  1. Thanks for your feedback, we’re glad to hear the instructions worked well on your laptops! Documenting such best practices is indeed a great idea. To answer your questions: 1) Wi-Fi Sync Setup Yes, you can set up Wi-Fi Sync on one of your primary laptops to keep your main vault synchronized with your iPhone, Android phone, and tablets. Wi-Fi Sync is a secure, local-network option that avoids cloud storage great if you prefer to keep your data within your own network environment. 2) Removing Unnecessary Vaults If you want to remove any extra vaults from Enpass on your laptop: Go to Settings → Vaults. Select the vault you want to remove. Tap the three dots menu in the top-right corner. Select Remove Vault. Please remember that removing a vault deletes all its data from that device, so ensure you have backups if necessary.
  2. Thank you for reporting the issue with the Wi-Fi sync feature on Enpass Android. We have noted that the current behavior prevents changes to sync settings when the connection fails, leaving the options greyed out, and have forwarded this to our technical team for review. We will continue to monitor the situation and work on enhancements to improve the functionality of the Enpass application. #SI-4463

  9. We completely agree that security, transparency, and regular audit practices are of utmost importance especially for a product like Enpass that is built around protecting sensitive data. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance transparency and user trust, we’ve recently revamped our website and are currently working on launching a dedicated Trust Center. This will be the central place where we’ll share detailed information about our security practices, third-party audits, certifications, and compliance measures. We truly value your interest and feedback, and we assure you that audit reports and all relevant security-related certifications will be made publicly available through the Trust Center once it goes live.
  10. Yes, this issue has been fixed with the release of Enpass version 6.10.12. Thank you for following up!
  11. What you're describing is the browser extension's authentication process, which is designed to securely connect the Enpass desktop app with your browser. However, if you're being asked for the 6-digit PIN more frequently than expected such as after every reboot this might be due to the "Ask for browser authentication" setting being enabled. You can turn this off by following these steps: On your Enpass desktop app: Go to Settings Navigate to Browser Disable the option "Ask for browser authentication" Once disabled, Enpass should remember the browser connection even after a system restart, and the PIN prompt should appear less frequently. Let us know if you continue to face this issue after making the change.
  12. Thank you for your kind words and for choosing Enpass. We're glad to hear you're enjoying the product and are happy to support you with your advanced setup. 1. Setting Up Folder Sync with a Shared Destination (NAS/NFS): You can configure all your laptops to sync the same Enpass vault using the Folder Sync feature. Steps: On your first laptop (e.g., Laptop 1), open Enpass and go to Settings → Vaults → [Your Vault] → connect → Folder, then choose a shared folder on your NAS or network share. On the other laptops (Laptop 2 and 3), follow the same path to set up sync, selecting the same shared folder. Make sure all devices have read/write access and are mounting the network share with the same path. 2. Handling Conflicts from Offline Changes: Enpass uses timestamps and content checks to detect changes. When multiple devices make changes offline, Enpass attempts to merge them. Let us know your operating system and Enpass version if you’d like specific instructions. We're happy to assist further.
  13. Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, Passkey functionality is available in the free version of Enpass as well. If you're running into any issues with using Passkeys, especially on specific websites like Google, we’d be glad to help. Please share the exact steps you followed by emailing us at support@enpass.io, so we can assist you more effectively.
  14. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you please share the name of the antivirus program you’re using, as well as the version of the Enpass app installed on your system? We will pass this information along to our technical team for further investigation. Looking forward to your response.
  15. Thank you for sharing your experience. Could you please check if there are two instances of Enpass installed on your machine? For example, one from the Microsoft Store and another from the website (standalone version). Having both versions can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior like repeated setup prompts and multiple vaults being created. If you find both installed, we recommend uninstalling one version and keeping only the one that best fits your use case. Let us know what you find, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
  16. Thank you for sharing these additional details. This information will be helpful for our technical team as they continue to investigate the issue. We will keep you informed as soon as we have any updates on this.
  17. We understand your concern. In rare cases, such issues can occur due to temporary inconsistencies in sync data, especially if there has been a network disruption, partial sync failure, or data corruption during communication with the WebDAV server. As a result, the app may no longer correctly recognize or decrypt the vault using the existing master password. That said, incidents like these are taken seriously. We’ve already shared this behavior with our technical team for deeper investigation to ensure improved stability and reliability in future releases. To help us further investigate the issue, could you please share the following details: The size of the Enpass .enpassdbsync file currently stored on your WebDAV server The WebDAV server version (if self-hosted), or the name of the service provider if you're using a third-party WebDAV service How frequently do you encounter this issue was it a one-time occurrence, or does it happen regularly? We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.
  18. This feature is not available in Enpass at the moment. Currently, syncing multiple vaults using the same Nextcloud user account is not supported, even if different paths are specified. Subpaths are not treated as separate in this context. That said, this limitation is on our roadmap, and we are considering support for this in future updates. #SI-1404
  19. We understand that this has been taking time, and we appreciate your continued patience. Our team is still investigating the issue. Since Wi-Fi Sync works on your iPhone and Windows 10 system but not on the Windows 11 laptop, the issue may be related to certain system-level configurations specific to Windows 11. We'll share an update as soon as we have more information.
  20. We’ve received your request and you shared thanks for taking the time to send that in. Our team will review the details and get back to you as soon as possible.
  21. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. To ensure passkeys are set up correctly in Enpass, please follow the steps outlined in our official guide here: Passkeys Setup If you continue to experience issues such as Google not recognizing the saved passkey please let me know. I’ll be happy to assist you further and help troubleshoot the behavior.
  22. Yes, Enpass can fill additional fields beyond just username and password by using the Web Form capture feature. This is especially useful for login pages with custom fields like Company ID. To set it up: Visit the login page in your browser. Fill in all the required fields manually (Username, Company ID, Password). Then use the Enpass browser extension to save the entry—Enpass will capture all the visible form fields. You can follow the detailed guide here: Capturing and Saving Web Form Details in Enpass If it still doesn't auto-fill as expected, let us know the website and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
  23. The message “Password required for data on WebDAV” typically refers to your Enpass master password, which is needed to unlock the data stored on your WebDAV server. If you’re certain the master password hasn’t changed but it’s still not being accepted, we recommend the following steps: Go to Vault Settings > Sync for the affected vault. Tap "Disconnect" to remove the current sync. Then select "Set up Sync" again and reconfigure it with your WebDAV credentials. Let us know if the issue persists or if you’d like assistance with any of the steps.
  24. @Sleepyhead We’ve received your request and the video you shared thanks for taking the time to send that in. Our team will review the details and get back to you as soon as possible.
  25. Yes, you can change the sync method for a vault from Wi-Fi to another cloud service like Nextcloud. To do this: Open Enpass and go to Settings > Vaults. Select the vault you want to modify. Tap or click on ‘Disconnect’ under the current sync method. Then select ‘connect’ again and choose Nextcloud. Enter your Nextcloud credentials and complete the setup. This will retain all your existing data, categories, and templates within the same vault no need to create a new one.
