I think it's kind of the same issue like:

As soon such an API is available the people can create tools, scripts and plug-ins as a workaround until official tools are available.

I've been using a CLI to Enpass for some time based on a project found here which worked great till the DB change in version 6.0  The project owner has voiced he's no longer interested in maintaining the project and is looking to hand it off to someone interested.  I really haven't done much with cryptography but if Enpass is willing to offer a hand and work together I think most of the work is already there and shouldn't take to much to update the code to the latest version.  What say you @Anshu kumar?
