Hi, Many times when I'm using enpass, and i try to look for a password from extension, it displays the same square as always but the content is zoomed and I can't press the correct option because it doesn't match the show zone with the clicable zone. Anyone found same problem? Thank's in advantage!

    When I try to install the Enpass extension directly from the Enpass website (or from the downloaded extension) I get the message that it is a corrupted file and cannot be installed. I am using the latest Mac version of Firefox 50.1.0. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Thanks.

  5. Hi, hope somebody can help: on Mac I run Enpass 6.1.0 with Chrome Version 75.0. Three days ago I upgraded to the Premium version. Since the upgrade the Chrome extension displayed a red (!) window, not usable. Unfortunately I didn't make a screenshot. So I uninstalled the Chrome extension and wanted to reinstall it - but when I go to the download page for the Extension (Download page for extension) I get a 404. When I search for "enpass" in the chrome web store no results are found. Thanks for any help Boris

  6. Press cmd+t to get a new tab, then press cmd+/ for Enpass helper. Nothing happens. When on (almost) any other page, the same shortcut works fine.

  7. If I have Enpass in the Mac Menubar (Settings->General), then it works mostly nice. But If I don't want to have it in the Menubar (I don't need it sitting there, I need the space), then whenever I press the shortcut to fill in webpage date, following happens: 1. new browser tab opens 2. waiting for 5 seconds 3. need to enter master password 4. Enpass minimizes and has an extra window open which I don't want

    Hello, I'm french, so I apologise for my english ! We have 2 mac mini + 2 Iphone 6 : my wife and me. The macs are on Mojave last version 10.14.5 and the Iphone on the last iOs. On my 2 mac+iphone I work with "1password" but I don't want to pay one more time 40US$ this year. My wife does not use any system for these (very poor) passwords. Also I decover Enpass for a few days on my mac and also on my Iphone, but I can only duplicate 20 passwords on my phone. (I have >150 passwords) What must I do to have Enpass on the 4 machines (with 2 différents vaults my wife and me) and what about the price ? best regards

  10. I have a Macbook Pro OS: 10.14.5 and when I attempt to log in, I get incorrect Master Password. The only thing is, I am able to successfully log into it on all of my other devices without problems using the same password. I have attempted numerous times to remove the application from my device and re-installing but it immediately asks me for Master Password to log in and of course, it fails. I even purchased the Pro edition in the hope it would resolve, but no, it did not. What can I do to resolve this problem please? My Vault is kept on Onedrive and I have tried renaming the folder so I have a fresh profile. I have even deleted the file and I am still asked to …

    Hi. I'm new to Enpass, purchased it yesterday. Being a SplashID customer, Enpass looks great so far with many of the shortcomings of my older password manager solved. I did find some bugs both in iOS and Desktop that I like to share. I'm using the latest versions of the software and system.     Hello, I am a bit OCD about my data, and I find that I have inadvertently kept inconsistent formats for field names and such. In some cases, I have changed the "Website" field to "Login Page", and in some cases I have section names in all-capitals and some in title case, etc. I would like a way to quickly correct these discrepencies. One way I was thinking about was to export the data from Enpass in JSON, then edit the JSON so that the field names that are lower-case can be replaced with their upper-case variant, and small tweaks like that.   13. So I installed the latest update on MacOS High Sierra, but it won't take my master password. I don't believe I changed it, and when I put in the master password on Windows it works. I deleted the program from my mac, reinstalled from Mac app store, but still wants my master password. Cleared the preferences from the library, and that didn't help. If I recover to a previous backup of my Enpass file, will the master password work again? How can I fix this? Thank you.

    Hi Gang, I synchronize my Enpass Vault between my MacBook Air and iPhone via iCloud. Since the most recent upgrade, I've been getting fairly frequent requests to reauthenticate via iCloud. (None of this is covered in any detail in the manual, of course.) Although the frequency of this is annoying (and might even have more to do with Apple security requirements than with EnPass's), it certainly isn't multiple times/day as some others have apparently experienced.   18. Hi, After the recent release - I'm unable to copy from enpass when opened in 'Windowed Mode' [ alt+command+e ]. This is happening only if you are copying something from NOTES FILE using command+c. In order to copy anything, I have to go ahead and open the complete enpass application and click on the edit to open the NOTES.

  20. Hi everybody, I recently vanilla installed Enpass on my MacBook Pro running OSX Mojave 10.14.3. While the desktop application runs fine and syncs via iCloud without any problems, launching the browser extension doesn't work in any browser I've tried: Safari, Firefox & Chrome (all in the most recent versions and freshly installed). I double-checked for any weird proxy or network settings but all looks fine.     Hi there, I have a problem with my MacBook Pro GPU, that causes some Kernel Panics. I'm using a small tool for avoiding this problem : it tells the computer to keep using iGPU and to not use GPU. (gfxCardStatus) Unfortunately, when Enpass is launched I can't force using iGPU because of Enpass. Maybe Enpass uses GPU as soon as it is present, and do not let other apps tell him what to do. Do you think that could be the case one day ? What I mean is, do you think it makes sense that Enpass can run on iGPU even when a GPU is present ? Thank you very much. André

  23. i'm using EP 6.0.6 on two macs with el cap (10.11.6). on the mac pro everything works fine. on the notebook (macbook pro) EP launches on login/startup, but needs either 5-15 min to launch or stays freezed and can only force-quitted. sometimes a restart of the machine helps. a completely new install didn't help. trying to launch EP via browser extension (firefox, safari) leads to the "seek for EP" page (error-static.html) while EP still shows up in the dock and is (strangely) followed by a 2nd EP icon occuring in the dock launching into to a obviously freezed 2nd instance fo EP. synced with an own nextcloud installation via webdav, which works flawl…

    Here with Enpass on macOS on a 2018 Macbook Air... which has TouchID. Enpass is inconsistent as to whether Touch ID is offered in the user interface. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't, and there doesn't appear to be a clear pattern to it. For instance it wasn't working earlier in this work-session (after the latest upgrade this morning, I am on latest version), but when I went to log into this site, suddenly it is working. Of course, sometimes the laptop is used in clamshell-mode with a thunderbolt dock and monitor, so it's not possible to use TouchID at those times.
