I would love to be able to assign subcategories. I am a web developer and need to keep login information for several sites for each of my clients (hosting, CMS, etc.). While I can create a category for each client, with 50+ clients it gets overwhelming in the left column. I am transitioning from the DomainBrain app for Mac (https://domainbrainapp.com/) which will no longer work once I upgrade to MacOS Catalina. DomainBrain was really great with keeping lots of different info for so many accounts. EnPass was the closest I could find but it doesn't have a convenient organization system.

Curious.  Why not use tags for each of your client 

From memory in v5 there were subcategories, but in v6 this has been replaced by term tags which seems to have confused a lot of users.
