I've run across 2 bugs since updating to Enpass 6.5.0 (700). These aren't showstoppers, but they are super annoying. I am now unable to double-click on an item to edit it. Double-clicking an item does nothing. When viewing a record (not editing), multi-line fields now have a massive amount of space added to them. At first, I thought all the other fields were getting deleted, but figured out that I could scroll down to get to them. Confirmed both of these issues on two different Macs, one running 10.15 and the other running 10.14. Please fix ASAP! Thanks!

Categories I added a category called Local to the primary vault. The Local category shows up in the left sidebar. However, in Vault2, the Local category does not show up in the sidebar or the category selection list when adding a new item even though the Local category is checked under Settings > Customize > Categories > Edit. How do I make a category show up in the sidebar of all vaults and the list of add items categories in all vaults? Templates I created a custom template called LocalVenues in the Local category. There are times where I open Enpass and try to find an item, only to find that the search field won't accept any input. This only happens when the search field already has a string in it. In those cases, the existing search string can't be removed, making searching for something else impossible. The fix is to quit Enpass and restart it. Am I missing something?

Is Dark Theme not available in 6.5.0.701? I assumed it wasn't until I saw that production 6.5.0 on the Mac App Store is shown with a dark UI. Is it only available on macOS 10.14+?

I am trying to set up Sync with iCloud, but the process gets stuck. This is what I am doing: The iCloud website does not show me a button to allow EnPass to use iCloud for syncronization, and the EnPass app stays stuck. I'm I doing something wrong? Thanks

I bought the One-Time-Plan from Enpass and now I wanted to import the vault from 1Password into Enpass. Unfortunately I always get the message "Nothing to import", no matter what I try. Hi folks, The new Preferences window in b6.5.0 feel much more Mac-native, but some of the tabs require scrolling to see all their content, and that fact is not immediately clear. There are no scrollbars to indicate additional content "below the fold" (unless you just happen to start scrolling, then they appear), and scrolling in stand-alone Preference windows is not normal behavior for Mac apps. since the last update from 6.0.0 to 6.0.3 I experience very slow response to searching in the main app. I have 1819 elements in my database and when I search in the searchbox, it takes approx 5-10s for the results to appear. Also, using the browser plugin for firefox seems to have similar issues where it pops up the window but then (in case it doesnt auto present the correct entry) searching also seems to beachball for the same amount of time. While 6.0.0 had other problems, this wasnt among them. IMHO this was introduced with 6.0.3.

I have a desktop MAC, Safari latest OP system, from Apple App. store I (first time user) installed , opened Enpass Password Manager, v6.5.0 but it did NOT showed up as Enpass FREE PREMIUM Desktop for MAC that I should be getting on my Desktop MAC. ( it only opened to a lesser Empass v6.5.7(700), that is NOT FREE PREMIUM for DESKTOP for MAC, as I should be getting! Hello, I have a BIG problem : I'm using Enpass for years. Some of my credentials require 2FA so I use Enpass to generate those codes. I had no problem at all for the past months but recently, none of my 2FA are working any longer. As a consequence, I locked out of many websites, I cannot login. I have no idea what is going on. EDIT 1: I'm talking about the Mac Enpass application. I have checked my Mac settings: date and time are synched on a time server. EDIT 2: 2FA codes generated by the Enpass Android app ARE WORKING ..... It seems to be some kind of issue on the Mac client. Thanks

Hi Guys, it is really annoying. Every time when i log in e.g to my router or raspberry the assistant starts and asks for authentication. What for? Even when i mark the ip address to be ignored for automatic saving or disabling the automatic saving for new entries, this dialogue comes up. Am i missing something? How can i disable this? thx

I am no longer able to delete item section headings or I can't find the way to delete them any longer.

If I close the lid of my Macbook, the Macbook becomes very hot after some time and if I open it I see that was not going into sleep mode. If I click on the battery icon it is written that Enpass has a very high energy consumption. This is only the case if the Mac has no connection to the internet. As soon as I am able to connect to the Internet, everything is fine. It seems that Enpass tries to sync with iCloud drive and because there is no Internet connection, it is trying and trying. I am using the latest public beta of macOS 11. Maybe a bug on Enpass side, maybe not. But hopefully you can have a look into this issue.

Logged into Enpass today to get a password and, while scrolling down the entries, came across an icon that caught my eye. It was bright red and I didn't recognize it. When I selected it, it turned out to be an entry for Taobao. It had the website URL and that is all. Below the entry was the info that is was created yesterday and the last time it was modified was yesterday. I did not create this entry. Any ideas how this could happen? All other items in Enpass are either ones I've created or a couple that were Enpass samples and I haven't deleted, for one reason or another. Hi folks, Just downloaded 6.5.0 (699). I think some folks will be happy with the more Mac-ishness of it. Found a bug right off the bat though: When in the new (more Mac-ish) preferences window, using CMD+W doesn't close just the preferences, but the Main Window as well. CMD+W should always close only the foreground window. STEPS: 1) Open Preferences 2) CMD+W to close preferences RESULT: Both Preferences and the Main window close; Enpass disappears from Dock (if you have it set to do so) EXPECTED RESULT: Preferences window closes @:) Rob

after moving from my macbook pro (Mojave) to MacMini (Catalina 10.15.6) enpass can no longer be started with the global hotkey, not even with a right click on the mouse. But in the browser (Safari) it works. I have deleted enpass and reinstalled it, it does not work. Enpass is installed in the menu bar, but cannot be started with the hotkey. Can anyone help me? Hopefully the last bug for today. Screenshot it self-explanatory. Quit/Relaunch fixes this issue. Have not yet been able to reliably reproduce, but will pay attention to circumstances and report back with any details. One thing of note: I was getting a lot of beachball in Enpass when this was happening, but the app did not bomb.

Hi, Today I started using the Enpass extension for safari, on a Mac. How can I configure the keyboard shortcut that enters the credentials? Enpass documentation says this: But there is no option there

On my mac ( pro with mojave) when it comes out of sleep , the keyboard is not responsive, I have to wait to type my password. It only happen when enpass is active or safari with enpass is active, if I shut enpass and shut safari before sleep , everything is OK. So for now I have remove enpass safari extension and always close enpass on my mac after usage, it is not very convenient. regards

Hello, I noticed that Enpass constantly use up to 3% of cpu when it simply stays in background. I made some tests and I discovered that cpu usage drop to 0 when I manualy sync the vault but after a while it goes up again and If I unlock the main app I can see the vault icon spinning again, meaning, I guess, it was trying to sync. I've been using webdav since some months and I've never noticed the issue before, when I was syncing with icloud, so maybe it's related to enpass struggling to sync with webdav when locked in background. It's not a big issue but maybe there is a bug there you can fix. Regards.

When you press Command + Q on macOS when the Enpass Assistant or its full window is open, it not only closes the window itself, but it kills the whole app. This removes its icon from the title bar, so you can no longer activate the assistant with a keyboard shortcut. You have to open it manually again. IMHO, the icon in the title bar should be independent from the application windows; these should be different processes, or at least Command + Q should only close the window, instead of killing the whole process. Will be grateful if you consider a change here. Thank you!
