  1. Hi @Garima Singh, Sorry for the delay. That should not be the case here. I tried to wait some time before invoking Enpass and double checked if the page has been fully loaded. This only happens if Enpass is locked. If I do not have to enter my PIN/password, it works as intended – no matter how fast I try to invoke Enpass. And it does not happen all the time or reproducibly but only from time to time. Which Enpass version (Store/Website) you using? I am using Enpass 6.6.1 (804) from Microsoft Store on Windows 10. Any specific scenario for this issue? The scenario is as described above: If Enpass is locked and I unlock it, I will see all items. If Enpass is unlocked, I only see matching items. Are you facing this issue only with Firefox browser or other browsers too? The issue occurs only in Firefox as far as I noticed. Number of vaults and items in Enpass you have saved in the Enpass? I have three vaults and ~1,000 items. Do you have any updates regarding my initial issue that Enpass autofill on Android still does not work properly? I can make a video showing the issue if you tell me, how I can get it to you. Maybe this helps to better understand the issue.
  2. HI @airtonix, Welcome to the forums! You need to add the below attributes in TextInput. This will set proper hints for Android autofill framework. https://reactnative.dev/docs/0.63/textinput#autocompletetype Hope this helps!
  3. Hi. I just noticed that I could not save new logins when I sign up for a new site or a new account for any site from the browser or app itself on Android. I'm a previous user of LastPass & Bitwarden for a long time and both provide the option in the form of a notification/pop up to save a new login directly where it autofills all the data. Also when I get a prompt to autofill with enpass and I go to autofill screen after pin/biometric authentication, there is no option to add a new entry (it is present in bitwarden - you can add a new entry for the site(url is added automatically) with username and generate a strong random password and this instantly shows up in the autofill screen). It only shows if there is any matching entries. If there isn't one or if we want to try others there is only the try to autofill with others option where you can choose any other entry in the vault but you cannot create a new entry. Please add this useful feature to your Android app (I haven't checked it in ios/ipados or on PC but I guess new login saving feature would be present in the PC version) so that it becomes easy to add new entries. Now if I want to create a new entry(login) I have to go to enpass app, create a new login, copy the url, and then do the rest. The previous method is more intuitive in my opinion (that's why it is present in all those other similar apps). Thank you for your time.
  4. Hi team, I have a financial gateway into which I should key an organization number and a client Id and afterward another page is introduced, and I need to enter a secret word. How might I save the organization number and have it auto-filled? I see where I can enter a "Custom Field" yet there is no spot to enter the autofill esteem. Why have custom fields in the event that you can't utilize them? For what are areas utilized? I have perused the documentation and it portrays how to enter a part yet not when and for what reason to do as such. Would you explain how and for what reason to utilize custom fields and areas and how to get something other than client ID and secret word auto-filled? Regards, Yevin J. Hodge
  5. Hi @Vido Enpass supports autofilling in Edge browser on both mobile and desktop platforms. For more details please visit https://www.enpass.io/autofill/. Thanks.
  6. When I login to a website with 2FA, Enpass enters the username/password. Then I am prompted for a 6-digit code. Enpass does not autofill this code. I go back to Enpass, look up the account, copy the code and then go back to Safari to enter the code. Is this the official way of doing this? I think it would be easier if Enpass autofills the 6-digit code. Or am I missing something?
  7. Hello @Garima Singh, thanks for reply. Here answers to your questions 1. Google Pixel 4XL 2. 6.6.4.469 3. Paypal APP (Paypal website works correct) 4. I'm not sure I understand what you mean. - I have Enpass as service for Autofill in my Phone Settings (Language and Input -> Service for Auto-fill), and I see under accessibility is Enpass activated too. Cheers
  8. Hello @Garima Singh, thank you for the answer. But unfortunately that was not my question. I have with the page that problem that the data are stored but when calling the page the field Password is always empty and thus the login does not work. On most others I do not have any issues, but hete will enpass autofill not work corectly
  9. Hello dear Enpass Team, I'd like to request and/or share some ideas with you. So I'd miss some features, such as: (Mobile) Inline autofill on Samsung Mobile devices (with OTP maybe?) (PC and Mobile) Password to change reminder (ex; like on Microsoft, the password must be changed like every 30days) (PC) A stand-alone add-on for every browser (no desktop app required) (PC) An icon, next to the login field (PC) PC application support (PC and Mobile) Overall security score by percentage (Android) really important to me personally, detect "pin codes" which being used in order to verify the user (like using the pin code in order to change fingerprint etc.) It always asks to safe, but maybe a "never ask" option or an implementation of "pin code detection" would do the work too. (Website / Account / Forum) Maybe a Two-factor Authentication option would be helpful to secure accounts.
  10. Hi @ijmm, Sorry for the inconvenience you are facing because of the erratic autofill behavior of Enpass after the recent updates. We have diagnosed and fixed the issue where the pop-up for autofill using Accessibility is not appearing for some apps, giving the impression that autofill has stopped working. Ideally, it should have appeared at the same place where the Android Autofill dialog is coming. See how the autofill-prompt using accessibility should have looked like. Our idea for this change in the appearance of autofill using accessibility was to streamline the behavior of autofill-prompt lessening your efforts to navigate to the top of the screen to pull notifications to autofill. Before releasing, we tested this behavior across different apps and it worked well on all of them. But now few users have reported some apps where autofill is not working as it should. Please bear with us for some time and it will be fixed soon. I have taken a note of your feedback and forwarded it to the concerned team for further inspection. Thanks for your feedback.
  11. After 4 years using Enpass, unfortunately I am looking for a new password manager. What motivated this decision were the growing problems I had with autofill on Android until I reached the point of not having support for Samsung Internet, which is the app that I decided to use as the default browser on my new smartphone. The problems started in an update from the end of 2020 (I don't know which), where the autofill in some apps started to not work properly, filling only the user or email fields. Since then, in subsequent updates, other apps have started to experience the same problems. Some sites on Microsoft Edge for Android also started to present the same, where Enpass filled in only the user field. I managed to get around part of the problem by activating the option of filling in the accessibility settings, but the last straw was when I recently changed my smartphone and saw that Enpass did not support the Samsung Internet browser, not even with filling via accessibility. I even thought it was a system problem, but when I tested BitWarden, it worked without problems on the apps and Samsung Internet. As I said, I have been an Enpass user for 4 years. I bought the app on both Android and Windows before the service adopted the subscription system. Even being a PRO user, I got to subscribe to the premium version launched at the end of 2020. And speaking of the PC version, it is excellent and I never had any problems with Enpass on that platform, but I can't say the same for the Android version lately. I really like the app, and I’ll keep a close eye on future versions to see if they fix the autofill problem and the support Samsung Internet, but unfortunately, at the moment I’ll have to look for another manager. Edit: my phone when the problem started was a Xiaomi Mi A2 and the new one is a Samsung A71.
  12. Hey, you can enable/disable it on the Enpass Desktop Application; Hamburger Menu top right (ctrl + ,) → Settings → Browser → Copy and automatically fill OTP. I recommend to use: Automatically login after filling details (maybe insecure) "Automatically copy and fill one time code after autofill" and "Autofill details without showing Enpass assistant" Those are the settings I use personally. Hope that could help you!
  13. Hello Sharma, thanks for replying to my post. I'll be able to answer the needed questions. Also thanks, for pushing some of my ideas to the Team. (Mobile inline autofill) Since android 11, android supports "inline autofill" on the chosen keyboard. Instead of a word succession, it will show a login information, if a Login field got detected. The link to the Developer Android Portal and I will also include an example picture. (Pin code as password detection) On Samsung, as an example you got the secure folder, and many settings are secured by a pin code. Android (Samsung) asks for the pin code on specific settings/actions such as Biometrics, Secure folder etc. Enpass asks to safe the pin code, what would be an issue, due to security, the pin code is regularly the same as the lock screen. A "don't ask again" field would be helpful, currently you can only click cancel and save. (PC Application Support) To clarify, I meant like, Skype, Discord, Spotify as an example. I hope, that this could clarify what I meant. If not, let me know
  14. Hi @adam.t, Glad to know that you are able to auto-fill details now. Please let us know if you had enabled auto-copy one-time code in Enpass autofill settings. By enabling this, OTP will be copied automatically after filling login details, you have to paste it. If this doesn't help, please confirm- If OTP is properly generating? What happens if your copy and paste OTP in the particular website page or app? Thanks!
  15. HI @chebum, Sorry for the inconvenience you are facing because of the erratic autofill behavior (using accessibility) of Enpass after the last update. But now with your feedback, we're able to identify some apps where autofill using accessibility is failing. Thanks for your feedback. As I mentioned, the issue has been fixed and you will see this in any of the coming releases soon. We strongly recommend users to install Enpass only from the respective app stores as apps on Store are signed with developer certificates and delivery through it assures that software is genuine and not tempered. While installing Enpass from other websites or stores might put you in trouble of security risk like data theft. Please bear with us.
  16. I tried and it still doesn't work. It also doesn't work with some other apps like Interactive Brokers and many other apps like the VPN app reported by other user. The problem with the current approach is that there is no way to force the auto-fill dialog to appear. Previously I was able to tap on a Enpass notification and it opened autofill dialog for me. Now, if the app doesn't detect the autofill capability, I'm stuck. With older version I had an option to force the autofill dialog to appear. BTW, do you know if APKMirror is a safe place to download older version of the app? It's stripe.com. When you refund a purchase, the website asks for a password. The autofill popup appears, but if I click on it, it enters my email into the browser's address bar.
  17. The new behavior see to be non-working on many websites. For example, PayPal. On some websites, the autofill bar appears, but it autofills into the wrong place. User name is filled into the address bar. Is it possible to bring older behavior back?
  18. On your phone, go to Settings > System > Language and Input. If you cannot find this on your phone then search for the Language and Input inside the settings app. Tap on the Autofill Service option on this page. Select omegle Googe from the list and tap OK to confirm the pop-up. You need to confirm using the Autofil Service once more and it will all be set after that. If you want to use a third-party service then select the installed service from the Autofill Service page. It will redirect you to the app and there you need to log in using your credentials. Once you login to the app, everything will be set and you will see a popup every time you want to fill a password on any app.
  19. Hi Some of the offered possibilities for autofill still work: the enpass keyboard and this blue button which is shown when you focus on a username or password field. But the third option (enpass shows up in the notification area) is not working at all. This is a problem for me as this was the only working solution in combination with a app called "Check Point Capsule VPN" https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.checkpoint.VPN The third option was the only one ever working with this app. I carefully set all these battery optimization and Start options. This setup helped me in the past, but no longer. Maybe you can also have a closer look on this von app to improve enpass' behavior. Device: Huawei Mate 10 lite Enpass: 6.6.3.467 Best regards Henning
  20. Hey @Garima Singh, do you have any updates on this issue? I also have a new issue regarding autofill on desktop (Windows 10): If my vault is locked and I want to fill in my credentials on any website, after I enter my pin in the plugin (Firefox version 86.0, Enpass plugin version 6.6.0), I end up seeing all my Enpass entries. If I close the plugin window and open it again (button in Firefox or shortcut), it will suggest the correct credentials suitable for the specific website. This behavior was introduced with one of the last updates.
  21. Hi Enpass Team, any updates from your side. The autofill for my banking website is still not working, it is now march 2021, and the Extension 6.6.0 in use. Thanks and regards Mathias
  22. Thanks for the info. What you are saying is that if Enpass can see that the app supports autofill, it will use autofill over the other method. Is there a workaround that can be coded. For example, I notice that the Bitwarden app can autofill the bank of america password field if the accessibility is turned on (but won't work if it's turned off), so the are working around it somehow. Perhaps they if the field allows autofill and switch to accessibility when it is not?
  23. Good Morning @Sentin, Thanks for writing in. As we can check, the login page you shared with us is not using a standard password field, due to which Enpass is unable to Autofill. If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.
  24. Hi @paulsiu, Thanks for writing back. If an app hints that it supports the Android inbuilt autofill framework, Enpass gives first preference to it if both the services(inbuilt autofill framework and Autofill using Accessibility) are enabled. In your case, the Bank of America App hints that it supports inbuilt Autofill service, but it doesn't allow Enpass to handle the password field.
  25. I tried turning on accessibility. The problem is that it still does not work. The only way to get it to work is to turn off autofill framework and just use accessibility. Is there a way to control which autofill is use per app or website?
