When opening the enpass ios app, after having closed it with the app switcher it ask for the master password instead of asking for TouchID. Can this be changed?

Hello, since my Phone updated Enpass to version 6.9.0 the app crashes after Login with FaceID or after putting in the password. It says validating and then crashes. in Safari the Autofill function is still working, but the app itself is not usable. Restarting phone does also not solve the problem… regards

Hello, I recently tried to open my Enpass file, and my password doesn't seem to work anymore. I've been using the same password for years and I haven't made any recent changes, so I'm not sure what's going on. I also tried resetting to the multiple backup files I have, and that also failed (probably due to the same password issue). Why does I get a prompt that you paste my clipboard on each app start on iOS14 beta3?! I want to paste my clipboard manually and not that you paste my clipboard everywhere without me knowing of it?!!

I am trying out Enpass with view to moving from 1Password (why? while 1P say they have not done it yet, it seems 1P is moving to a service where device sync is on their servers only, and a monthly account fee will be required rather than a 'per major revision' license model...so I suspect if Enpass can get this right then there may be lots of new clients to be had.) When I login to a website with 2FA, Enpass enters the username/password. Then I am prompted for a 6-digit code. Enpass does not autofill this code. I go back to Enpass, look up the account, copy the code and then go back to Safari to enter the code. Is this the official way of doing this? I think it would be easier if Enpass autofills the 6-digit code. Or am I missing something?

I observe inconsitent ordering of entries with alphabetically sort between iOS and Windows/macOS, refer to screenshot attached. For my feeling the kind of ordering of Windows/macOS is "normal"

Hello, I just tried to create a passkey for the Gemini app on iOS and an error comes up. Not sure if the issue belongs to Enpass or Gemini, but thought I would report it here just in case. Also interested to see if anyone else is experiencing something like this, be it with Gemini or any other apps. Image attached below.

Hello, I've Enpass installed on IOS( iPhone 6s ,ipad pro, iPad air, iPhone 5s) ,Mac OSX El Capitan, Windows 10 Desktop syncing changes up to Webdav works every time. The changes Comes to the other devices only by deleteing the sync-connection and reconfigure sync. Than all new changes are on the device. The "last sync " differs from the "Last try" after many times of tipping to "sync" . I've tested this with OneDrive, Livedrive,Owncloud and the Problem is allways the same. Getting chnges from webdav doesn't work at Version 5.05 ! I'm an IT-Professional and be sure that this is an Bug of the Software and not my incompetence !

Enpass on my iPad does not sync anymore. I sync over iCloud. It still works OK on my iMac and iPhone. Other apps like Apple Notes still sync fine over iCloud on my iPad. I tried rebooting my iPad but that didn't help. I switched iCloud Drive off and on again. Then the iPad synced but after 15 minutes the syncing wasn't working anymore again. I then tried to sync over my WebDav server. This only worked for one sync. Then I got sync errors. My iPhone also stopped syncing for a short while. Now, my iMac and iPhone sync OK, but my iPad isn't syncing at all. What do I do now?

Hey there! I'm using the most current Enpass version for my iPad and encountered the following bug: https://share.icloud.com/photos/0WAE0HvZfzbcRclqwyNfS-Szg 1. Open up Enpass app and ignore Face ID prompt 2. Close Enpass or switch to another app 3. Try to use autofill in Safari or any other app (will not work until you open up the Enpass app again and unlock it)

My Enpass data is synced to the iCloud, but I can't change the location of auto backups. I navigate to Enpass/backups, but it won't back up to that location. In fact, I can't find the backups at all, unless I take a manual backup. Can anyone tell me how to change the backup location so that it works? Is there a default location? Please help. Thanks!

Receiving an enpass item into a phone running ios16 works- the user is prompted to open the file in enpass and the item is added. Receiving in ios17 results in no prompt and automatic saving to “Files”. there appears to be no way to open the saved file in enpass. Trying to “share” the saved file with enpass results in “invalid file”, or similar from enpass. no issues sending from ios17 device to ios16 device. is there a way to share individual logins via airdrop into iOS 17?

A key reasons I use Enpass over competing solutions is that I'm keen to keep my vaults local. I know it's all encrypted but prefer to shield myself from future encryption vulnerabilities and brute force attacks... So, in order to sync between my Ubuntu laptop and iPhone, I setup a WebDav server on the office WiFi, which seems to work well. However there's an issue with the iOS app: whenever the WebDav server isn't available, it keeps pestering with red "Error syncing data" banners. It must be very simple, but I can't see it... on my MacBook Pro I can use multiple vaults that are securely synced into my Google Drive. I want to do the same thing on my iPad, but I can only sync one vault. How do I add the second one? Thank you!

Hi, so just bought enpass family, tried it on iOS and it doesn't work in Edge, working in Safari. Any way to get this working or just not supported? I hate safari, I guess I could use Chrome (I was just using edge for syncing passwords with Windows PCs, which I don't need any more)...

Hello Team Enpass… I experienced another problem this morning updating a password. I logged in to my bank, and selected the link on their website to change my password. I generated a new password and saved the new PW. Next, I copied the first password at the TOP of the “History” list, as this SHOULD have been the last successful password that was created for this account. Hi, foremost I would like to thank you for all of the efforts you put into Enpass-6.0. Like with every huge software update there are minor issues that slipped through quality assurance. One of them I like to report with this post: What should happen? When I open Enpass 6.0 on my IPhone 7 and send it to background via the Home-Button and open it again the Touch-ID verification should appear. What happened instead? Since I updated to Nextcloud 18 Enpass fails to sync, this is both on my iOS device and my desktop (Mac/Win10/Ubuntu 19.10). The error I get is this: "This is the WebDAV interface. It can only be accessed by WebDAV clients such as the Nextcloud desktop sync client." Feels like a config issue, something has changed on the Nextcloud side... but please help!
