I have 2 iPads, 1 Android and 1 Windows computer and ALL 4 are giving me Sync Error. Something went wrong while syncing with Cloud. Error Code: 204035 How do I fix it?

Hi! As of this morning, I couldn’t get any password from Enpass in Safari. All software is on the latest version, but this message is everything I get, when trying to login into my Synology NAS, websites etc. I’m not totally sure about my translation of the message since I’m using the German version of Enpass. Restarting/resetting the iPad and restarting the app has been tried without success. I just now had the idea to change from FaceID to PIN login in Enpass and this finally solved the problem. Since upgrading to iOS 17 and app version 6.9.2, about once a day the Enpass app tell me that I "haven't used it in a while" and then it asks me to sign in again with my email address and a validation code. I've been using Enpass for about 7 years and this has never happened before.

Even so I have configured to lock the app only after 30min and „locking when leaving“ is disabled I have to log in all the time. Also when just switching to a different app for seconds. This seems not to work. It would be nice to fix this!

Hi guys, i am using enpass 6.8.5 on iOS 16.0 (20A362) on iPhone 13. Everything worked fine until maybe 12th of november - i didn't install any system updates, but app autoupdate feature is activated, so maybe enpass got updated. Anyways - autofill feature is broken. Enpass recognizes that there are entries in the vault: But as soon as i choose an entry, the screen turns grey-ish (because face id should be activated) - but nothing happens. If i change app and come back to safari there are entry suggestions there again - but it doesn't work. I have tried using PIN instead of Face ID - same result, on every website. I am using v6.8.7 (710) on iOs 16.4.1 I have vaults spread out on 2 different servers which are accessible at different times. On my Windows Desktop version, there is no issue and it updates the vaults it can find and those not available it states Sync Error. Thsi works fine. On the iOS version it seems to not have time-out for sync error and just keeps trying and trying and regularly freezes my phone in the process. It also then asks me to reenter my master password etc. Closing the app at this point doesn't really help (assuming it hasn't totally frozen) and I need to restart my iPhone instead.

Since upgrading to Enpass 6 the WebDAV sync to my Synology DiskStation is broken and this still was not fixed by updating to 6.0.3. It worked perfectly fine for Enpass 5. I can log in with my Synology account but on syncing I still get error 904405. The folder structure on my Synology is home/Enpass/vault.enpassdbsync The filename changed when upgrading to Enpass 6, previously it was sync_default.walletx. The Enpass 6 desktop apps for Windows and MacOS sync fine via folder sync to the new file. I also tried HTTP instead of HTTPS, still not working. However, what makes it even worse now is that I completely cleared the app data trying to restore the vault …

I have a M1 Mac Book air and I've setup Enpass and synced it with the vault I have in iCloud. It downloads the vault but once it's done it keeps on trying to sync and never completes. If I make a change or add an entry it doesn't sync it to iCloud. This is pretty frustrating since I use the laptop a lot and would like to be able to add items to Enpass and have it sync to my other devices that are synced to the cloud (iPhone and Mac Mini). Any insight on how this can be resolved?

I forgot my master password can only use Touch ID，How to reset APP？ I have backed up the password I recorded in it。 Can I drop this password library? Today when I opened Enpass it didn't recognize my face because I was wearing a mask. Now it won't log in without my master password. I've been using Face ID on my iPhone for so long I can't remember my master password. I restarted Enpass and I restarted my phone but Enpass no longer will login with Face ID it keeps asking for my master password. How could Enpass allow me to login all this time with Face ID and with one failed face recognition lock me out? I know I should have written down my master password but for the love of god how do you get it to login in one time with my Face ID!

I am on an iPhone 16, iOS 18.6.1 and suddenly my Enpass crashes the moment I press „unlock“ after entering the master password to unlock the vault. I have the latest version installed from the AppStore, a fresh install works up to the point that I add my standard vault over WiFi Server and fill in the Master password. When pressing „recover“ it crashes again.

I have two vaults and two Nextcloud accounts. In the Enpass desktop version I configured each vault syncing with one of these Nextcloud accounts. When I try to do the setup in iOS there is the following problem: I enter the NextCloud URL for the first vault. I have sign in the corresponding NextCloud account. This works. When I try to repeat this for the second vault with the second account on the same NextCloud server, it is not possible to do this, because I'm still logged in the first NextCloud account and can't logg out. I don't even know how long to wait for the session being closed. Any help?

I faced an problem and hope you fix it. I have an item in my Enpass vault which has both a username and an email address. Issue When I try to populate a username box in a web site which corresponds to the above item with my username by tapping my credential which Enpass shows on the keyboard (the one-tap login function), instead it enters my email address registered in the same item. HI @all, i use enpass on iPhone and the Mac. I set the new passwords mainly per iPhone when I work with Enpass. I found out today, that the logins didn't sychronize between iPhone and Mac, so I made a new connection with Apple Cloud and synchronized the data. Unfortunately Enpass didn't synchronize with the latest password, but with the older passwords saved on the mac. So now all my newly set passwords are overwritten with the old passwords on the Mac, but not with the new oney. The Back-Up was made only for the Mac, but not for the iPhone, so I would loose about 15 accounts and credentials, if I use now the back-Up. How can I solve this issue? Enpass should now, if…

I am having trouble getting Enpass to sync across my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro. It's infuriating. I had it syncing to Dropbox first and it didn't work, so I changed to iCloud. Still not working. I get no errors but if I add data on one device, it isn't visible on my other iOS devices. HELP!

Hello, after upgrading my iOS device to iOS 14 I am no longer able to sync with my WebDAV credentials from this particular device. The error message shown is "No internet connection". But I'm definitely connected to the respective WebDAV-Server. And all other devices, regardless if iOS <14, MacOS, Windows or Android are still synchronizing as expected. Any clue, what I might have done wrong (except upgrading to iOS 14 :-))?

Hello, i just found your enpass password manager and i was wondering if there is a way to sync my data to all platforms i am using. Like if i create my passwords on IOS can i syncronize them to Android, Windows and Mac without having to set up each platform individual? Thank you

I’ve been using Enpass on android and my Windows computer and generally keep the list of items in order of most recent. I now have the app on iOS and can’t find how to do that. is that option available on iOS?

Safari browser on the new iOS 18.4 betas do not correctly acknowledge licensed version of Enpass 6.11.8 and 6.11.9. Can manually type password to log into Enpass and settings does show Premium license. Attempting to use Enpass in Safari shows no results except first 10 / trial mode error message. Presenting as same (or similar) issue that occurred during past iOS updates. if more details are required to troubleshoot, I am happy to provide them. Thank you kindly.

Hey there - since the update i have a few entrys in my database which i can't change. When i click edit - i can do everything ( change notes / change pw / etc... ) but after clicking on save all changes are gone. Im using the app on ios and mac - and its on both the same. Also the "last changed" field wont change! Please help me to fix this issue - this isn't really funny - and happens since the update. Regards Volker

I'm unable to restore my data using the latest iOS app (I've verified it's the latest) using WebDAV sync from Nextcloud. Desktop applications have no problem syncing, but the iOS app says it could not find any data to restore. Latest iOS 12.1.2, latest Enpass 6.

Hi, i am using enpass with my iPhone and my Apple Watch first time today. I installed enpass on the iPhone and activated the Apple Watch. Then I set Pin to activate. But on the Apple Watch, enpass is still not protected by a pin. Whats going wrong? Thanks in advanced for your help. Frank
