Same here. I'm just tired of those small and ugly bugs all over the apps. It's not possible to properly work with Enpass 6 and there are about 9 month gone, where nothing really changed. The "stable" version is still a beta. Sorry guys, but I had a way too long an optimistic attitude...

I'll give KeePass a try. It's a bit like a step back, if you are looking at the design and some secondary features. But it works rocksolid and have some more useful features already integrated.

I finally switched to Safe In Cloud - simply it satisfies me more than enpass and the changes here that happened

@Vikram Dabas no need to continue improving the app, there's something more urgent to do: a export feature or utility that allows users to move out of enpass the same way you allow them to move in (csv export with folder/tags structure information), that's all!

seriously I will would pay you directly for that

You can use free desktop version of Safe-in-Cloud to take all data from Enpass v6 and then either stay with SafeInCloud or export to any other app.

safeincloud takes json file from enpass 6 perfectly

  3. attachements: I did not have any in enpass however safeincloud is limited to 150KB per file

others: I am not sure I had any custom fields in enpass either as well as totp

I migrated to enpass v5 from Keepass but once I test properly android and iOS I will move to safeincloud especially that it supports family plans and with few people in my family we will have nice password manager for 1 time pay - unless devs of safeincloud do what devs of enpass did ;-(

Were did you read that Safe in Cloud will allow to import Enpass 6 Databases? This would be awesome.

I just exported v6 enpass to json and imported SUCCESSFULLY to Safeincloud! that is the first step to say GOOD BYE to enpass - let me test iOS and Android...

it is in the Import menu - it says "v6 and above of enpass"

  5. going further with synchronisation with OneDrive it is asking for both: connecting to OneDrive (expected) but then to gfx.ms - unexpected. Once you block gfx.ms it will not allow you to synchronise. Last one: crashlitycs.com? wtf?

so ZERO trust to this one my friend:

This is a standard request from any application that requires access to system files.  Since the introduction of SIP (System Integrity Protection) you must approve any application which requires this functionality.  Without access to System Files Enpass will be unable to perform certain functions and may not work properly.

Other apps which will require access permission can be seen in Apple Menu > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab > Accessibility, such things as your Web Browser, Drop Box, Google Software Updater, OnyX and so on.  You can view the ones that have already been approved in the menu of the path I listed above.

@Rodanne your answer is only partially correct

  7. Keepass is native to windows

But mac has superb port: keepassxc, soon to be officially with touchid

Android has also a port and even 2 versions: offline only and online of your choice of cloud

iOS is a pain unfortunately and all ports are bad

I was fully disappointed with the latest version of enpass. I won’t detail the reasons. I have already found and started using an alternative solution,

How may I safely and thoroughly clear *all* enpass-stored data from iCloud and all my Apple devices, delete the app from all of them, and then close my enpass account?

as far as I understand there is NO enpass account you need to close

and data you have on iCloud you can delete - it is your folder in Apple environment
