In Enpass 6, it is impossible to copy data from individual records to the clipboard. In the previous version this was possible without problems and very practical. If this is not a bug, it should be fixed as soon as possible. So Enpass is extremely unusable.

On 28.12.2018 I updated on iMac 10.14.2 from Enpass 5.6.11 to Enpass 6.0.0. Then I stated that the there is no more synchronisation to iCloud Drive. Disabling and enabling the iCloud Drive brought only two new files in the Enpass folder of iCloud Drive. Recording an example login in Enpass and a new synchronisation does not change the time stamp of one of the above files. That means none of these files are including the example login. Therefore, I still wait to upgrade Enpass on my iPad in order not to lose all my passwords. The Enpass people should finalize their job and carry out a thorough testing first!! Thank you.

The TouchID feature is great. However, it could be better integrated. Currently, everytime I launch Enpass, I have to click the TouchID icon and then put my finger on the sensor before unlocking the vault. We could reduce this to 1 single step by prompting the TouchID dialog directly. Moreover, this dialog already has a button to manually enter the password. So TouchID first, then password eventually. Would save me a lot of time. What do you think?

Note the non English text, something is wrong with version 6 and I'm not sure if I trust it. Where do I download version 5?

Hi, I upgraded to Enpass6 initially with the Download-version and after installing my database was migrated from release 5 to release 6. When I realized, that I do not get full feature set without buying the AppStore-version of Enpass I decided to do so. After changing to the AppStore version Enpass still asks for my masterpassword, when starting the app and also shows the categories I have created in my wallet. But no passwords or any other content is shown anymore. I cannot access my data with the AppStore version. I changed back to the download-version, which seems to work fine. Please fix ASAP! Is there a way to disable auto-submit in the browser extension? I just want Enpass to fill in the fields, not do the submit. I know that's how I had it set in the older versions. Auto-submitting makes password change forms really awkward.

I updated to Enpass 6.0.0. In the desktop app, in Settings->Browser, it says "You can manage the shortcut from the settings of the Enpass extension in your browser." However, when I view the settings in the Safari browser extension, I can't find any setting for keyboard shortcut.

Hi, I've been an enpass user for about a year and a half. Love it. Still my favorite password manager. I just upgraded to ver 6.0 and everything seems normal for me except the feature where Enpass detects when you change an existing password on a host site (e.g. comcast). What's happening is that Enpass is correctly detecting that I have updated the password on the host site and pops up a box that asks if I want to update existing password or create a new one and also lists the name of the item. Version: 6.0.0 (281) Platform: OS X Replication steps: Enter a search term such that multiple items appear. You can cycle through them using the up/down arrow keys. Enter a search term such that only one item appears. You cannot access this item using the arrow keys, tab, or any other combination of keyboard shortcuts I could find. Expected behavior: items should be selectable using a keyboard shortcut so one doesn't need to use the mouse. Thanks!

In Enpass 6 for macOS, when having 'Search in All Items' enabled; searches only return results where the search term is available in the title; not in any other fields.

I just installed version 6 from the Mac App Store. When I open the app I am prompted to enter a master password. How can I reset Enpass so that it doesn't think there is a previous database? Any password I enter isn't accepted so I just want to restore from a backup.

Hey, today my Enpass was updated to 6.0. I also updated the Chrome Extension and I also checked the option to autofill, if just one password entry matches. However, that does not work. Enpass is always showing the popup with focus in the search field. Is it still buggy? @edit: Same for Firefox Extension Looks like the only thing that happens is, that the assistent pops up. the url of the browser seems not to be honoured by the assisent.

Hi, I use Version 5.6.11 (155) under Mac OS 10.11.6 When I open the App Store I see V. 6.0.0. but there is no possibility to update. Only "open" the Desktop App I think App Store recognise my old Version as new? By the way: Chrome-Extension was automatically updated und cannot interact with my old Desktop Version.

I have a Box account where I store the Enpass files for the Mac OS version. I tried to login with v6 of Enpass this morning and I am unable to. The issue seems to be that Box is sending me a text message with a 2nd factor authentication and there is no method to enter that token into the webdav login pane. Luckily, I have Enpass on my iPhone and can still access my passwords or this would be a very big problem (at least for now). I did try moving the Enpass folder from Box to iCloud, but no luck, Enpass says it can't find any data in my iCloud account, which interestingly redirects to a webpage to login for Enpass. So, not sure where it is looking there.

Hi, as my webdav sync is not working since I updated to owncloud x, I want to update my existing version (5.6.11) via AppStore. However AppStore tells me that there are no updates available and all my Apps are up to date. If I try to download the 6.0.0 version from your website both my browsers (Safari and Google) tell me that the site is unsafe and that the ssl certificate could not be validated. Any ideas or proposals how to proceed. Could you kindly doublecheck. Many thanks Klaus

Hi all, I just updated to version 6.0.0 (286) and it says I have to reconfigure the settings (which is not the problem) but when trying to sync with my own cloud I get the error "Could not connect". I tried different credentials. iOS Apps work and from my NAS I can mount the own cloud, so there is no general problem with my webdav. Best Regards, Marco

Since my update to Enpass 6 my iCloud Sync stoped working. Now it suddenly started working again. Has someone seen that as well?

Hi, I am using Mac+iPhone and dowloaded the app from App store. I want to use iCloud for syncing. It works fine on iPhone. On Mac however, when I set Enpass to sync over iCloud I get the message that I have not setup iCloud on my system and that I have turned on access to Documents and Data. I turned iCloud on and off, unchecked and check Enpass again.. no luck. In iCloud there is also Desktop & Document folders option, but that is too large nor I want to put it in the cloud. What am I missing? Thanks

I'm new to Enpass and am just trying it out. I would like to switch from 1Password. 2 Items: 1) I installed Enpass on my Mac (latest Mojave) and Windows 10 (latest update). I'm syncing via Dropbox. When putting a new password in the Mac it will sync to the windows but not vise versa. 2) also when I create a new password (like making the account for this forum), 1Password asked me to store the password but Enpass does not.

I always launch Enpass from the Launchpad (pinch in with 4 digits on trackpad). It seems that the first time I launch the app, the text entry field for the password is not selected, so I have to click on the window first. Subsequent launches (after quit) seem to work just as they should. I haven't yet figured out exactly under what circumstances the text entry field fails to be active (perhaps it is the first launch after sleeping??), but if someone can figure this out and fix it, it would be great.

Hi, the extension doesn't work; it works only if enpass app is running. Safari report the message "enpass connection error" and i just tried to enable/disable "verify browser" thanks

Is there a way to keep the Enpass menubar icon interface locked open and on top while entering info in another app? When I click on it and search for a password it disappears every time I click into another app to enter info. When I click on the Enpass Menubar Icon again I have to search each time for the info before I am able to copy the next piece I need. Thank you for any help.

A minor annoyance with Enpass v5.5.6 on macOS 10.12.5: Quit Enpass if it is running. Start Enpass through Spotlight, or from Finder The Enpass window shows, but the application is not in focus, which means that I can't type my password. I have to click into the Enpass window to activate the application so I can type my password. The expected behavior would be that when I start Enpass, that the application was active and I could immediately type my master password. Having to use the mouse to activate the application is annoying, since I have to move my hands off the keyboard (when starting Enpass through Spotlight, which I use all the time). …
