The support for this app is very very slow if not unresponsive. I run a digital consultant company and I want to recommend this to my clients but on another thought, this would be a very bad move.

We are really sorry that you have to wait for a long time. An update with the fixes is already in QA phase and will be released this week.

It works now, thank you. If I may though, a bit more haste would have been good. Especially since this was a feature broken by some minor update, could have been a valid move to just roll back (pushing older version as a new update) while you sorted this.
