Avast Security 13.11 with virus definition 19020502 reports an infection blocked when launching Enpass 6.0.4 (331). It reports that Avast Filesystem shield has blocked a threat and moved it to the Chest. The infection is reported as MacOS:Agent-FW [Trj]. It thinks the process is /Applications/Safari.app/Contents/MacOS/Safari and the file infected is /Applications/Enpass.app/Contents/MacOS/importer_enpass. The same was reported for the previous version of Enpass. This has only occurred since updating to the latest version of Enpass with the new user experience.

After installing todays update to 6.0.4 (304) the safari extension have stopped working. The enpass button is still in the toolbar but clicking of it have no effect. Re-enabling the extension does not help, even. Enpass 6.0.4 (304) Safari 12.0.3 (14606.4.5) MacOS 10.14.3

I'm in the process of editing several Items with a uniform change. As such, I'm doing a lot of open Item > make change > Save. After I've done this a handful of times, I run into a bug, which is that upon hitting Save (or using CMD+S), the column showing all my items spontaneously jumps to the either near the very top (I'm sorted alphabetically so it jumps way up into the A section), or near the very bottom (a few Items from the last Z). Hi, Enpass 6.0.3 (300) on MacOS Mojave Version 10.14.2 is telling me that I haven't purchased the Pro Version yet when I try to activate the premium functions on my iMac. But I did purchase the Pro Version via inApp Purchase on my iPhone in December 2017 already. On my iPhone I am using the Pro Version without any problems via the same apple account of course. Another corner-case bug: When pasting content from an Enpass Item into other apps, some strange invisible characters can come along for the ride. I'm not talking about extra lines (that's annoying, but hardly unique to Enpass). I'm talking about the square ahead of the date in the screenshots below, which shows up at the front of anything you paste from Enpass into a cell in Microsoft Excel: Copied from Enpass: Pasted into Excel (after double-clicking the cell to paste inside it):

Randomly I get a sync error with the following code: 904035. After manual sync via "cmd+J" it's gone and working without any issues for some time. What does this error mean? Do you have any idea how to fix it?

Found another corner-case bug: If you create a Multiline field and flag it Sensitive, when editing an item with this field, the content of this field is not obscured. To be more clear... When viewing an item containing a sensitive multiline field, you do see the •••••• instead of the content. But when editing such an item, the sensitive multiline field is fully visible (and there's no eyeball button to show/hide the content), even though other sensitive fields work correctly.

a few days ago i noticed that my macbook wasn't going to sleep automatically on battery power. i ran pmset -g assertions and found the following line in the output: pid 94794(Enpass): [0x0001d87f000198fe] 01:27:02 PreventUserIdleSystemSleep named: "Enpass Assistant." i quit the enpass app, and relaunched it, and the PreventUserIdleSystemSleep assertion went away. however, a few hours later, the assertion returned. why is enpass preventing my mac from going to sleep on idle?

I don't know why I couldn't update this app, but I can still install or update other apps.

Why could I watch and share my pdf attachments on iOS and not on the Mac? Is this a missing feature or a bug?

Hello I'm running Enpass 6.0.2 (292) on my iMac (OS X El Capitan - v 10.11.6) and trying to use Webdav to sync my vault in my Synology NAS. Whenever I try to sync, I'm having the error message : Sync Error Something went wrong while syncing with Webdav. Error code : 908401. Any idea on how to solve the problem? Thanks

Found a weird bug: If you have an Item from which a field has been deleted during an edit, if you then duplicate that Item, the duplicate will include the field that had been removed. Steps to recreate: Add Item > Login > Default Name the item "TEST," but leave everything else blank (it won't matter) SAVE Now open the new item named "TEST" and click EDIT Click on the name of the TOTP field, and in the field editor, click [DELETE] to remove the field SAVE Select "TEST" and CMD+D to duplicate it — this will create an item called "TEST (copy)" RESULT: Even though "TEST (copy)" is supposedly a duplicate of "TEST" it i…

On my Mac, with Enpass 6.0.3, the global shortcut does not work. I have set CMD+OPT+# as hotkey, the key combination does not show any function. The main window is usually closed, the automatic locking is disabled when the window is closed.

Enpass is up to date with appstore and Safari plug-in applied. MacOS is also the latest version. In this situation, if try to login to the Dropbox from the safari during execution, the operating system will expand and restart. I first looked at other issues, but they were still the same symptoms, and me login from safari to the Dropbox, and it went on as normal. Please check the situation.

Dear support, I wanted to upgrade to version 6.0 desktop and during installation process/ first window ENPASS asked me the master password which I just used on the old version 5.X and always worked. With the result: WRONG Password! I am 100% sure about my master password. Please help. Ozswisssurf

This may be the case on the Windows version too. Don't have time to check it right now.

Hello, I am having a small issue with an entry in my Enpass wallet. I recently changed weak password for several accounts. Usually this was working fine, but one entry is still listed in the very bad section although the password is marked excellent in the detail view of the item (see screenshot). I tried modifying the password again, but it remains in this section. After sync it is also displayed in the wrong section in Enpass Android app. BR

Hi, since I am using the new version 6 I have huge trouble to use Enpass on my Mac (macOS Mojave Version 10.1.4.1 Beta). Sometimes I can not even start, I just see a gray box and nothing happens. Sometimes I am a bit more lucky and can start it but then after a few moments doing nothing specific the app just don't react anymore and I have to force close it. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but that didn't help. I am a bit frustrated now as I have no idea what else I can do to get access to my passwords again. Please help me!! Greetings, Oxymed

Hi, I've noticed that the Last Modified date of an entry does not sync to other devices via WebDAV. Using 6.0.1 on iOS and 6.0.2 on macOS. Steps to reproduce: create new entry with Enpass on iOS sync to WebDAV sync from WebDAV to macOS new entry is available change password on iOS sync to WebDAV sync from WebDAV on macOS changed password is synced but the "Last Modified" date does not correspond to the date on iOS Also seen from one macOS device to another macOS device syncing via WebDAV. I was massively disappointed today to find out that TouchID on my Mac is now a paid-for option with Enpass 6. I've been using it for months with enpass 5. Why are you removing functionality? I'll just roll back to 5 if that's the situation. I don't have a problem with premium features per se, but removing previously free features only to force people to pay for them is *not* a way to keep your user base happy!

I create a custom icon, but don't like it. How can I delete it?

It used to synch and now it isnt and I don't know what to do about it. As I certainly don't want to remember what new things I updated and then do it all again laboriously on one of either applications. I use a Mac OS High Sierra, Version 10.13.6 desktop computer, also an Android (Blackberry) phone (no slagging off on my choice of phone by the way...I am very happy ) The Mac isn't synching to the phone. Just did a test check and the phone isn't synching to computer enpass either. Please advise thank you!!
