpass plugin is displayed like this under Mac / Firefox 88.0.1 The UI is 1/4 of the whole windows. And the interface too (I need to click in the red zone for most of the UI I try to uninstall / reinstall the Firefox plugin. I try to reboot my mac, but nothing works :(. Have you an idea / workaround ? Thanks

I am using Enpass 6.6.0 on my MacBook Pro 13". I use Touch ID to unlock Enpass without any problems. I understand that Enpass 6.6.0 should allow me to unlock with my Apple Watch (as mentioned in https://www.enpass.io/blog/general/enpass-for-desktops-brings-breach-monitoring-unlocking-with-apple-watch-and-more/ ). I already use my Apple Watch to unlock my MacBook. However, Enpass 6.6.0 never prompts me to use my watch to unlock. Is there something else I need to do? I wrote to support back in February. Hi, I'm using enpass (v. 6.6.1 (804)) on my MacBook Pro (Big Sur). Recently it happens a lot that when I let enpass generate a new password or have it copy an existing one, I can not paste it anywhere. I don't know whether I'm missing something. I would like to store multiple vaults for Enpass under the same cloud account. I have to separate personal data and work data, but I want to be able to use Enpass as simply and safely as possible. Is there anyone who knows a good cloud service that supports Webdav or Nextcloud and that complies with the GDPR of the European Union?

I keep Enpass in my menubar for ease of use. However, most times once it opens, I cannot click into the search field to type. I'm left having to open the full application. MacOS 10.15.7 Catalina

I have some items which appear in "All items", and have a set category, but when I browse to that category they don't appear in the list. I've tried "change category" to their correct category, but they still don't show up. Is there a way to "rebuild database" or something similar?

I'm using Enpass on Windows, Android, and Mac. They are all set up to sync with OneDrive, and this has worked for years. After upgrading my Mac to Big Sur, I am now constantly getting this error whenever Enpass attempts to sync my vault: Sync Error: "No data found on OneDrive" This is obviously false. The vault is there and all other Enpass apps can access it. If I click "Resolve Now," that will temporarily fix the issue by uploading the Mac's local copy of the vault to OneDrive. I did that a few times at first. But now the vault has been updated from a different platform and I don't want those updates to be overwritten by the older local copy on my Mac. I also…

After deleting some webforms, the labels are still in the database. They can be seen in the exported files and will be found by the search field too. They are *not* displayed when the entry is edited. How can the 'zombie' data get deleted ? When will this bug get fixed ? Regards.
