With the Plesk web server interface login page already open, Enpass always opens new Safari tab for Plesk web server interface login and enters the login data in the new tab, apparently ignoring the already open tab. I've tried three other browsers and all of them log into the Plesk web server interface without opening an extra tab: Chrome 79.0.3945.130 in macOS 10.15.3 (19D76) on computer1.     Eighty percent of the time, when I try to sync, either manually, or through the auto sync, to my iOS devices through Dropbox, I get a failure message that says an error occurred. The error code is: 208056 Anyone know what this is? Thank you in advance for your help.

    It happens from time to time that I can't click anything in Enpass. Ending the App with cmd + q is unsuccessful. Enpass usually only works again after a restart. I installed Mojave someone an idea? Thank you

    I ran the Password Audit and found many passwords that need changing. I have changed 50 passwords so far but I see that some are still in the "weak" tag even though when I highlight the item, it's passwords says "excellent". Can I re-check the whole database?   6. I accidentally installed two versions of Enpass, one from the Enpass website (v 6.3.3), the other from the Apple App Store (v 6.3.2). I have 264 items in version 6.3.2 and 195 in version 6.3.3. I would like to merge (sync?) the two versions into a single one. Any suggestions/recommendations on how to perform this task?

    Win7: 6.3.3 (597) Mac Catalina 10.15.3: 6.3.3 (584) MAC: Missing vaults is the main problem. WINDOWS: iCloud Unknown User is the second problem MAC: Trying to log into Enpass on Mac, REFUSES to accept my Master P/W. Shift over to my Win7 PC and I log in no problem with the SAME...Master P/W. Arrggg. Evacuate Enpass from Mac, deleted chrome extension. Go get Enpass in App store...again. Install. Jump through hoops to install. Master Password now works, go figure.   10. I have a Macbook Air with TouchID that I use to unlock enpass (great function!). However, whenever I connect my external monitors and close the Macbook (Clamshell mode), TouchID is disabled and I need to fill in my master password and I cannot use a pin. If I set a pin, TouchID is disabled again, so very inconvenient. Can you adjust the settings to be able to use pin and TouchID?

  11. I have one instance of Enpass that will not sync with dropbox. This machine is in the same office as another machine that has NO problems syncing with dropbox. Both use the same router and hub. Both are wired. Both are the same version of WIN10, although one is new and one is a conversion. I have upgraded to the latest "fixed" version today. (downloaded over the internet after being prompted by Enpass) I have disconnected dropbox from this version of enpass; then reauthorized it (used the internet to reauthorize it) I have rebooted the machine.   12. Hello guys, I have the following challenge: On my mobile phone with iOS 10.3.4 I use Enpass V.6.3.2. On one laptop with Windows 10 I'm also using Enpass V.6. For synchronizing I use Google Drive. Synchronizing and all other functionality work very well. But for some works I have to use a MacBook Pro with OS X El Capitan (10.11.6). Since this MacBook is from mid 2009 it is not possible to upgrade OS X to a higher Version. Therefore on the MacBook I'm using Enpass V.5.6.11. I am an Enpass Pro member and I am currently using Enpass(version 6.3.2 (582)) on my Macbook (version macOS Catalina version 10.15.1) The 'Quick Unlock' with Touch ID option is being auto-unchecked after I manually enable it. This happens almost immediately after I enable it. Please check the screenshot below. Is anybody else experiencing the same problem. Trying to see if there is a fix to this problem.     Exporting to CSV on macOS does not work. Export to TXT and JSON both work. The only reason I am trying to Export to CSV is to get the Enpass FORMAT for the CSV. I want to import my Data from mSecure, and have LOTS of custom fields/types. I have over 2500 records in mSecure. I do not want to have to go through each record to move data from "Field 1" to "the correct field" for every record. I tested importing Credit Cards from mSecure, and none of the data went to the correct fields. This is the same issue as reported here:

    Guys, I have a weird bug when switching screens. I do this a lot because I work at a company with sometimes a meeting. When I hook or unhook, the resolution is incorrect and Enpass does not work properly anymore https://www.dropbox.com/s/qb8hx8oa71ycvpv/Schermafbeelding 2019-05-20 om 16.54.03.png?dl=0 Currently, I solve it with simply rebooting Enpass, which works but its quite annoying to do it every day 6 times.

    Over the last several weeks I have had an issue with Enpass. Namely, on the upper left corner of the app, the circular motion kept circling like it cannot complete sync with my other devices. Does anyone have a similar issue? Can anyone help me solving this problem? Regards

  19. I am currently having the strange problem that the app window does not refresh itself when interacting with it. I have to put it out of focus and back in focus to repaint. Example workflow: Typing something in the search field (or any other action like scrolling, unlocking, editing or whatever). (Action is not reflected on screen, like if it was hanging) cmd+tab to a window that would be completely in front of the Enpass window (covering it as a whole). cmd+tab back to Enpass -> et voila, I see the result of 1.     Hello, i have a problem with the new Update 6.0.4 (304) on Mac. I use the new (Enpass 5 old) option that i can disable the menu bar icon, but if i want to close the main window of Enpass it would closed it completly. In the old enpass 5 you could close the Main window with the x but the enpass process was always running into the background... Regards from Germany.

  22. Hi, Chrome auto-updated my Enpass extension to a version that is not compatible with my Enpass installation. This resulted in the extension no longer working in Chrome. I went to the Enpass site and downloaded an earlier version of the extension (5.5.3) and followed the instructions for turning on developer mode in Chrome, but it still doesn't work. I get the errors as shown in the attached screenshot. There are multiple instances of these errors or similar. Is there an earlier version I can use or can someone advise how to get around this problem? Chrome is my main browser, so not having Enpass support is a real pain. Thanks, Bowjest

    Hi. Strange problem for me here. I have enpass for IOS filled with all my stuff. (it's by far my favorite password manager) The same account on an old MacBook Pro and everything was synced perfectly. As that old MBP died, I received a new one today and configured everything. When I Install enpass on my new computer, it can download from iCloud all datas but cannot upload any new stuff... The cloud icon up left of the window keeps turning and saying "synchronising" but nothing happens... I need to say that I'm an old user who bought the soft before it came to subscription mode and that I've been upgraded to a forever Enpass pro user. …

    Hi! Just installed an update 6.3.1 (576) and now login via fingerprint is no longer working. In the settings I see my account with the info Enpass pro - full access - lifetime. In the last setting menu option Extended I restored also my purchases (Einkäufe wiederherstellen). But in menu item security (Sicherheit) I only have the option for a PIN and no fingerprint. Already removed the application and reinstalled it via AppStore.

Due to a webserver peculiarities, I suppose, a website gives error "Error 500" (HTTP Web Server: Invalid URL Exception) when Enpass tries to auto fill login details: https://www.crawfordeclaims.com/Websites/Website00_3/BroadspireCS_Webclaims.nsf/default.html The issue is that I cannot turn off "Autosubmit Login". Enpass always submits login details irrespective whether this option in enabled or not. Please fix. Thank you.
