Hello, I'm french, so I apologise for my english ! We have 2 mac mini + 2 Iphone 6 : my wife and me. The macs are on Mojave last version 10.14.5 and the Iphone on the last iOs. On my 2 mac+iphone I work with "1password" but I don't want to pay one more time 40US$ this year. My wife does not use any system for these (very poor) passwords. Also I decover Enpass for a few days on my mac and also on my Iphone, but I can only duplicate 20 passwords on my phone. (I have >150 passwords) What must I do to have Enpass on the 4 machines (with 2 différents vaults my wife and me) and what about the price ? best regards

I have a Macbook Pro OS: 10.14.5 and when I attempt to log in, I get incorrect Master Password. The only thing is, I am able to successfully log into it on all of my other devices without problems using the same password. I have attempted numerous times to remove the application from my device and re-installing but it immediately asks me for Master Password to log in and of course, it fails. I even purchased the Pro edition in the hope it would resolve, but no, it did not. What can I do to resolve this problem please? Hi. I'm new to Enpass, purchased it yesterday. Being a SplashID customer, Enpass looks great so far with many of the shortcomings of my older password manager solved. Hello, I am a bit OCD about my data, and I find that I have inadvertently kept inconsistent formats for field names and such. In some cases, I have changed the "Website" field to "Login Page", and in some cases I have section names in all-capitals and some in title case, etc. I would like a way to quickly correct these discrepencies. One way I was thinking about was to export the data from Enpass in JSON, then edit the JSON so that the field names that are lower-case can be replaced with their upper-case variant, and small tweaks like that. So I installed the latest update on MacOS High Sierra, but it won't take my master password. I don't believe I changed it, and when I put in the master password on Windows it works. I deleted the program from my mac, reinstalled from Mac app store, but still wants my master password. Cleared the preferences from the library, and that didn't help. If I recover to a previous backup of my Enpass file, will the master password work again? How can I fix this? Thank you.

I purchased the Pro Version back in Dec of 2018 and for some reason when I click restore purchase from my macbook it says I have not purchased the pro version yet. How can I get this resolved?

When I use either Mac desktop, synced by Dropbox, I get an alert that says there is a database conflict. I then need to manually merge the files and all syncs correctly - until the next time I add or edit a record. Help? I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Dropbox file with no change...

Hi Gang, I synchronize my Enpass Vault between my MacBook Air and iPhone via iCloud. Since the most recent upgrade, I've been getting fairly frequent requests to reauthenticate via iCloud. (None of this is covered in any detail in the manual, of course.) Although the frequency of this is annoying (and might even have more to do with Apple security requirements than with EnPass's), it certainly isn't multiple times/day as some others have apparently experienced. Hi, After the recent release - I'm unable to copy from enpass when opened in 'Windowed Mode' [ alt+command+e ]. This is happening only if you are copying something from NOTES FILE using command+c. In order to copy anything, I have to go ahead and open the complete enpass application and click on the edit to open the NOTES.

Hi, since the latest version of Firefox (66.something) the browser-plugin no longer works and also a new one cannot be downloaded as Firefox declines to install it. Cause is the lack of a digital signature of the plugin. When is this going to be fixed?? BR Oliver

Hi everybody, I recently vanilla installed Enpass on my MacBook Pro running OSX Mojave 10.14.3. While the desktop application runs fine and syncs via iCloud without any problems, launching the browser extension doesn't work in any browser I've tried: Safari, Firefox & Chrome (all in the most recent versions and freshly installed). I double-checked for any weird proxy or network settings but all looks fine. Hi there, I have a problem with my MacBook Pro GPU, that causes some Kernel Panics. I'm using a small tool for avoiding this problem : it tells the computer to keep using iGPU and to not use GPU. (gfxCardStatus) Unfortunately, when Enpass is launched I can't force using iGPU because of Enpass. Maybe Enpass uses GPU as soon as it is present, and do not let other apps tell him what to do. Do you think that could be the case one day ? What I mean is, do you think it makes sense that Enpass can run on iGPU even when a GPU is present ? Thank you very much. André

i'm using EP 6.0.6 on two macs with el cap (10.11.6). on the mac pro everything works fine. on the notebook (macbook pro) EP launches on login/startup, but needs either 5-15 min to launch or stays freezed and can only force-quitted. sometimes a restart of the machine helps. a completely new install didn't help. trying to launch EP via browser extension (firefox, safari) leads to the "seek for EP" page (error-static.html) while EP still shows up in the dock and is (strangely) followed by a 2nd EP icon occuring in the dock launching into to a obviously freezed 2nd instance fo EP. synced with an own nextcloud installation via webdav, which works flawl…

Here with Enpass on macOS on a 2018 Macbook Air... which has TouchID. Enpass is inconsistent as to whether Touch ID is offered in the user interface. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't, and there doesn't appear to be a clear pattern to it. For instance it wasn't working earlier in this work-session (after the latest upgrade this morning, I am on latest version), but when I went to log into this site, suddenly it is working. Of course, sometimes the laptop is used in clamshell-mode with a thunderbolt dock and monitor, so it's not possible to use TouchID at those times. Hi all, changing to Empass I would like to import the icons I use in previous app, I try but they comes very small, what should be the correct dimensions for them to have them equals to the originals? Is .jpg ok or I would have to use .png or what? Regards faspao

Hi Guys, when I ad a new login on my desktop version (6.0.5 (360)) it doesn't sync with my other devices. I have tried to manually sync. I even deleted and reinstalled the IOS App. No success so far. Any suggestions? Looking forward to your feedback.

Hi, I've my ~/Documents folder backed up by QRecall (v2.x) every time there is any change to the file system. When inspecting my backup data today I found frequent backups (every 10 min. or so) even when I'm not around my computer (when sleeping e.g.). Turns out Enpass is writing to my two vaults every 10 min. even when no change has been made and other synced devices (my notebook and android phones, e.g.) are either shut down or sleeping. My guess is Enpass is constantly checking the cloud sync store (Google Drive in my case) and writing sync status (or something in that nature) to the vaults. This is causing excessive vault writing and backups, however, which …

I'm french, and using the keyboard layout called `US International with dead keys`. Since i'm french I'm using accent like `é` and `è`. In order to make a `é` I first need to type `'` then 'e'. It works well in Enpass on regular fields. However, it doesn't work on hidden fields. When I try to type `é` it will input a `e`. hi, i'm on macos 10.13.3 and i use enpass 6.0.2 version. i have this problem: if i try to buy premium version clicking on "buy button" nothing happen, application remains in searching step (apple store is correctly configured to make payment) and after a long time i get an error. (most important) after last update each time i insert the password enpass not reopen on last open element, enpass closew all open gropups (of label) each time i save some element. it is a boring things. does some one has same problems?

Problem described in title. Using macOS Mojave, latest update. Enpass 6, latest update. Created a secondary vault and wanted to sync it to my Box account (free tier). Tried 3 times, same problem every time. I can see Enpass session in my Box profile -- successfully granted access to it. Any ideas?
